Absolutely no personal skills. I dont know if hes bipolar or has other issues but he was a jerk our fist visit and seemingly more professional our second but still didnt attempt to clean the wax buildup from my elderly mothers ears. I could not recommend him after our visits and similar visit by my son with his teenage daughter with a deaf ear. Similar treatment. I would avoid this physician.

Today was one of our many visits to this office. Let me tell you that it will be our last. They called me yesterday to tell me to come at 11. We were there ontime and there were 3 other people in the waiting room. By 1130 they all were called as my 95 year old dad and I sat waiting,in walks about 3 more patients. By 1145 they all get called yet dad and I sat waiting. At 1155 I told my dad that if they do not call in 10 minutes we are leaving. Well they all decided it was time for lunch!! and were going to leave us there I suppose for another hour. When I asked what was going on they asked me what his name was and what time was his appointment!! They NEVER signed him in or told the back we were waiting. I better not be charged for this visit, I will never go back there. How dare they, they had no idea what was going one with us. Like we were just sitting there for the TV show? This has happened before, 2x. Awful service.

Having been a patient of Dr McMillan for over 1 year, I can say that Dr McMillan and has staff (Loraine) have always been Professional (ontime) and Caring (they listen) - I would always refer anyone I know to them...Great Team (and Terry does appreciate my sense of humor too)
