Dr Gallegos is the best plastic surgeon in Albuquerque, Ive been to others and he has done the best job in the state of New Mexico I had a breast augmentation... Amazing the scars are so fine lined you have to practically get a scope to see the scars. I was so pleased with his work that I had to have a tummy tuck.. a month later, its Amazing how I have healed in such a short time. Dr. Gallegos is extremely detailed with proficiency its unbelievable, Ive had many many clients that have gone to many surgeons in the Albuquerque area and that is why I wanted Dr . Gallegos I didnt want my body looking anything like in a horror movie. In all honesty if I could post the jobs he has done on my body I would, you wouldnt question his work. Any women that wants her body looking amazing without the huge scars , Dr. Gallegos would be the one, trust me. I decided to gift myself and my two daughters with a chemical peel. I chose Hermosa because I liked their website. It was not a good experience for us. Very unprofessional. On the website it states that there is a choice of chemical peels with different fees. When we arrived they only had one selection and it was for $350.00 ea. but if you pay with a credit card there is a fee so it cost $377.00. First of all it would of been very helpful if they sat with you first and explained the process, what to expect and an explanation of the products given to you after your procedure. I would think they would offer you a gown to put on before the procedure and a better headband ( the one they give you is pathetic). There was no follow up appointment or even a phone call to see how your doing. I know its not surgery but it would of been very nice if we were treated with respect. We will never go back. We felt like we were just not important. We felt like we were a bother. The girls at the front desk were very snobbish. The chemical peel was a disappointment as well. Thank you Hermosa for a very poor experience.

I had scheduled a consultation with Dr. Gallegos a month ago and didnt really know much about him or his staff! So as I was waiting for my appointment I did read some reviews, many were five start and occasionally I would come across negative ones saying he was rude and what not!? I went in for my consultation today with my sister in-law and from the moment we walked into the office everyone was nothing but nice to us!! And Dr Gallegos himself was awesome!! He was very honest and stayed in the room for almost an hour answering all our questions and concerns! I was very nervous going in! But after meeting with him I felt totally confident and comfortable that hes the surgeon for me!! I made sure to put a deposit to insure Im definitely going to be having my surgery done at Hermosa Plastic Surgery!! Thank you so much to the whole office for making us feel welcome we both look forward to having our procedures done soon!!

Went in for a consultation for jaw implant. Doctor seemed nice at first but when I didn't want fillers for jaw augmentation he's deminer changed completely. He went on to insult me by say your never going to look like the photos you showed me. I went on to say I know that I wasn't asking for that. The photos were merely a guide to show you the style I liked based on these photos. What a jerk! The nerve of this man child.

If I could put no stars I WOULD. Hands down the worst surgeon... Wouldn't even call him a surgeon. I went in and told him what I wanted he examined my breasts and said he could get my breasts how I wanted them. After having my first son I was super insecure and wanted implants. In 2012 when I went to him I healed after about 3 months and My left breast was still 'sagging'. About a year goes by and I was getting examined by a doctor and she mentioned how my left implant had become detached and just sits there making my left breast completely uneven. Its noticeably different goes to the side and sags down. I called Him and told him about my breast and he said it would be another 3k minimum to fix them. I refused to pay that chop shop even a dime. I will never recommend him and never go back. Now I am waiting until I can get a lift and remove these implants. Super depressing spending 6k on silicon implants and hoping they'd be worth the money. I was wrong :(

Hack job! Read all the reviews before deciding on a surgeon but I can tell you I certainly wouldn't go back for anything.. It took an additional surgery to correct this hack jobs work. PAINFUL & Not worth the money!! Go to someone more reputable.

I had my surgery January 2004, too bad reviews were not so public as they are now, thinking about my entire experience and out come all these years later this is what I can honestly say. One his wife worked in the office as was very rude most of the time, when I had a post op appointment stuck me in a room with me sweating and left me there for over one hour and was only interested in new clients. As far as Dr. Gallegos, he does have a terrible bed side manner, not professional for being a doctor. Making comments that I was fat, then I should have waited until I lost weight, right? That is what I should have been told. So I had a TT and breast lift, the tummy tuck is holding well after these years, however my breast never were right on the sides and ?? who knows. I would like a face lift, however would never go to him. I believe Dr. Chi, who I did see and was professional, reviewed at a 5 star, and to the point and made some recommendations prior to surgery if I ever go that route. So Kiddos for the the folks that are happy with their results, for mine I would say 50-50.

I researched several surgeon, before choosing Dr. Gallegos, both in Mexico and the US. I am 3 weeks post op and just cant imagine the work he performed to be better anywhere else. I had a 360 TT and a vertical incision up the front, lipo and fat injections. His staff remained progressional and kind through every step before and after. Even his anesthesiologist was of good character and friendly. Dr. Gallegos even called me the evening of the surgery to check in on me. Soon I have one more area to remedy and I will certainly be going back to him...

I have been going to Hermosa Plastic surgery for years. I routinely get Botox/Dysport as well as Juvederm filler. I feel I spend quite a bit of money at this place. I have also referred three people who have gotten some sort of filler. Recently, they were having a special on January 31st where it was about $100 off. I planned to pay for the procedure on the 31st to secure the discount and the procedure was scheduled for two days later. Well I lost my debit card and had to order another one. I also had it rushed so I could get it by the 31st to pay. Well it didnt come in the mail so I called Hermosa to ask if I could pay the following day as the bank said I would for sure have my card. Keep in mind this is still paying early Im not asking for a procedure and to pay after I would still be paying before the procedure. Well without a second thought, the nurse said Nope, you have to pay today so I will go ahead and cancel your appointment. Being a loyal customer I thought they could bend a little especially for $100 when I usually spend way more than that. So I would not recommend this place. Ive read a lot of bad reviews on Google and other sites and I dont like going to a place where they are only concerned about the dollar. Beware of going here They are cheap and more than likely take shortcuts to make even more money. I recommend a great place called NuAura. Ive also let the three people I referred to them know what happened and they will no longer be going to Hermosa. Hope that $100 was worth it to you guys!

Happy customer, great results!This is my story, I had two kids in a period of 2 years so my body went through a lot of stress, I was not happy by the way my breasts looked like so I decided to look for professional help.
