This office is very unprofessional, there is a lot of confusion on how things are ran and little to no explanation about the procedures, its side affects and after care. The doctor sees you for about 3-4 minutes and if you ask questions she seems to be bothered and doesnt necessarily address them. It is one of those offices that only want to sell their services but do not actually care about the patient, their concerns or health. In addition, the worker Maria who never really introduced herself is extremely rude and has a very disgusting attitude. I will be taking my money elsewhere, to a place that actually cares about the patient and not just about the money.

Hi,I don't understand why everyone is saying my doctor does a bad job. I am one of her patients for 12 years and she is an outstanding doctor. My doctor protects my face, she injects voluma filler which is a type of hyluronic acid filler to my face and she uses a canula that reduces complications greatly compared to a needle. She pays an extra 100$ for this canula to protect my face. No other doctor does this. I look so much younger compared to my friends and confident i am her patient for life. My doctor is very knowledgeable and teaches other doctors, I am her patient for life.

I just had my lipoplasty abdomen done about a month ago with Dr.Leva and she did an outstanding job she left me with no scars and she didn't have to cut me at all unlike my plastic surgeon in Manhattan who Left me horrible scars and a deformed appearance for my abdominalplasty which cost 22,000 dollars. Dr.Ginny did not charge such an outrageous price for my lipoplasty 9500. I did laser for swelling instead of massage included in my lipoplasty which did not hurt at all for 8 weeks which is included in the price. 1 week after surgery I was back at work. My body looks and feels amazing I can go to the beach now and not feel embarrassed about how my body looks.

I dont even know how to start describing these people unethical and unprofessional behavior. It is just unacceptable!I went to this place because I saw Dr. Leva on TV advertising her clinic, so I thought on top of having all credentials to do her job she must be very professional doing her job, so I will be in very good hands.PROVED WRONG! After I waited to see Leva for about an hr, I just saw her that day for about 10 mins and right away suggested me 2 microdermabrasion and then laser for my acne problem on top of the $474.87 + $50 consult I spent that same day I saw her and on the ointments she prescribed for my face. So, I went for my microdermabrasion & paid $381 to receive this MEDIOCRE work service Maria (the esthetician) did for me. At the same time she was working on me, she was working on somebody else and rushing of course! She rushed with this exfoliating machine on my face spending about 5 mins and then right after she rubbed it with something on her hand and then Maria left the mascarilla on my face and sent Kathy(the receptionist) after she forgot about me to take it off from my face. Im like what? Ok as Kathy explained Im sorry Maria will be right back. Also to my surprise Maria left the needle right next to me and forgot to dispose of it properly as she was rushing in to get her other Client, how could it be possible and I even told Kathy about it!These Dr. leva has Kathy who is not a licensed esthetician- wasting peoples time trying to sell you products and making you to get in contact with her like if she is the esthetician or a Dr. to consult on any concerns you may have after any treatment because they make it very difficult to see Dr. leva after you pay them the first $50 consult. In the end these people dont care and dont know what they are doing. They are just money hungry and just make you waste your money and time. Be careful about these people and do more research before you come to them and get a headache. Good luck!
