Dr. Epstein and his staff are truly wonderful! Prior to meeting Dr. Epstein, I consulted with multiple doctors regarding breast augmentation. I ultimately chose Dr. Epstein as he was knowledgeable and he truly listened to my needs and concerns. As soon as I met him it was clear that he is passionate about his work! I had my procedure done about 4 weeks ago. My augmented breasts look beautiful and natural. Mere hours after the surgery I got into a car accident but thankfully Dr. Epstein and his staff stayed in touch with me and addressed my concerns about how it would affect the results. They checked up on me daily and even sent me flowers a few days after surgery. If you are looking for a surgeon who is talented, knowledgeable, warm, and caring look no further!

My whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal, Dr. Epstein and his staff were very helpful every step of the way and always made me feel comfortable! The recovery was much easier than I thought of a breast augmentation. The post op instructions were simple and very effective. Today is post op day 2 of my breast augmentation with Dr. Epstein. Yesterday went smoothly with no stress. I felt super comfortably with Dr. Epstein and his staff. I woke up in the recovery room with minimal discomfort. After one hour of recovery I was able to lift my hands over my head, put on my shoes with no pain. I took a 2 hour nap, no narcotics, nothing. I went shopping, showered, combed and dried my own hair. Im shook. They are perfect and I only wish Ive done this sooner! I would recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone! He is truly amazing and I cant thank him enough for my results. I am so excited to see how theyll look as this is only day two and Im already in love! Again NO PAIN AND NO PAIN MEDS. truly unreal!!!

Dr. Epstein was my surgeon for a recent procedure I went through and I cannot recommend him and his staff enough to anyone who is looking for a professional team. I did extensive research and finally committed to Dr. Epstein's practice after I went in for my consultation. From the moment I called to make my initial appointment to the post-procedure appointments, Dr. Epstein and his staff have been nothing but accommodating and really make an effort to be the best out there. Not only am I thrilled with my results but the one-day recovery process is completely accurate. I value being able to maintain a certain quality of life and just like Dr. Epstein says, I was able to do whatever I wanted/needed to do literally one day after the procedure. The 24 hour recovery is tried and absolutely true and my only regret is not doing this sooner.

My experience at Dr Epsteins office was nothing short of amazing. My nurse injector Jennifer has patience , was totally in tune to my concerns and what I was looking to accomplish with a non surgical procedure. She suggested Belllafill which is a filler that restores lost volume due to my weight loss . There was no pain during or after the injections. Jennifer was congenial and always concerned with how I was feeling . She gave me a small ice pack with gold flecks which I thought was awesome .My experience in the office was beyond any thing I could imagine. I look forward to seeing Jennifer for follow up visits to take photos and trying other products as I age .

I am beside myself on how wonderful of a job Dr. Epstein did on my nose. He performed the surgery 8 days ago and you can't even see where he made the incision now. I had no bruising, minimal swelling, and the results are so natural that no one can tell the difference.Sweet and caring staff who take as much pride in his work as he does. I highly recommend him.

I went to see Dr. Epstein for a consultation for a breast augmentation in May of 2018. I went to him first because I had a friend who had had her surgery done by him. I brought my husband with me to the consultation. After the consultation my husband said, 'Well if you are going to do this, he's definitely the guy to do it'. I felt the same way! I never went to another consultation with anyone else. I booked my procedure and from the scheduling, payment options, pre-surgery, anesthesia, nursing staff, OR cleanliness, post op care, follow up, and most importantly the RESULT, I was BLOWN AWAY by how amazing everything was. His 24 hour breast augmentation is everything he says it is!! I had ZERO pain. I took NO NARCORICTS at all. I was able to lift my arms over my head immediately after surgery. I was sleepy the day of the surgery but after a nap, I made dinner for my family that night! 2 days after surgery I was in my son's classroom for their end of year pizza party like nothing had happened. I followed all of the post operative instructions and my recovery was exactly like they said it would be. I have never had any surgical cosmetic procedures in the past so I was definitely very nervous about it. I could not be happier that I went with Dr. Epstein. He is incredibly skilled, compassionate, & friendly. He answered all of my questions and gave me all the time I needed to ask them. He was very honest and I realized that I needed to have a level of trust in him and his experience for the outcome. I'm so glad I did. He listened to what I wanted and gave me EXACTLY the result I was looking for. My follow up visits have been amazing and his entire staff is just as incredible and caring as he is. And.... Great surgeon! I was really nervous about finding someone to perform a breast augmentation on a trans woman on long island but they made the process extremely easy! From booking the consult to surgery the process only took 3 weeks. Everyone in his office made me and everyone in my family feel welcomed and taken care of! I am so grateful that Dr. Epstein knew what my body could handle and it made the recovery so much more bearable. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time and could ask anything.

I had surgery in mid July & am beyond pleased. The 24 hr recovery w/ no narcotics is true. Had the surgery Tues afternoon, was pretty uncomfortable that night mainly tightness, went to my f/u Wed AM, then work (desk job) at 12p. I received the recommendation from a fellow nurse. I was very impressed during the consult so didnt bother doing other consults. Everyone from the front desk to Billing was great. They are nice, patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Dr Epstein did not BS me or try to sell me. He does not discuss money but instead focuses on your wants & options. He is very experienced & confident which was comforting but was also warm & friendly. The nurses, especially for my procedure were great. I LOVE that he promotes & encourages being an informed patient, advocating for yourself, & staying educated. His office & website are very nice which gave a good impression. They give you a long (~50 pg) packet prior & it has everything-pre op, intra op, post op info, possible complications after, the healing period & each stage. It was my bible!!! I did still have to call a few times after w/ questions & ALWAYS spoke w/ a nurse. 4 months now, everything has fallen into place as he said, even my scar though not fully healed, looks great.

Dr Epstein is one of the best surgeons on LI ! He did a removal replacement procedure on me and I couldnt be happier ! He is so attentive and you know you are going to be well taken care of just by speaking with him. I came out of surgery and felt amazing. I went to dinner that night, could lift my arms all the way over my head and they look FABULOUS!!!!!! Went from a 375 to 640 cc and I cant even explain how natural and amazing they look. Dr. Epstein and his staff are friendly, caring, and highly professional. The office is very neat, clean, and has modern decor. The waiting room is relaxing and offers coffee, water, tea, etc. while you wait. I had a breast augmentation, and chose to participate in the Motiva clinical study. I was able to go home right after the procedure and raise my arms above my head. I took a two hour nap for the affects of the anesthesia to wear off. The '24 hour recovery' is true. I had some discomfort after my procedure, but probably because ibuprofen does not work for me. I took off from the work the next day, but mostly because I still felt tightness and a little discomfort. I was able to continue with routine activities such as bathing, dressing myself, drive, and lift light objects. Dr. Epstein's attention to detail is unmatched. He is honest will help you pick the right size for you body. He truly is the best in his field. I trust him and would definitely go back to him for other procedures.

I had my breast augmentation about 8 weeks ago with Dr. Epstein. I was hesitant to even go for the consult because I have three small children and I didnt think I would be able to have surgery and recover and take care of my family but I had heard about his 24 hr recovery and I was intrigued so I went. The new facility is beautiful and every person from his staff was wonderful to me as soon as I walked in the door. Any questions I had they answered and made me very comfortable. I booked the surgery that day! After my surgery I did everything that was explained to me to do to achieve the 24 hour recovery and I was pleasantly surprised at how good I felt that night. I was able to load my dishwasher and do things around the house. I was even able to open the medicine bottles which can be difficult after surgery! Dr Epstein called me that night to check on me and sent flowers the next day which was another pleasant surprise. I experienced pain but nothing that the ibuprofen didnt help, I was still able to function and take care of my kids. The next afternoon I was able to drive and walk around the mall without a problem. Besides recovering quickly, my results are amazing! I had NO breast tissue because I breastfed all three of my kids and I was worried he wouldnt be able to even fit an implant in there but he did and they look fantastic! They make me look more proportional and fit my body perfectly!

Dr. Epstein is not only a artist but he delivers the best results and service. I had a procedure done on 1/8 and had little to no pain. Later that night Dr. Epstein personally called me to see how I am feeling. He cares about his patients. During the second week I developed a hematoma with pain and swelling. I texted Dr. Epstein and he called me right back and set up an appointment to see Jen. I came to the office in a panic that I might have done something wrong or had an infection. Jen reassured me that everything was okay and that I just needed to keep icing. In 2 days the hematoma was gone and I feel great. I am now on week 3 and the results are more visible. I live in Pennsylvania, and travelled to NY for what was my first ever surgery! I am nearing 1 year post operation, and I am still delighted with my results! I would highly recommend this team of professionals and procedure to anyone! Because I was traveling a small distance, Dr. Epstein booked us 2 nights at a local hotel stay. This trip ended up being what felt more like a mini vacation, and the healing process was surprisingly pleasant. The same day I was able to lift my arms above my head to stretch, and did not have to take anything for pain other than Tylenol. From the very first phone call I was treated kindly and well informed. Even on operation day, I was much more relaxed that expected, thanks to this team. If your debating a BA and are hoping to find a great team to work with, look no further!

Dr Mark Epstein performed his 24 hour recovery breast augmentation for me back in January 2019. The staff is extremely nice and professional and his office is clean and elegant. After the procedure, my chest felt sore and tight as if I had worked out my chest 4 days in a row. The day of surgery, I took ibuprofen 600mg as prescribed, took a 2 hour nap and helped put away Christmas decorations. I was able to lift my arms above my head the same day. I only needed ibuprofen for 2-3 days post procedure. I have the Natrelle gummy bear round implants and they look amazing. They look and feel natural. You would never know I have implants. Dr Mark Epstein knew exactly what size would look perfect for my body type. I wouldn't trust any other surgeon and HIGHLY recommend him for all plastic surgery needs.

I had my breast lift and augmentation 2 months ago and beyond happy with the results Dr Epstein has done. I am in the medical field and still quite surprised how quick my recovery was. I had surgery done on a Wednesday and was doing surgery myself that Friday. I also chose to do their clinical trial with Motiva breast implants and there look and feel are no different than what natural breast feel and look like. I could not speak more highly of Dr. Epstein and his entire staff!!! I wanted a breast augmentation for years, but was very hesitant and put it off due to the recovery time I thought it would take. Being an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist, my job is VERY active . I read about the 'one-day recovery or 24 hr recovery' technique that Dr. Epstein uses and immediately called for a consult. After my consult, I decided to go with the tear drop gummy bear implants. After getting home from my surgery i took a 2-3 hour nap. After this, I literally got myself dressed, went out to eat, then strolled around the mall. Although it took me a little longer, I even tried on some clothes! I showered that night and couldn't believe that I was completely independent in all my daily living skills. Dr. Epstein even followed up with me on the phone the night of my surgery, and later sent flowers to my home. The next day I drove 2 hours home! I did feel a little discomfort but NO pain and NO pain killers. When I told my friends who have had the regular procedure about this, they could not believe me. The first week I felt very tight, still no pain. Second week even better. By week 3 I felt almost completely back to normal! At 3 weeks on the dot, I went to spin class, started jogging and going back to the gym. I am lifting and running after kids all day at my job, with no issues or discomfort. I LOVE my results. Dr. Epstein made me look entirely natural , but exactly what I wanted at the same time. I really could not be happier with my results. Overall, the nurses, receptionists, and all staff are extremely warm, transparent, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

I had a breast augmentation and was a part of the Motiva implant clinical trial January 2019. Let me tell you, I should have done this sooner. His 24-hour recovery was no joke. I had my surgery (it took an hour), I went back to my hotel, took a 2 hour nap, and felt completely like myself. What I was most nervous about was his claim that I would be able to 'raise my arms above my head' right after surgery. While I was in recovery right before I left, I was asked by a nurse and Dr. Epstein to raise my arms above my head. I was afraid, but there I was, raising my arms above my head after being operated on less than an hour ago. It was incredible. I'm from New Jersey and took the 2+ hour drive just so I could experience Dr. Epstein's surgery technique and recovery experience. I had my surgery on a Wednesday and was home Thursday afternoon. My boyfriend was SHOCKED at my mobility. I was doing chores, raising my arms above my head with ease, and barely taking my prescribed ibuprofen. I drove my car on Saturday night, went out to dinner, went grocery shopping, and went back to work on Monday. I know a few close friends who have had breast augmentation within the past few years and their jaws drop when I tell them about my experience. This was the first surgery of my life. I've never even be admitted to the hospital for anything. I had no idea how I'd feel, I didn't know how the anesthesia would effect me, I was completely clueless and nervous, but it was everything I could have asked for and more. I went form a 32A to a 32D. My life has been forever changed by Dr. Epstein and I can't thank him enough!

Unhappy with the treatment results of Botox and Lumiere on my cheeks and forehead. Dr Mark Epstein is a well known plastic surgeon for breasts. My friend recommended him because she was happy with her breast augmentation. It was my second time using the same products. I paid a lesser price with another doctor for my first time. I thought paying over $1400 I would have better results than the first time. My first time I was very happy with my results with a different doctor and I thought paying more with a well known plastic surgeon would give me even better results. If you have a low income and are on a budget do not come to this doctor. They will rob you of your money with no guarantees and will not fix what youre unhappy with unless you pay even more than what you already did. Front desk and nurses are fake they treat nicely only to people with money. Thats sad! This is a good learning experience for me because what costs more will not always give you the best results.

Mark Epstein and his staff are absolutely excellent. I would refer them to every single person that would want work done even not Breast implants as I can tell he is very talented and a perfectionist in his work. He is an amazing doctor that actually cares about his patients and their well being. I had the round, soft touch gummy implants and my recovery was so fast and great. It was a 24 hour recovery and I could literally go to dinner that night and be perfectly fine. I was walking around my backyard right after I got out of surgery and could lift my arms over my head directly coming out of surgery, still in the recovery room. I was back to work in just one day after surgery and I felt perfectly fine and ready to work again! Dr.Epstein called me the day after my surgery to make sure I was okay and to follow up and that right there distinguishes him from any other doctor as he actually cares about his patients. I am so happy with my results and everything about the surgery ! If I ever wanted work done again Dr.Epstein would be my #1 person to go to !

Dr. Epstein is truly an impressive surgeon. I'm 30 years old and I had considered having a breast augmentation for many years, but never came across a surgeon that I knew I wanted to work with. When I saw the wealth of information on Dr. Epstein's website, I knew I had found my surgeon. From my very first contact with the office, his staff was beyond wonderful. They are kind, friendly, compassionate, accommodating and efficient. I had my BA using the 24-Hour Recovery method (narcotic free) about 11 weeks ago with round gummy implants. Since I traveled from northern Westchester to Long Island for the procedure (about 90 minutes to 2 hrs), I was able to have my pre-op appointment the night before surgery, stay in a hotel, have surgery the following morning and spend the night at a hotel again so I could have my post-op appointment first thing the morning after surgery. Dr. Epstein's team went the extra mile to provide excellent suggestions for dinner in town and discounted hotel rates. Following surgery, I left Dr. Epstein's brand new surgical center around 3 pm and rested for a bit. Since Dr. Epstein's method presents no need to use drains and employs the use of Dermabond (a liquid bandage), I was able to fully shower the same evening. I also had full range of my arms to wash and dry my hair, get dressed, and felt well enough walk around the local mall. When I returned home the day after surgery, I was able to carry my laundry basket to the basement to do wash and unpack my bags with relative ease. I returned to work as a middle school teacher the next day, just 2 days after surgery! My only physical restrictions prescribed by Dr. Epstein were to refrain from heavy aerobic exercise and lifting anything over 25 lbs for the first three weeks. Within 4 weeks of surgery I was back to more strenuous exercise and am now back to my pre-surgery heavy weight training. Many women are not even allowed to begin exercising until 12 weeks! Although I took the prescribed Ibuprofen, I was NEVER IN PAIN and think I could have done without any pain medications at all. Finally, Dr. Epstein and his staff really went above and beyond expectations for patient care. The evening of surgery, Dr. Epstein personally called me to check in and 3 days after surgery, a huge bouquet of flowers was delivered to my home. I can only hope that Dr. Epstein will still be practicing many years from now when it's time to exchange my implants!

From start to finish, my experience with Dr.Epstein and his staff was wonderful. After the first consultation I knew I was in good hands for the breast augmentation I have wanted for years. We discussed my wants and set realistic expectations for great results and a 24 hour recovery. I chose the Natrelle Soft Touch gummy implants after being educated on the differences between each type of implant. The day of surgery (Saturday) was seamless and the 24 hour recovery that I was promised stood true. After surgery, I went home (2 hour drive), took a nap, shopped around the mall, and had dinner with my family. I followed all instructions and 3 days later (Tuesday) I was back to work as a personal trainer and training my clients with little movement limitations. I had an absolutely wonderful experience for my breast augmentation and very happy with the results!

I had my breast augmentation after breast feeding my first baby. I was left with different sized breasts, that were saggy and uneven. Being 27 years old I was not happy with my body any more. I didnt feel like I wanted to be naked and didnt want to walk passed A mirror. I was really uncomfortable in my own skin. I had my concerns and doubts about the 24 hour recovery but I am so happy with the procedure and the results that Dr. Epstein and his great staff were able to give me. He was so honest with me and was totally up front about not wanting to do anything that would compromise the integrity of my skin, like going to big even when I asked for it. I went from an A cup (and about an A and a half on the other breast) to a full D in both! I feel so much more confident and happy with my body now!

Where do I even begin?! I did tons of research prior to my breast augmentation, choosing the perfect surgeon was the hardest part up until I had my consultation with Dr. Epstein. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. He has state of the art equipment (digital imaging) to show his patients what breast implants would look like on their body before going into surgery. Hes realistic, smart and doesnt beat around the bush, he knows exactly what hes doing and what will look right on the body. I was very curious about the 24 hour recovery that he offers; never did I ever think this was a thing after this kind of surgery; I thought no way, its too good to be true. I was WRONG within 24 hours, I felt great, i was cooking dinner, able to take my dogs for a walk around the neighborhood, and fell back into my normal routine. NO NARCOTICS! Just antibiotics and Tylenol, thats it. Since I am a living example of his 24 hour recovery, I tell everyone to go see him! His recipe for recovery is absolutely incredible. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. I couldnt be happier with my results! 5 stars hands down!

I was able to schedule the surgery for three weeks from that day.On the morning of the surgery I felt that my excitement overwhelmed my nervousness and the entire staff at Dr. Epsteins office makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The surgery went Exactly as described and I felt only slight discomfort once I awoke from the anesthesia. I was driven home and followed the post op instructions precisely this is very important. I was able to raise my arms that evening and needed only one ibuprofen which took the edge off the discomfort. I made dinner, did some regular things around the house and managed to sleep fine . The 24 hour recovery method which is offered exclusively by Dr. Epstein is truly just that, a 24 HOUR RECOVERY. By noon the next day, I had showered, done my stretches and went about my day as usual. My experience was wonderful from start to finish and I am thrilled with my new image ! Call Dr. Epsteins office you wont be disappointed.

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Epstein!! Im so happy I chose him to do my breast augmentation surgery. The 24 hour recovery is legit!! I woke up from surgery in the recovery room and was able to fully lift my arms above my head before even being discharged! I went home the same day, hung out around my house, played with my 1 and 2 year old daughters and went to Walmart that night. The next day after surgery I went shopping all day with my grandma and daughters. Dr. Epstein is not only an outstanding surgeon but also has a great bed side manner. I am 3 weeks from having my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Epstein in Stony Brook. I knew that I wasn't going anywhere else once I met him and read about the 24-hour recovery. I have two children and am 38 years old. My recovery was quick as I followed all the instructions from the staff. I drove myself to his office the next day. I was able to shower and do everything I normally did on a daily basis. I was back to work in less than 48 hours post operating room. Based on a thorough review of his website I knew that the kind of results I was looking for, Dr. Epstein could provide. I received round gummy implants. Dr. Epstein and his team exceeded my expectations and turned what my friends told me was impossible (A 24 HOUR RECOVERY) into MY REALITY (LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER SURGEY I LOOKED AND FELT GREAT!!!)I am 42 years old and have breastfeed two children. I had such a wonderful experience with my breast augmentation with Dr. Epstein. I had been interested in a breast augmentation for a long time as I wanted to enhance my size and fix my asymmetry. During my consultation Dr Epstein and Staff took 3D imaging of me. This was my favorite part of the experience as rather than trying on implant samples in a bra I was able to see how different sizes and shapes would look on my ACTUAL body. His staff was extremely caring and genuinely addressed all my questions and concerns to ease my mind prior to surgery. The 24 hour recovery exceeded my expectations. One hour Post-Op I was able to raise my arms walk around use the bathroom by myself! Other than being a little tired from the anesthesia I was able go on with my day as normal only taking advil. No adverse medication side effects! I was so terrified I would have the same recovery process as my friends and would be inept for a week but every promise of the 24 hour recovery was met and one day post op was driving to the mall to go shopping. The hardest part of my recovery was sleeping on my back for a few weeks as I am a natural side sleeper- but after a week you adjust with ease! Prior to surgery I did a ton of research as I had a few college friends who got BA in Florida, while their results were great, their experiences were a bit different from mine. During their consultation they were not able to get 3d imaging of their possible results but rather had to try on bras with implant samples to get a 'feel' of what they would look like. Upon completion of their surgery, they were in extreme pain were prescribed strong pain killers that gave them adverse side effects such as nausea and constipation. They were unable to move/lift arms for 1 full week and were required to have a care giver in order to aid them in bathing and going to the bathroom. When I read about Dr. Epstein's 24 hour recovery I didnt understand how my friends could have such a terrible recovery process other than the Doctor did not provide them with proper care. I am currently 3 Months Post Op and am LOVING my results I honestly can't remember how I used to look. My scarring is so minimal and I feel great! I would highly recommend as I had such a wonder experience with Dr. Epstein and staff!

Dr. Epstein possesses good surgical skill. I had a breast augmentation done in November 2017. I'm in a position to testify his skill in that my recovery has been smooth and easy. Actually, it is said that the only thing one can be sure about a surgeon's technical skill for a breast augmentation surgery is how well and how easy the recovery is.I am one of the patients who went out to dinner the same day after the surgery. When Dr. Epstein called me to check how I felt after the surgery, I was in a restaurant and he was happy to hear that I was dinning out w friend the same day of the surgery. I don't recall I took any pain medicine. I think I didn't take any. I took one day off after the surgery. Then I went back to work the 2nd day after the surgery. Dr. Epstein is above many mediocre plastic surgeons in the market.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Epstein and his staff are by far the most educated and wonderful medical group I can ever remember dealing with. I had a B.A. back in December of 2015 with Dr. Epstein. I had NO pain, and was back at work in NYC the following day. The results exceeded my expectations.I had always been unhappy with the side profile of my nose, specifically my dorsal hump. I went to consultations over the summer when it dawned on me that I hadn't reached out to Dr. Epstein's office. I made a consult in August, and he personally spent over 1 hour with me going over the procedure and the look I wanted. I knew if I was going to do rhinoplasty, it was going to be with Dr. Epstein.Yesterday, March 12th I went in for rhinoplasty with Dr. Epstein. His new office is absolutely beautiful, state of the art and mainly CLEAN!! From the front desk associate, to the nurses, and the Anesthesiologist, I felt beyond comfortable. I woke up in the recovery room feeling excellent and came home to virtually no pain, or bruising. Today is day 2, and I woke up with no pain whatsoever and only minor swelling. Not only did Dr. Epstein call to see how I was feeling the night of the surgery, I already have received 2 calls from 2 nurses to make sure I was feeling okay. Any surgery can be scary, but Dr. Epstein's office staff and himself make it a wonderful experience! He's the best around and that is for sure!!!

$22,000 for a breast lift with implants very nice doctor but he is charging almost double everyone else in the industry!!! Very disappointing. He charges for a consultation so it would be professionally respectful that he lets his potential clients know he is much higher priced then other doctors.Edit to my initial review: I am extremely educated in the procedures that I am looking at receiving. I have consulted with 4 doctors Dr.Deboy, Dr.Greenberg, Dr.Glickman and you. I do appreciate your response but your grossly mistaken. All of the doctors mentioned above are almost half the price for the same exact procedure. I would recommend doing some research on your market. Unfortunately a $10,000 difference was too far of a disparity.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Epstein and everyone in his office. Let me begin by saying this was my second augmentation. I had my first procedure done by another surgeon- June 2015. July 2018 my right implant ruptured. I went back to my original surgeon and had scheduled the surgery date to have the implant replaced. I cancelled my appointment after having a horrible experience with someone in his office and I was then recommended to see Dr. Epstein by my sister-in-law. After the first conversation I had with Dr. Epsteins staff, I knew they truly cared for their patients. I had the consult and surgery date both scheduled within a week and a half of that first phone call. I wish I had found Dr. Epstein prior to my first surgery. Dr. Epstein has amazing bedside manner and is very personable. He spent his time answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The day of surgery: Because of Dr. Epsteins calm demeanor and warming personality, I wasnt nervous at all! He reviewed everything with me and introduced me to all of his surgery staff. Dr. Epstein even took the time out of his day to call me and ask how I was feeling the night of surgery. The office even sent flowers!!! His 24-hour recovery was almost unbelievable to me because of my experience after the first augmentation. ITS A REAL THING! I was able to put my arms above my head, shower myself and go out to dinner the day of surgery! We were amazed at how much I could do alone. I probably could have went into work the following day too. I am now three weeks post op and my breast feel AMAZING. I had my saline implants removed and replaced with Motiva Ergonomix. I do NOT recommend saline implants due to how unnatural they feel. I could feel/ see the rippling on the side and underneath of my breasts, which made me feel very self-conscious. I even began to regret my augmentation because of this. Now, no rippling WHAT-SO-EVER. I love my results and cant thank Dr. Epstein enough. I couldnt imagine a better experience and am so grateful!

I had been considering breast augmentation surgery for a long time. I had four consultations with different plastic surgeons, and chose Dr. Epstein because he came very highly recommended by a friend and a number of other women who had undergone the procedure. Prior to the surgery I remember being nervous and worried about my recovery, but the staff was very reassuring and put my mind at ease. I left the office after the procedure and was surprised I was not in pain. I was mildly sore, a bit stiff, and had some swelling that was negligible. I followed all of the post-surgical instructions, took a nap, and woke a few hours later and still no pain. By the end of the day I was lifting my arms over my head and was able to dress and undress with no problem. When Dr. Epstein called the following day to check on me, I remember telling him I didn't have any pain and asked when I was going to feel it. He said you won't if you haven't by now. I almost didn't believe him, but he was right. That day I met a friend for lunch and he was very surprised I was doing so well and said you don't even look like you just had surgery. I had taken off from work the day of the surgery and the two days following, expecting I needed the time to recover but didn't realize it was only a one day recovery. I returned to work early because I was capable of doing everything I could do prior to the surgery. I can't say enough positive things about my experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein and his staff.

Dr. Epstein is by far one of the best surgeons out there! His bedside manner, professionalism, and patience to answer my questions and concerns made all the difference in my surgery consideration. The 24 hour recovery process was amazing and I was back at work the day after my surgery. Simple tasks like opening pill bottles and vacuuming took a little extra effort, but for the most part, I felt completely fine, and with absolutely no pain! I ultimately decided to go with the Motiva implants and while the other implants choices were still a considerable option, the Motiva ones felt so unbelievably natural. I had also consulted with other patients in his clinical trial, and they too expressed great satisfaction in choosing from the Motiva line. I am now two months post surgery and couldn't be happier with my decision!

I got my BA on 11/22/17. It took me about a year and a half to research everything and anything about breast implants as I wanted to be 100% sure this was something I wanted. I wanted my breasts to be a little more full and to add what was missing from the top, especially since one was larger than the other. When selecting a doctor I was skeptical about going to the doctor's that advertise on the radio. I honestly found Dr. Epstein through Google and I'm so glad I did! What helped my decision into selecting him as my doctor was that his before and after photo's of BA's were all different. To me this means he really listened to patients as to what their goal was, all other doctor's before and after patient photos looked exactly the same. Dr. Epstein also has the 24 hour recovery which was amazing! Since the day after my surgery was Thanksgiving I had a lot to do - I was baking and doing laundry only 4 hours after surgery! I even opened my own car door when I got home from surgery and was stunned because this is something I had heard was extremely hard to do after having a BA. His 24 hour recovery is the real deal! Dr. Epstein really listed to what my goal was and his staff is phenomenal. When going into surgery I was extremely nervous and scared but Dr. Epstein and his staff were very calming and made me feel so comfortable, they even called after surgery and over the weekend to make sure I was doing well. Since it was a holiday weekend I had Thanksgiving and Black Friday off from work, I took off the Monday after just in case but I honestly didn't need to. I could have went back to work two days after surgery, I felt great! I am extremely happy with my results and would definitely do it all over again. I cannot thank Dr. Epstein enough!

My biggest concern when I starting looking for a plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation was how long of a recovery it would be. I own a business and I only work weekends, but I work EVERY weekend. All of my jobs are booked 8 months to a year in advance, so I wouldn't be able to take off a week of work to have this surgery. 24 HOUR recovery is 100% accurate. There is zero exaggeration when they claim this. I had my surgery on Wednesday 10/24 in the morning. I did exactly what they instructed me to do: go home, take a 2 hour nap, shower, and go to dinner. Before I left the surgery I was able to raise my arms above my head! But here's the best part... I was able to go to the mall the next day to try on new clothes and even go to work that Saturday! I worked all day Saturday and Sunday without any challenges! Any by the way, I also have a 4 year old daughter, who clearly requires my attention every minute. From my first impression when I found Dr Epstein on a google search was his new, updated website. I called right away, and the woman I spoke with on the phone answered all of my questions and even explained to me about her recent breast augmentation surgery she had, and how quick her recovery was. At my first appt Dr Epstein was very honest with me about how large of a size he would recommend and the negatives of going any larger than he recommended. I was very adamant about having a natural, yet fuller look. Dr. Epstein gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I hope that if someone reads this, they seriously consider Dr. Epstein because all of my friends who have had breast augmentation surgeries elsewhere, all agree that my recovery and results are beyond what they had experienced or seen from their doctors (also in Long Island).Thank you Dr Epstein and your entire staff for helping me feel like my best self !!

I had a One-Day Recovery Breast Augmentation using the Allergan 410 Gummy Bear implants and am absolutely IN LOVE with my natural results! Dr. Epstein provided me with all of the imperative information a patients needs to feel secure with their chosen surgeon. I felt he was more than happy to answer my additional questions and concerns.With the One-Day Recovery, I was able to drive myself for my next appointment just 1.5 days later! Because I'm a makeup artist and have to carry my own kit, I wasn't able to return to work immediately as my kit weighs well over the 25 lb weight restriction for the first 4 weeks, however if I was still at my old desk job, or one that doesn't require any lifting of any sort, I certainly could have returned to work within 2 days. I was able to lift my arms above my head the day of surgery and every day after! I just had my 3 week checkup this past week and as I approach the 4 week mark, I feel so much better as each day passes. Dr. Epstein really is the epitome of a what you should look for in a surgeon, especially regarding Plastic Surgery. He's very patient, understanding, willing to answer any questions and concerns, extremely informative from the get-go, and his care for your well-being both before and after your surgery is unsurpassed. I had a slight stomach pain reaction to the antibiotics (which both Dr. Epstein and I had discussed prior to surgery and I informed him of my sensitivities to medications) and called the following day, Dr. Epstein immediately returned my call, he even called me the night of my surgery day to check in and see how I was feeling! I couldn't be happier with my results so far and really appreciate being able to return to mostly every single one of my daily activities within 48 hours of surgery. I look forward to seeing my final results settle over the next few months, but so far, they are a 10 and beyond natural looking!!!! Thank you to Dr. Epstein and his beloved exceptional staff too!
