His staff's very nice helpful and kind. Let me tell you little about my experiences with Dr Day. He has a great personality, knows what he is doing. He makes sure you are safe and comfortable and when it comes to the work he does. ( Outstanding). You will not regret meeting with him. I will recommend him as one of they best. I'm very happy with his work.

Please, please stay away from this doctor. Hes ruined my life. I went to him for a revision rhinoplasty and to fix my double chin. My nose is horrible, one nostril is way smaller than the other, the right side has caved in and to top it off its too small for my face. Ive been so depressed since this surgery. I saved up for almost two years for this surgery and will most likely die with this horrible nose. I thought my nose couldnt look worst than what it was but now I cant even look in the mirror. Youve been warned!

My experience at Dr. Days Office was extremely positive. The assistant is super friendly and helpful. I received two opinions prior to an appt. with Dr. Day and they were very sure I would have numbness, blood flow issues and scarring. Dr. Day was confident, reassuring and extremely gentle. There are no blood flow issues, the scar is minimal and the lump is has been removed. I recommend him to all my friends and would definitely seek his expertise in any future surgeries.

Dr Day is wonderful. He took the time to listen about my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve, and was very upfront about what to expect during recovery. I felt super comfortable in his care, and pleasantly surprised at the extent of the follow ups. His office staff is wonderful as well - friendly, efficient, and professional. It's clear that Dr. Day cares very much about his patients and his work. His technique is excellent - very happy with the results - took care of my aches and self-consciousness. I had my nose done by Norman Bachsande and he made it crooked with a clef on the side. I returned to ask if he would fix it and he threatened to shave it down and make it look to small for my face. I now have to go to another plastic surgeon to fix what he did. Dont go to him he is an awful doctor!

He's the best, a very knowledgeable excellent qualified surgeon for any job. l received in office expertise scar revision & perfect stitched repair of an old scar on my back left side nearest to my shoulder. Lipoma ( A buttery yellow Lump under the skin )was removed 5 years ago & the stitches opened & never healed properly. Scar was round & spacious. My new scar is a line. l can now go out in confidence with a restored body & self esteem. Just a great office with an awesome friendly beautiful secretary with soothing relaxing music. l'm so thankful l found this office of a great healing very nice, gentle Doctor. l'm forever greatfully thankful & Blessed. Today, I went for my 4 month post breast augmentation appointment. I have to say this was the best decision and investment I have made. My decision to go forward was made after my first appointment with Dr. Day. He was so calm, patient and prepared to answer all of my questions. I was referred to him by my BS to address some skin tethering post bilateral lumpectomies, after surgery he told me that it was pretty extensive but he was able to rectify it and use the existing scars to perform the augmentation. I was thrilled! I can not express how happy I am with my results! Thank you Dr. Day.

I'll start this off by saying I seldom write reviews less my experience has been exceptional or rather dismal and unfortunately my experience with Dr. B was the latter...I first realized that my appointment wasn't going to go as well as I'd hoped while I was in the waiting room. Dr. B walked in to ask the (very nice) receptionist a question, then he looked at me and I smiled kindly, however, he just walked away without a hello, a smile or even a wave (mind you I was the only person in the waiting room so it felt kind of personal). Finally, he calls me into his office and I briefly explain my situation to him and then he tells me to go to another room so he can check it out. Fine. Everything is still chill and cool at this point. Eventually Dr. B tells me that all is 'normal' and there's nothing he can do to help which is, naturally, not what I had wanted to hear especially when I have heard of people being treated but that's okay that wasn't what I had a real problem with. I was upset with how he made me a bit uneasy as I was asking my questions and just generally as I was sitting in the room. It seemed as though the more questions I asked, the more irritated he became and like he just wanted to get out and I swear to you I was only in that room with him for 5 minutes and that is an all-time record for me at any doctor I've been to in my entire life. What's more is that right before he left, he gave me this pity tap on the back and said, 'you're fine', when any human being could see on my face that I was not fine especially since this is a condition I've had since childhood (which I told him).So, no 'goodbye' or 'have a nice evening' or even any recommendations on how to keep inflammation down...just a little more human kindness and sensitivity to the matter would've made a huge difference. Not once have I ever had a doctor who never even said 'goodbye' or 'take care'. I was astounded. Not only do I feel that my money was wasted to go see a doctor for 5 minutes, but I felt even worse about my condition after seeing him because he made it seem like I have no hope when I just know there is a remedy out there (aside from a harmful remedy he had mentioned that I already knew about and wouldn't ever do). Next, I head to the waiting room where Im visibly very irritated while I'm speaking to the receptionist on my way out. She asked me how I felt and she could tell I wasn't happy with my visit but still told me to call back if I had any questions or concerns which I truly appreciated. And even she was surprised that I was out that fast. What's funny is that she was so nice and easy to talk to that it was a complete contrast to Dr. B. I should mention that Dr. B's office door was wide open while I had this 3-4 minute conversation with the receptionist about my visit so he could hear everything but never said a word not even 'goodbye'still as I was walking out. Conclusively, I likely won't ever go back to Dr. B's (and I went to him based off of the reviews that I read on here). But to be honest it's partially my fault because I only did about 10 minutes of research of doctors in my area. I should have spent more time looking for the right doctor for me but this is a lesson learned. I will continue my search for a plastic surgeon here in the city who can help me. And to that kind lady I wish I had asked your name but, nonetheless, it was a pleasure! If it weren't for you, this would've been a 1-star review.(Id like to add now that Ive found a resolution from an excellent doctor in Manhattan that is actually helping me. Goes to show that research is key, folks!)

Last year a had a wound at my hand. After burning myself with hot coffee I was referred by my primary doctor a surgeon. I looked up online and made an appointment with dr Norman Bakshandeh. I could not be happier. He was very professional, kind and took care of my hand so well. I was really concerned as I have problems with healing and my skin is so complicated, but during the visits he advised me what to do and I patiently talked about it making myself comfortable to trust him. After weeks of following up my skin was perfect as you can see at the pictures. He did a great job. I am so grateful for his amazing job. I highly recommend him.

Dr Day was a lifesaver. He took prompt care of me by surgically removing an inflamed cyst and saved me a trip to the emergency room. I was very comfortable in his office and pleased with the subsequent healing and scar formation. He was also very thorough in following up after the stitches were out. After undergoing a skin graft surgery in Canada to remove a potentially cancerous Marjolin ulcer and moving to the United States for medical school I was in desperate need to find a physician to monitor and examine my healing skin graft. Being a Canadian with no health insurance in the US, I was concerned about the impending costs associated with it's management in addition to the worry if my skin graft was healing appropriately. I made a phone call to Dr. Bakshandeh's office and was promptly given an appointment and was pleased to see such friendly and accommodating staff. Once I arrived at his clinic, I was seen almost immediately. Dr. Bakshadeh took his time and performed a thorough history and examination of my skin graft. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He showed me how to appropriately change my dressings and explained to me carefully how to manage it. He was also aware I was a medical student in crippling debt and gave me his personal email address to send pictures of the skin graft's healing and progression (rather than making me take a taxi all the way down and pay out of pocket fees) and said he would be happy to take a look at them and guide me through it's healing. I did this and he promptly replied to my email to inform me about it's progression and any further advice on it's management. I will be forever grateful for his knowledge, help and kindness. Not everyday you find a doc like this.

I had a great experience the receptionist was great it was never a long wait to be seen and the doctor was great and took care of my issue with a few visits and it was pain less.... ok just bit but it was nothing.
