I've had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Gartner. He was highly informative during the consultation and answered all my questions. Honestly, I was afraid to do anything about it because I was nervous that the same thing would happen again, but wow was I wrong. One of my best friends got some implants done at this clinic and hers went perfect. She suggested that I take a look but in my mind I was really taking a chance going here to get it corrected. I got 360 lipo and a fat transfer to my hips .... my stomach was still fat and uneven after a year and the transfer to my hips looked like nothing was done to my hips ....for 8500 dollars I should not still look regular and flabby. Maybe this doctor is only good at doing smaller women who dont need much work but I wouldnt recommend this doctor if u are more voluptuous and want to be sculpted and snatched. Its been 2 years and I feel like I wasted my money

When I first went in I was pleased with how amazing Dr.Gartner and his staff is. He was very informative and very understanding with what I wanted. The day of surgery I was a little nervous I went in a littleEarlier and Vicki was amazing she helped me keep my mind off it and was just amazing and sweet. I am very happy with results Dr.Gartner is amazing at what he does. I got a breast augmentation 550CCs and it was painless. I went out to eat the same day and was able to drive after three days I had a wonderful recovery and if I had to do it all over again I will !! I highly recommend

I cant review how he did on my surgery because it didnt get that far. I had a fairly large lipoma I needed removed. He did take his time and talk to me. I also went for an MRI as suggested by him to make sure it wasnt near any major arteries. I was thankful for his thoroughness. But once my MRI results went to the office I didnt hear from them for a few weeks. So Ive never done anything like this, so I called and left a message for the woman that I guess handles the cases and I didnt hear back. So I called again a few days later. She was there, we spoke on the phone, but I just felt that it was really rushed. I felt like she really didnt know what was going on. I never had surgery before and shes telling me all these details of my lipoma and says, Well, he told you that. I said no he didnt. I havent spoken to him. I said Id like to come in to talk to him about what hes going to do and she basically said, oh yea, ok yea, you can make an appointment. I never called back to make one. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the whole experience seemed very disorganized. The ladies at the front are very nice. Dr. Gartner seemed ok.

I went to the office to have a biopsy that was ordered by another doctor. they did not do the biopsy on the first visit they said I had to come back hum ok another copay . the second visit ask when you get the results please send them to the ordering doctor . dr gardner says we usually don't send them I replied she is the one that's ordering them shouldn't she get them . after several weeks I called the office to get the results and the receptionist told me we only call if there is a problem hum ok. long story short 6 request from me and a phone call from the doctor that ordered the biopsy no results I got multiple stories everytime I called from we did not receive them to they were sent . I eventually had to call the lab to get the report sent to me.

I felt comfortable being awake throughout the procedure- getting an explanation of what was going on & being able to chat with the doctor and nurses calmed any nerves. My experience with Dr. Gartner and his staff was absolutley great.I decided after having my girls it was time for a little pick me up and wanted to look into getting implants. I booked my appointment and went to the consultation to find myself feeling scared and doubting my decision. Sitting in the room feeling all these emotions of doubt. Once Dr Gartner came in the room all my doubt was eased, the way he greeted and spoke to me made me feel so comfortable. In meeting Dr Gartner all my excitement came back he answered all my questions. By the second visit I couldn't wait for the procedure. Dr Gartner explained everything step by step. The day of the procedure I was so excited I decided to do the Awake Breast Augmentation.If someone asked me would I make the same decision all over again my answer would be yes. Through out the surgery Dr. Gartner and his surgical staff maded me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Gartner walks you through the procedure and explains what his doing as his doing it. The doctor and his assistant kept me entertained with conversation by the time I knew it the procedure was over. The only thing I would change from the whole experience is NOT taking the medication that's needed I thought since I was comfortable, not worried and the nurse said I didnt have to take it if I wasn't anxious that I would be fine, but that's not the case even if you feel like you dont need the medication listen to Dr. Gartner and take all the medication that is required. Dr. Gartner is the BEST.

I had two moles removed: one on my forehead and one that was more concerning on my back. I have been to several dermatologists that refused to remove the mole on my forehead in fear that it would leave a scar or mark. I found Dr. Gartner and without hesitation, he said he would do it .... and I am so happy he did. No mark, no scar, nothing! The mole on my back was raised and discolored and he suggested we remove it as well. Didnt feel a thing (on either my face or back) and recovery was a piece of cake. I love visiting Dr. Gartner. I had breast augmentation 4 years ago and people dont even know I had them done they think my hormones or genetics kicked in. My breast are soft and natural looking and I cant be more obsessed with them. I went to see dr. Gartner today For a breast check up and of course he always looks me in the eye and answers every question I have. Hes professional and I love how he offers the awake surgery cause I know a lot of people are hella scared to go under anesthesia, I know I am. So thats a big plus. Overall hes the doctor to go to

BAIT & SWITCH TACTIS: I went in for a 'free' consultation & have decided to postpone surgery but feel it is wrong they have so many 5 star reviews. His work does look good in pictures. He showed me before & afters, explained the procedure, had a nice silk robe, and answered all my questions, I will give him that. My issue was that I was told it would be a free consultation. It was explained during scheduling that if I show my insurance card it is free. If you do not have insurance it is $40. After a 50 minute drive & my husband and I both getting off work early to be there, they tell me I need to pay $40. Very frustrating to come in after being assured it is free then have to pay, but whatever. By then, we were invested and I'm sure this is their tactic just to get people in the door - I work with medical professionals throughout the country & this bait and switch method is used in some offices. They explain it's not free bc it is not considered a cosmetic procedure if I want insurance to cover a breast reduction (again, not what I was told on the phone & insurance would not provide me with any information without having a consultation first, which I explained but the staff seemed confused how I had no info. Insurance companies want to make it hard. That's no secret. If that is what insurance told me the 3 times I spoke with them to get answers then this should be common for them to hear.) It ends up I don't qualify for insurance to cover so it would be considered cosmetic but still had to pay the $40. We waited over an hour to be seen. It was pretty hot in there and I was soo thirsty - they have a nice table that looks like it'd be for patients with a a keurig but it seemed just for staff. I was hoping they'd have water like a lot of offices do but I can't hold that against them. To have a scheduled consultation, I was surprised that this 1 doctor had 6 other people in the waiting room during our hour wait. I was tempted to see if I could get refunded and leave at a few points because I was very anxious about this appointment & waiting made it worse. Also, during the consult, a member of Dr. Gartner's team misunderstood something he advised them to do so she came back to the room unannounced (i.e. when Im topless....) & he was noticeably very frustrated with her, both of which made me uncomfortable. He also made a comment that was body shaming which obviously upset me and even my husband.
