Emily always does my lips & I decided to do nose fillers for the first time. She did amazing!! She knew exactly where to place the filler for the look I was going for and its perfect. Dr. Aydin and his staff is amazing. I love Mary his coordinator and Dr. Aydin is amazing . They all have cell phones. He called me on the giving and FaceTimed me prior to the surgery just to put me at ease when I still wasnt comfortableBrought me in on a Saturday to clarify even more. He responds to text within minutes . After surgery hes accessible and hes truly amazing. Mary was awesome too very patient, explains everything clearly and just made my experience that much better. My procedure was on 12-3-19 during a snow storm, the center opened later and he was on a schedule . How are everyone handled everything in a timely manner. He came to update us while waiting in the car and did not rush my procedure at all regardless of starting off late. He answers all questions and is so kind. He is awesome I can go on forever and his work is even better ! He is so worth checking out !

This was truly a daunting decision for me and struggled with it for many many years. Last year I went on a few consults and was recommended to go see Dr. Aydin. I am glad I did and have no regrets. I had a little hiccup with the coordinator who has since left the practice, but Mary stepped in and made me feel comfortable about my decision and plan for moving forward. She is amazing and will go above and beyond! Dr. Aydin truly cares about his patients and is very transparent in what results he can give you. I am about 10 days post op and although I still am working through the recovery, I know Ill be more than happy with the results. He checks in on you personally and also has his staff on standby should you need anything. He has changed my life in ways he will never know, as most of us struggle with the downside of extreme weight loss we tend to lose all confidence. I cant wait to see the true results and to continue on a journey to a more confident me. Thanks so much Dr. Aydin for your kindness, humor, amazing craft and such compassion for your patients! I came to Aydin for a one hour facial with Heidi and had a wonderful experience! I arrived on time and was quickly taken into the room. Heidi is very sweet, well spoken, and professional. The room was extremely clean and welcoming. As I put my things down and made myself comfortable Heidi began to ask me questions about how my is skin on a day to day as well as what I was hoping the facial would achieve. Ive had basic facials at other places and this doesnt even compare! Aydin uses top quality products for all of their services and it shows. Because of my past facial experiences at other places, my expectations were not very high. However, the results of my facial with Heidi were instantly AMAZING! She kept in mind the sensitivity of my skin and still did such a thorough job cleaning my face! She got rid of so much dead skin creating an even skin tone and leaving my skin glowing. I was so happy with the instant results of my facial that I was sure to book my next one with Heidi before leaving. If anyone is skeptical or unsure of booking a facial at Aydin, do it. You will not regret it. Cleanliness and professionalism from beginning to end, and throughout.

I have been going to Aydin Plastic Surgery for Botox & fillers for a couple years now. Melissa is an amazing injector! I have zero complaints in regards to her. I had an appointment scheduled for injections today with Melissa before she goes on maternity leave. I also referred a friend who came with me which would give us both discounted rates. I scheduled this appointment 3 weeks in advance. We show up today for our appointment to be told we cant use care credit for discounted rates. I have only used my care credit account with every transaction I have had with this office. I have never paid full price. I always scheduled appointments when they had specials/discounts. They were not able to make any exceptions even though they failed to tell me about any policy changes. The manager Rose Torres allowed 2 customers to walk away & lose money for the practice. She did not even get up off of her seat to speak to us! Although I absolutely love Melissa, sadly I will not be returning due to the lack of communication & professionalism from the practice manager.

Its my opinion that injecting filler is artistic and Nicole is truly an artist. I also had a consult with Heidi today for broken capillaries and brown spots on my face. She is so knowledgeable and told me that IPL laser would be the best treatment for me. Im so excited, I booked that appointment before I left!

I saw Nicole back in September for lip fillers. After speaking with Nicole and explaining the look I was going for, I showed her a picture to refer to and we decided to go with Juvederm. As someone with very little pain tolerance, I can say the process was super quick and painless. Nicole made sure I was comfortable the whole time & answered all my questions. Melissa was great about following up and seeing how my lips healed. Although it is normal to swell and bruise at the injection sight, I had minimal swelling & no bruising! Nicole was great and I loved the outcome; I cant wait to go back for a fill!

This was my first time here, I saw Nicole for lip fillers. I did 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra. I have had fillers done before somewhere else and wanted her to tweak little things I wasn't fully happy with from the previous time I had them done. I found Aydin via Instagram and RealSelf, and LOVED their work. I'm so glad I decided to come here, she really transformed my lips they have never looked better! Went there for consultation in March. I show up only to find out doctor wasnt there and assistant will be doing it instead. Apparently he had an emergency. Understood. Lady was very nice and said she will present pictures and doctor will call me and discuss what can be done. Its mid of April and no contact from their office to let me know anything. If we as people have to uphold or appointments doctor should call us back with any information he was given especially if he was not present at consultation. Its like my consultation was forgotten about and I as a person was forgotten.

Dr. Aydin is extremely professional and meticulous with his work. I had a septoplasty and he did an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to carefully improve not only the functionality but also aesthetics in the process. I went to him because my wife had a mini tummy tuck. He did an exceptional job with her as well. Hes double certified and not all surgeons receive that licence but theres a reason he did. I strongly recommend his practice.

I was going to go for a consultation for a procedure however, I had an emergency occur at work that would not allow me to make the appointment. I called ASAP day of the appointment to cancel. They charge a $100 for last minute cancellations. I understand but it was an emergency. Unfortunately, I had to be firm because the director Tina was extremely unprofessional. Tina was verbally abusive. Tina hung up on me after she said she wouldnt charged and I asked if I could get that in writing, her response Im too busy and hung up. When I called again Tina said to me in a condescending tone, arent you busy, why are you calling me. Wish I was kidding but Im not. They changed my original appointment to a day that didnt work for me and then was rude to me about cancelling. This experience has led me to believe this practice is shady. No respecting place would treat customers like this.

I was referred to this center through a friend for my first time getting Botox, so we could both receive the referral special. She has been coming to this center for years, so I trusted her judgement. I have to say the unprofessionalism of the office manager Rose Torres was such a disappointment and turn off. My friend who is a long time customer, was not informed about payments that are no longer accepted through specials. I didn't have a problem paying cash or with a debit card, however Rose would not even explain or make an exception so my friend could also receive the treatment we went in for. Our appointments were made 3 weeks in advance and in between 3 weeks, someone in the office should have made a courtesy call aside from ensuring the appointments to be kept, but also explaining payment methods, if policies had changed. Rose communicated through her staff rather than speaking directly to the both of us. I refused to get injections due to watching how my friend was treated during this visit. This was a huge inconvenience to myself and my friend. We drove all the way to the office, to be treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. I work in corporate retail and I know what prime example of excellent customer service is, and this was the complete opposite. It's a shame that such a well known practice would allow this behavior, especially in front of new clients. I'm extremely disappointed and I felt disrespected as I walked out of the office. What a shame. I will NOT be returning, nor will I have anything good to say about this practice during any discussions. Horrible experience!! The dr should re-evaluate his team.
