This guy is a quack. While traveling I developed an ear infection. Being a new patient, I had fill out all the paperwork including allergies to medications where I stated I'm allergic to penicillin. Deathly allergic, makes my throat close up. I requested Ciprodex which he did prescribe along with two other scripts. After I left the office, I looked at them and one was for Amoxicillin! Returning to the front desk, I told the secretary I am deathly allergic to it, she says I am too but 10 days worth won't hurt you. Yeah, right. I tossed that script, took the other two to the pharmacy. The pharmacist looked at them, chuckled, said this medication hasn't been available for 30 years! I've been going to ENT for over 50 years having ear trouble all my life, know a good doctor and this guy is NOT the one you want to see.

I would put zero stars if I could. This is my second encounter with dr frost and the first wasnt good either. I've only met the guy once for my daughter and it was like 5 minutes. His office staff are unintelligent and lack any communication with the outside world. I'll be looking elsewhere for an ENT I'm done here.

I drove over an hour to see Dr. Frost for my newborns hearing test. I called in advance to confirm my appointment (the staff never called ahead to confirm) and headed out early to get there on time. I was 15 minutes early, and upon checking in, the staff asked for my referral. I told them my doctor was faxing it. She said it hadnt come through yet, and even though I was early, I couldnt have my doctor fax it again because the fax at Dr. Frosts office doesnt always get the faxes. Thats my doctors fault? I called my doctor, and they have record that they faxed it 2 weeks before. I will never go back to an office that employs such rude and helpless staff.

My 4 year old son put an adhesive sticker in his ear. Dr. Frost did a great and quick job getting it out with a special tool. The receptionist was kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Frost.

Dr. Frost has been great with my 3yo for appts and surgery for ear tubes. He's very quick and does a great job. The staff is on top of making sure referrals are up to date.

His office staff will take a month to get authorization for a routine diagnostic test that doesnt require any authorization at all. They wont even bother to call your insurance to find that you can get the test done immediately. Expect them to drag their feet and not take your health seriously.

While in town running errands we decided to visit the office and make an appointment. We were scheduled in and came back to our appointment within 2hrs. Both my son and I were seen at the same time, and I appreciated that. Waited for 15mins, and had Joseph Wilkinson as our dermatologist. He took the time to explain, show pictures, and instruct us on definitions and different procedures. His feedback was helpful and not at all forceful. A very good experience for our family. I can see why others recommended him. I also found very helpful reviews on healthgrades dot com. You would want to check those out.

If there was a way to leave no stars...I would. Dr. Frost did a good job on my son's procedure. But dealing with three hour appointments, rude staff and a doctor that clearly doesn't care about the patient in front of him, beyond for rvus, is not worth the convenience of an ENT in town.For any future issues, we'll gladly drive to Las Cruces and hope for an office that has at least a decent standard for the quality of care they provide.If you don't mind spending half a day in their clinic, staff with poor attitude that make no secret of the fact your being there is irritating to them and a doctor that is more interested in discussing his golf handicap for 35 minutes in the next room over than seeing his back log of the children....best of luck to you at this office.

Dr. Frost committed insurance fraud repeatedly, then admitted it to me when I confronted him. He'll only do one thing with you per visit so he can drag you back in later and charge your insurance for each office visit over and over for max profit. He's currently under investigation by NM Medicare.
