I dont to even know where to begin with this review. To be so highly rated makes me think, this may be a culture thing. For starter I went online, did the application to have a consultation for a BBL, and received an email stating that a representative would basically contacting me soon to set an appointment. I receive a call on a Saturday from VIP, missed the call ( simply couldnt get my phone out fast enough). The lady left a voice mail saying she was calling to set an appointment and to return the call to do as such. I called back immediately and after being on hold for 5 min, was told they dont schedule appointment on Saturday. I stated, I understand that but I literally just received a call from you guys attempting to set up one. Shes asks, whats a good time to call me back on Monday (I tell her 9 am). Monday comes I receive a call from a male representative who states he is with vip plastic service. After being put on hold for 10 mins, I am then transferred to an appointment associate who puts me on hold for another 15 after I tell her I want to schedule for 10 am, Thursday. I ultimately ended up hanging the phone up. Well after going to three other consultations I decide to give them another try. Thinking maybe it was just a misunderstanding. I get my appointment schedule. Upon arriving to my appointment ( 20 minutes early) the door to the office is locked. I call the number listed and the receptionist answer. She states the door isnt locked but hard to open. I literally watched her get up from the desk ( after watching me attempt to open the door) and unlock it to let me. From their she takes a picture of my id and tells me here paperwork for you to fill out. You can go over there rudely. I fill out the paperwork and return to the desk, to be once again directed unprofessional to sit down. I get called back and the lady mispronounce my name. I correct her and she once again immediately pronounced it wrong again. She directs me to put on the robe and wait for the doctor. Before even removing the robe I have a talk with the doctor. Who I open express I want to have my BC (mirena)taken out before the surgery cause it has cause me to gain a lot of weight (125 to 160 in the matter of four months )& from other people testimony upon having it taken out I will drop the weight from it pretty fast. I honestly wanted to know if that would effect my BBL surgery. So Im so many words he says Im fat, need to lose weight and Its impossible to give me the round butt that I want fully. He is the only doctor out of four who stated they are unable to and that it is impossible. I appreciate the honesty. By now Im super uncomfortable and Im sure at this point I wont be getting service done by this office. He tells me to get dress and to go back to the waiting area. After 5 minutes of a lady playing around and giggling with the other girls who work there she calls me into the office to basically be like you need to lose weight before this surgery can be done and its expensive. $$$$$$$. So are you getting the surgery or not? I looked at her and I tell her, that I appreciate her time. I get it, Im young (in my mid 20 ), dont dress in designer or act stuck up but what she failed to realize is I had the money not only in cash to pay for the complete surgery that day but also had more than enough in my bank account.I have never been more disrespected and insulted in my life. I will not recommend this place. Im making an investment in myself. I want to spend my money somewhere where I am valued, and not looked down upon based on my age, color or etc.

I have been going to VIP Plastic Surgery with Dr Khorsandi for the past 3 years for fillers and have been consistently satisfied. I have also always been so pleased with the office staff that when it was time for me to have my breasts redone I didn't think twice of where I wanted to go. 3 weeks ago I went to Dr Khorsandi and he actually did my breast remove and replace and I cant tell you how completely happy I am with the results!! I want to say I am not only so happy with the results, but how he was concerned for my health because I have diabetes and made sure I took extra care of myself during the healing time.

Picking Dr.Korsandi to do my breast augmentation was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! I thought long and hard about this for so long and went to 5 other consultations over the course of a year and I am so glad I waited to find someone who I felt like I had a good connection with. Not only does he have great bedside manner he made me feel calm and confident about my decision the entire time from pre ops to the day of surgery to post surgery care and check ups. He always took his time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. I was so nervous, but the extra steps he has taken to make sure everything was perfect made me feel so good about my decision. He has a 3D imaging machine that really helped me realistically choice the size that was right for me that I hadnt seen anywhere else. Ive never gotten so many compliments and people ask me almost daily who did my surgery and tell me they wish they would have found this office before they had theirs done. They are seriously perfect. I came in to see Dr. Khorsandi about a boil under my chin that was not healing after 10 weeks. My concern was that I had a chin implant and fearful that it would have to be removed. Dr. Khorsandi assured me he would do everything to save the implant. He was super about my concerns and understood my anxiety. He walked me through the procedure and addressed all of my concerns. I had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty last December 2018 and so happy with my results. Dr. K did an amazing job from beginning to end. At the consult I explained what I wanted and he gives you his honest opinion about what will look best with your specific body type. Im extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Khorsandi and his staff. I researched numerous plastic surgeons in Las Vegas before making my decision of whom to schedule a consultation with, and chose to visit him first as I was impressed by his considerate responses to reviews of his office and work, along with his desire to satisfy every patient. This definitely wasnt the typical responses I was seeing from other offices. My consultation went extremely well, as he made me feel very comfortable and spoke to me like a person. I had initially wanted a more extensive procedure than I ended up having done because he was very honest with me about what wasnt necessary. This alone nearly sealed the deal for me immediately. He was not interested in overselling procedures because he was genuinely interested in helping me be my best self, looking as natural as possible, but I made my final decision based on his vast knowledge and easy going manner. The procedure was easy and less painful than anticipated. I had some minor complications afterwards because of the anesthesia and he followed up with me a couple of times throughout the day/evening and his staff called me again early the next morning to check on me before my follow up appointment. I greatly appreciated the before, during, and after care and concern I received throughout my treatment and cannot recommend VIP and and Dr. Khorsandi enough to anyone looking for a top notch experience!

Dr. K and all of his staff were absolutely amazing! I had been suffering with a keloid the size of a grape for such a long time and it really dwindled my confidence. I used to always avoid updos and anything that would allow anyone to see my ears and ultimately would hide the better half the right side of my face. I had it removed once before and it came back at what felt like 3 times its previous size. After almost giving up after seeing multiple doctors who couldn't or refused to propose a solution, I came across Dr. K! He changed my life and gave my confidence back! I honestly did not think I would be writing this review. I had actually imagined and hoped for a whole different experience when I started my laser. I came in to get laser hair removal on my upper arms, shoulders, and back. I did the consultation, told her my concerns, and we came up with a plan that should have been done in six months (1 session, every 4-6 weeks). If I needed, I would add on more sessions after the 6 sessions were over which I was happy to do. Before my last session, life got busy and so I hadn't gone in for about 10 weeks. Thank God this happened. Because my hair had enough time to grow back and what I realized CRUSHED ME. Not only had the laser hardly removed any of the hair I naturally had after almost all sessions were complete, I NOW HAD MORE HAIR in places I had NONE to start with. The amount of depression that hit me was insane. I was in total shock. I had been doing everything right and my results were not only the same as when I had started, but THEY WERE WORSE. So I very kindly told this to the Patricia (we'll get to her in a minute), and they complimented me all my sessions and selected a different laser. So I went through another 3 sessions and guess what, SAME RESULTS. More hair than before. So I was fed up, I (again, kindly), told Patricia I didn't want any drama but I wanted a different aesthetician to work with and asked what my options were. She said I could start with 3 sessions with another aesthetician this time OR I could get a credit worth 3 sessions towards another procedure. I told her I did not want the money, I just wanted the results I had hoped for. Never did I imagine this would have backfired on me. So I consulted with the new girl, she set up a new plan with me, and we set up an appointment to start laser in a couple weeks. When I went, she said 'Ok so this is your last session.' I said, excuse me? This is my first session with you. Patricia said this would be the beginning of 3 complimented sessions. And she said that was not the case and that NOTHING had been documented about my conversation with Patricia. At this point I was about to cry. I told her that I did not want to scam them, get free sessions, or get free procedures. I flat-out told her that I understand what kind of place this is, the prestige they have and the demographic of their clients. I did not want to be THAT client that gives them such a hard time. I did not want to ruin my experience at such a nice place and that money was not the issue. I just wanted what Patricia promised me. So I left that day and said that I would speak to Patricia to solve this. It has been over a month since I've tried to talk to Patricia. I've spoken to the receptionist many, many times and they have allegedly left word with Patricia. THIS is what is pissing me off. That she is clearly avoiding me after offering me those options. I have completely given up on them and Patricia and her awful service. I am actually writing this while my situation with them is in limbo but I have decided to just walk away and start new with a different company. I understand that results vary. I completely understand this and even signed a document that stated this. However, I am ENRAGED at a few things: my first aesthetician for not taking my situation seriously enough and for possibly adding to why my results were RUINED (she should not have gone over the areas without hair as this can encourage hair growth), the second aesthetician for revealing to me before I left my session 'oh you know, for middle eastern guys sometimes the lasers we have just don't go deep enough for you' (WHY HAD NO ONE SAID THAT!?), and for Patricia for throwing me away and not making me feel welcome. I started this journey around May of 2018. It has been over a year for something that should have been done in 6-8 months. These people have worsened my self-esteem when I had been so excited for the exact opposite.

Awesome experience getting my breast and nose job done! I can't say enough great things about this practice and Dr. Khorsandi. He is honest and kind with great bedside manners. Something that stood out to me was the 3D imaging system. The 3D imaging system they have let me see what I would look like after the surgery, something I really liked and found helpful when deciding on this surgery. Before going here, I visited two other plastic surgeons in the area and they didn't have this technology. All they told me to do was put in an implant in a sports bra, which doesn't account for your current breast tissues. I got my procedures done 4 months ago and the results I see now are accurate to what the 3D imaging system showed. Overall a great doctor that I highly recommend!

Best practice in town. Prior to coming to VIP i had 2 other consultations. NO other doctors was as detailed as Dr. Khorsandi. He really took his time with me. I have the perfect nose and breast now. We did the 3 d imaging together and the results were EXACTLY how the 3d pictures look. The pricing here is higher than other places but IT'S WORTH every penny. The office is beautiful with amazing art work, it's clean and the front desk girls and the medical assistants are so wonderful. Catherine his practice manager helped me through the process and gave me her cell to text her anytime. They made everything so comfortable and easy. The results are so amazing and the doctor is honest, great bedside manner and gave me the exact results he promised. I will be back for fillers and more surgeries in the future. If you are thinking about coming here, it's the right choice. They really do take care of you like a VIP so it's worth every penny. Don't go to the cheaper guys in town.

Getting a hair transplant has been one of the greatest things Ive ever done!!! Ive been worried about my hair since age 20. I am now 40 and never ever think about it anymore. Its been the greatest gift Ive ever given myself. Sure you can buy a yourself a watch or a car but none of those will be staring back at you in the mirror every single day like a full head of hair! I thought about it for years and picking up the phone to make the appointment was probably the hardest part of the whole process. After I hung up that call I felt a rush go thru my entire body, am I really going to have a full head of hair?When I arrived in Vegas I was greeted by Lee (who is one of the all time positive guys Ive ever met, a real gem!) He met me in the morning at my hotel and talked me thru the entire day! It was a wonderful to have someone with me since I had traveled alone....a personal concierge if you will. This seems to be a recurring theme at VIP Plastic Surgery, the personal touch. We are far to used to feeling like a number in this fast paced world and it was nice to feel that the entire office was catering to only me! Lee was with me the entire day, helped with my prescriptions, and generally kept the mood light throughout the process! I had my consultation with Dr Khorsandi, what an impressive guy! It was obvious that he was born to do this work. He comes from a family of doctors and it shows in his patience and understanding. We laughed like we had known each other our whole lives! Ive never seen somebody mix east coast sensibilities with west coast asthetic! This guy is the real deal.The surgery itself was pretty uneventful surprisingly! The only irritation I felt was from the first needle to numb the area. After that I didnt feel a thing! What else could you ask for! ? After the surgery I went back to my hotel and fell asleep. No agony, no pain.....just a wonderful night in a quiet hotel room! I said my goodbyes and flew home a few days later.Its now been a year since the surgery and literally have a full head of hair. Not some coverage, A FULL HEAD! Im able to exercise and live life without any restrictions! If you wouldve told me a few years ago that this was possible I would not have believed you, DR KHORSANDI IS A MIRACLE WORKER! Thank you for allowing me to live my life the way I always wanted to! Dr. Khorsandi and his team are literally angels on planet earth. They will pick you up from the airport, drop you off at your hotel, feed you, and take you back to your hotel. They are very caring and they all know their job extremely well. There is no need to worry about a bad procedure with these guys. They will take care of you even after the surgery and you can always text them if you have anything you are worried about. They all have a good sense of humor. Surgery with them was like hanging out with my old friends. I hope they all live long and prosper.

Wow, just wow. After so many years going back and forth about getting my hair restoration done I finally did it in 2018. From day one, I felt so comfortable with the staff. Lee Millard was the person who walked me though every step of my journey. Not only was he knowledgeable he was also someone I can talk to about all my fears and concerns. The day finally arrived for my restoration, I was greeted by the staff that will be doing my transplant. Needless to say I was nervous and on edge. The lovely ladies made me feel so relaxed and at home and did everything they could to make me comfortable. Willy was the on who drew my hair one and nailed it the first try. He understood my expectations and what I was looking for. All through the procedure they talked to me and told me what was going on. I was so comfortable I fell asleep a few times and had to apologize about snoring hehe.Please ... if your looking for a hair restoration, please contact VIP first. My only regret was I waited so long.

I have to say I had a great experience. I had bad Botox and lip filler from another plastic surgeon in New York it made my lines worse and my lips asymmetrical. After moving cross country I researched plastic surgeons and found DR. K . He fixed everything. No more lines and my lips look great . He has great bedside manner and he is excellent at what he does. Oh and have to mention my lip filler was virtually pain free thanks to Dr. K properly making sure I was completely numb. Anyone who has had filler before knows its no walk on the park but this guy is great. Thank you DR. K for fixing my face

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Khorsandi because of a botched breast augmentation from Lane Smith. Dr. Khorsandi was extremely welcoming and although there were three people in the room to examine me I felt totally comfortable with him and his team. He examined me and came to the conclusion within five minutes that Lane Smith had put one of my implants in BACKWARDS. I was shocked I had spent seven months in emotional distress for something that could have been fixed way sooner. Anticipating I would be going into surgery again, Dr. Khorsandi asked me to lean forward so he could manipulate the breast that was lower than the other and just disfigured looking. It was about three minutes of a little uncomfortableness but when I saw the result I was almost in tears. He fixed the augmentation that my previous surgeon told me would be thousands to fix because he wasnt at fault. Not only did Dr.Khorsandi get my augmentation back to symmetrical, he has brought back my confidence and my trust in the field I trust him 100% and 10/10 would recommend.

I have never been so happy with my results!! I went in just for a consult because I felt like my face was starting to have a lot of wrinkles and my face was hollowing out due to my age. Dr. Khorsandi recommended a PRP facial (also known as vampire facial), some botox and fillers for me. I came in for a PRP facial and was a little nervous about it. Melanie, my esthetician reassured me and made sure to walk me through the whole process. The plasma (antibodies) in my blood were used on my face to help rejuvenate my skin. My face has never felt so soft. I came back 2 days later for some fillers. I felt so overwhelmed because there were so many different fillers. I was unsure what fillers would work best for me. With the expertise of Dr. Khorsandi, he helped me decide what fillers I needed. I got botox, 2 syringes of restylane lyft and 2 syringes of restylane defyne. My face was a little swollen for about 2 days but it was expected. It has been a month since I got my facial and fillers and I DO NOT HAVE ANY REGRETS. I've been getting a ton of compliments. My friends & family can't tell I got any fillers but they can tell I look fuller and good. I also want to say the staff at VIP Plastic Surgery were so friendly! They greeted me as soon as I walked into the door. They offered me water. My wait time was a little long but I would expect to be waiting the whole day at a professional/popular place. I would be concerned if the wait time was an hour or less. (means the place sucks). I also want to thank Catherine, the practice manager for recommending some great skin care products for my face! She really knows what products work best for my skin. I definitely will be coming back in a few weeks for a mommy makeover consult.

I got Rhinoplasty / Septoplasty done at VIP with Dr. Khorsandi around 4 years ago. He did the procedure 2 times and the results were still horrible. It looks nothing like the 3D images he showed and i still have issues breathing. Wish I hadn't wasted $9,000. If your surgery is nose related, look somewhere else.EDIT - reply to your reply.1) You revised because you did a horrible job the first time. (and 2nd time)2) You mention 'unrealistic' but i have the original pictures you showed on the 3D sample, if its unrealistic, then why make the 3D? maybe you're just horrible at nose jobs.3) I did follow up after surgery, you wanted another $2,000 to finish the job you never finished with the first $9,000 i paid. 4) Own up to your mistake instead of replying and blaming me.5) I tried enough with you guys, nothing but a full refund will make this right at this point.

Never put one implant in my hand, never had anyone to have me try on the bra with the implants inside to see or feel what my results might be. He tugged and prodded at me and was dry and uninterested. At one point when I was asking about something he just straight up said 'well do you want this or not?' I wasnt in that room for more than 15 minutes or so and knew I never wanted to see this guy ever again. Even worse, he explained to me what he would do and when I repeated this to other doctors I consulted with, they shook their heads and said there was no way that I would have liked the outcome at all after listening to what I was asking for. Turns out a few of my friends have had bad experiences with him as well...wasnt surprised at all when I heard their stories. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. This was also the first consultation I had ever experienced for breast augmentation. I have since been to a few other doctors who were all very warm, thorough AND professional. ALL of the other doctors had me hold and inspect the actual implants and then had me try on the bra with the inserts.

Who doesn't want to age like avocados? Me! Who wants to be forever young? Me!As we get age, our skin starts to change. It is important to take care of our skin in order to keep the skin looking young and healthy. I started getting PRP/vampire facials at VIP Plastic Surgery and do not regret it at all! For those of you who don't know what it is, it's basically using your own blood to rejuvenate your skin with micro-needling. Your blood has WBCs (white blood cells) which has antibodies in it that fight off infection and get rid of toxins. It helps with getting rid of acne too and some scars. For me I got about 2-3 treatments in order to see results. I always get compliments on my skin and my skin definitely feels good after getting this facial. Both Melanie and Sarah are amazing at their job. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of the skin. The staff are amazing as well. Catherine and Patricia are wonderful! They made sure to answer any questions I had and made sure what treatment would be best for my skin. Dr. Khorsandi is great too! He did my lips! They all definitely made me feel like a VIP patient and are people I trust. The wait time is long but worth it. I would not go to a non-busy place especially if I'm getting something done for my face. Obviously they are good if they are busy. I also picked up some skin care stuff. My favorite is the elastiderm eye cream (I am a nurse and work nights, my under eyes feel rejuvenated every time I use this product). I use to breakout a lot until I started using the SkinMedica Acne kit. It works wonders! I love it! I also have oily skin and never used moisturizer until I found the GloTherapeutics oil free moisturizer! Especially living in the desert, it can still be drying for my oily skin. This moisturizer helps with hydrating my skin! It is also important to use sunscreen especially living in a sunny place like Vegas. I never really used sunscreen because I hated the smell and how oily it made my skin look until I picked up the Obagi matte sunscreen SPF 50 at VIP. This stuff is amazing! The texture feels good on my face leaving my face feeling matte. I recommended VIP Plastic Surgery to all of my friends and they were not disappointed. My overall experience was fantastic!
