I have been waiting to be seen by a cardiologist for over 6 months with 2 hospital stays in the interim, and Im not sure if its because Im young or just because they have far more than they can handle, but I have been pushed back from scheduled appointments multiple times. In addition, Veronica at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. She called me 10 minutes before closing on a Friday to get me into a cancelation spot and told me they would hold the appointment for me until Monday morning. I called immediately upon opening on Monday morning to take the appointment and the spot had already been filled. If you are having actual heart problems, go to Espanola, Santa Fe or Albuquerque. At least youll have an opportunity to actually be seen by a doctor.
