Got a quick appointment, great. Walked in and a few minutes later was called. In the exam room selected full body look over. Ms Scotti and assistant came in and did a thorough examination. Found a tick and something suspicious requiring a biopsy in two places. All done professionally and quick. Great experience, clean and professional. Have been there on many occasions and never had a bad experience.

Clinicians are terrific. That is why you go to the Dr's office and, in reality, the most important thing. They are friendly, helpful and extremely competent. Total 5 stars there. Would give 5 stars overall if not for the fact that the entire upfront patient process is horrible. First, they have a terrible online system for patient info intake which, by the way, is totally disconnected from the info in the office. Expect to enter all the info, scan your cards in and then still have to do it again at the front desk. You will get literally flooded with text messages from their online service which, by the way, seems to outsource the intake and post-visit process to people in India! Lastly, after signing in, they left me in the waiting room probably 1/2 hour when I was the only person there. The receptionist literally forgot to tell the Dr.'s I was there waiting. Their old system was perfectly fine. It was not broken until they 'fixed' it.

I called to make an appointment because I looked them up online and saw they were reputable. I asked if they took my insurance when I made the appointment .They said they did.I went because I developed red spots from bug bites which I have reacted to mosquito bites in the past .I thought it was from that because the dots spread. I saw a PA not a Dr at first I was not ok with that. But she was nice and thorough. I went for two visits ,the second was to check me again .So they sent me to a lab to run tests The PA wanted to rule out West Nike or Lyme disease So I complied.A week later I got a bill for over 2,000 ! from the lab they referred me too I called MDCS up. Very hard to reach them by phone mostly communicated with texting.The PA ran tests that weren't covered by my insurance. With all the back and forth calls and stress ,anxiety over a bill that we could not afford to pay.It finally got resolved months later and finally paid by my insurance. The insurance company was the only ones on my side and willing to help ,everyone else was clueless. I would not trust any professional who doesnt work with your insurance up front if that is all you have. I was truly sick.
