Had a really great appointment here. Was 20 minutes late because I got lost in the area, but I was seen quickly. The ultrasound team was wonderful and the FNP here took time to answer all of my questions and discuss my ultrasound. I did bloodwork in about 1 minute. Medication was sent to my pharmacy in a few minutes. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Regret starting our OB/gyn care with them. First, they did not send the prescription to the pharmacy, then they called multiple times to rebook appointments. Use old technology and staff don't always seem to know what they doing. Try Women's Health Pavilion instead, much better!

Very unprofessional, terrible service, my appointment was at 6:50pm, I was seen by the doctor at 9:00pm. The Dr told me that the medical assistant arranged the chart for the patients to be seen, I think the MA put my chart to be seen last on purpose which is terrible. When I get to the doctor there where 2 people before me and 5 more people came after me, when the doctor saw me only one person was left to be seen everyone left before me. In the City they do an excellent job, at forest hill you are not really sure who's in charge of the office. I go there because it's close by but I think I might have to change obgyn or try to go in the city,very unfortunate.

Stole my money!!!!! Stay away. I was pregnant so I continued visiting this place. At almost 2 months, I found out my baby had no heart beat. One day in the afternoon I started to feel some abdominal pain. I called this office immediately and they told me the doctor couldnt see me because there was not space and my insurance was not effective. They recommended me to visit my nearest hospital as I had Medicaid. In the hospital, I found out my baby had no heart beat and they recommend me to go to my obgy to see possible causes, methods, and follow up. I explained in tears to the disrespectful lady in the front what happened to me. She said the doctor needs to see me but I need to pay first. I PAID 450 without being explained what was going to be done. I paid and assumed the doctor would be doing the pressures to removed the death baby, and at least give me one general reason of why I lost my baby. I showed the papers from the hospital to the doctor which explained everything. She did another sonogram for no reasons and told me there was nothing she could do. I left the office heart broken. I lost my baby and nobody gave me any answers. Meanwhile Im still walking around with the baby inside. I called them to complain about the service and the payment. They said they would call me back and until this day Im still waiting. This place has no sympathy for nobody. The front desk is horrible. The nurse are even worse and the doctors rush you in, if you ever get to see them.

At first my experience was okay at the office. The doctor was supposed to send in a prescription for me. Went to the pharmacy nothing there, called the doctors office and was on hold for 20 min. They said they would send it in 5-10 min. An hour later, still nothing there. Horrible customer service and obviously incompetent staff members. Never again will I come here. Terrible experience overall.

Ive been to this office 3 times now and each time it has always taken over an hour after the scheduled appointment time to be seen. One time I was here and it was packed; not only were the patients annoyed because most had been sitting and waiting for hours, but the staff was stressed and confused. They couldnt keep track of which patients were where and even sent a patient into a room that was already occupied. They did not call when my birth control arrived after my first appointment. They did not call when my blood results came back the second time. If youre waiting on results just call the front desk, because the people who are supposed to look into it will not call you, nor answer the phone or voicemails. If you value your time do not come here. Otherwise if you got 1-2 hours to sit around and wait, by all means come here.

As a sonogram her, she answered all of my questions, and made the process very enjoyable. She is highly professional and clearly enjoys her work. If possible, always ask for her!

If only google allowed people to rate 0 star!! This office is the worst place to come to for pregnancy follow ups! In order for me to find anything out I need to consistently ask the m/a or a p/a question! Because I am 7 months months pregnant and I still have never met wit a doctor from this office! I never get follow up phone calls based on my lab results, neither do I get updated on exams that Ive taken unless I ask for the results! It is frustrating because when you are pregnant you want to be updated and informed on your latest exams which this place FALES TO DO SO! I did a anomaly scan (measures everything of the baby and allow you to know of any abnormal things) after I did this sonogram, I was sent home and never consulted with a dr or even a p/a! On my following appointment I had to ask several questions in order to get a general idea of the baby growth and development! Ladies if you are pregnant please save your time coming here unless you Willingly want to come here to be frustrated for every appointment and be confused through out your pregnancy!

Not the first time this happened.. If you value your time do not go to this place. I waited for 40 mins in the room, no one showed up. I peeked out and asked a nurse when am I being seen and as cold and placid as possible she said at least 30 mins. I got dressed right away and left. Screw this place. It's not first time it happened. I left immediately and told them they lost a patient. They shouldn't get 1 star.

This place is horrible inefficient and provides seriously sub par care. Appointments rarely matter as you'll likely have to wait an hour + to be seen, even with a scheduled appointment. Results won't be given promptly or explained. If you have an issue with your results that need medical care, forget about it. They'll give you the run around or misinformation until you eventually will just need to see someone else who can actually help. It's sad to feel scared and helpless with such a sensitive matter. I highly recommend avoiding at all cost!!!!

I have been going to Garden OBGYN for many years. The experience has always been just okay. I continued going mainly for the convenient location. Each time I went its almost always brand new people running it. Sometimes I would have to wait a little while before being seen but that never bothered me because I know they are very busy. Today was a completely different situation. Appointment was for a follow up and yet none of the people that saw me seemed to know that, which I find annoying. Read the chart. You should know why you asked me to come in for a follow up. The Receptionist that checked me in was so completely uninterested in her work. They had me do a urine sample and then wait outside, then after a long time I was called in, didnt know what they had me in for, asked me to remove my clothes and the doctor would be in shortly. Apologized for the wait and said shed have me out ASAP. (The only one that even attempted to apologize) I waited for 20 minutes until a different person came and told me to redress and wait outside. Btw during the check in portion where they weigh you and ask you about your last period we were interrupted twice by different people asking about other patients. My appointment was for 10:20 and at 12:40 I decided I would just leave. I saw no one. Did not get tested and all throughout they were completely unapologetic. I went to reception to ask for my last itemized bill and to ask for my complete file so I can go elsewhere. Receptionist did not care or ask me why I was asking for my file, why I wanted to go somewhere else. While I was waiting for my file the doctor finally came out and called my name and I said I was leaving. She stared at me for a moment and said nothing else. Didnt ask why, didnt apologize for the long wait, didnt try to accommodate me in any way. Doesnt seem like they have a grasp on how to run that place or over book appointments or are just incompetent and careless.

Once again horrible service. They did not tell my pregnant wife that she had to fast prior to coming to the location. Lack of communication between the staff and clients. They offer to take the test anyways with the results not coming up clear. We are seriously rethinking of switching, will never use this service again!

I made an online booking last Saturday (8/24) to be seen on 8/30 and called the day before my appointment as well to confirm that theyll see me for a 6:30pm since it would be convenient for me bc of my work schedule. I came for my appointment and no one was there !!!! I stood there for 10 minutes and called to see what was going on. Highly disappointed. I dont know if they closed early to have an early start to Labor Day weekend but they could have simply called me to inform me. Never again !!

I wish not to give any start to this place, was a nightmare experience 2 hours waiting and finally I didn't receive the service. No explanation, extremely unprofessional staff, no one was able to provided me with a reason about the delay, waiting for a pap 2 hours in a exam room !!!I leave the office and no one realized it! They do unnecessary test with no questions, it looks like no one knows what to do. Waste of time and resources.

First time here and It was a great experience. Everyone was kind and I was called in almost immediately. The NP was fantastic and explained everything to me. The Sonogram tech was also kind and walked me through everything. Great from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out.

This place is worse than a walking in hospital. Came in sat down waiting for an hour. Asked the girl at the front desk how long more she kept saying in 15mins and ended up being another whole hour. Dont come to this place at all. The girl at the desk is extremely rude and have a dirty attitude. Shes talking to the patients rude with an attitude. I had to leave because its leading up to 3 hours. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but they dont have that

I currently receive care at the Forest Hill location.The wait time is absolutely horrible. It is so disheartening to be punctual to an appointment only to wait almost 2 hrs to be seen by a provider for a routine GYN visit. The administration needs to evaluate this and identify why this is happening. I've been a patient here almost 5 years and every year I return hoping there would be an improvement but sadly it's not. I only return because I like my physician but after the experience I had today I plan to consider other options.

I didn't realize how bad my last doctor was or how much they weren't telling me until I came here. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The NP took me through my test results and explained everything to me. The ultrasound tech also explained everything she was doing and why. Happy I came to this place.

I have been going to this office for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and professional. This place is very clean. You can go on the weekend which is great. You always get updates if there's early appointments available. I would definitely recommend this Clinic. I feel very comfortable with the staff at Garden OB/GYN. Doctor S. Curet is wonderful she has a very warm spirit making you laugh and feel comfortable. I don't miss my appointments because I am happy with the service they provide.

My very first experience was great, even recommended them to a handful of friends. A year later when I got a positive pregnancy test and went to confirm, my experience was the opposite. The ultrasound tech was very cold and careless but she confirmed I was 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I was too happy to let it bother me. I notified them the same day that my insurance would be changing (effective December, we were in October at the time) and asked if it would still be possible to come in for my follow up appointment which was scheduled a week later, although Id technically be uninsured and they told me yes. I called a day before my appointment to confirm this and the receptionist told me that I couldnt come in and had to wait. She proceeded to inform me that they usually like to schedule a number of follow ups during the first trimester to make sure everything is okay but basically said I wouldnt be able to make any of those appointments without insurance and I wasnt seen again until December! I even asked if I could show up and be billed, which my insurance company confirmed they would have paid off afterwards, she said no. When I finally was seen again in December, I should have been 12 weeks by then but unfortunately my baby stopped growing around 8 weeks and 4 days, something I would have known almost a month prior had they allowed me to go to my appointments. The response I got from the PA during my consultation after the ultrasound was Someone is looking out for you, dont worry this is normal. She was so cold and smug. Im aware that miscarriages are common but the bit about someone looking out for me? Excuse me? That baby would have been a blessing! She scheduled a D&C and when I went for that appointment in New Hyde Park the surgeon commented You should be more careful and use protection next time during our consultation. After the procedure, the nurse who was there was also cold, and gave me a dirty look because I was crying when I first regained consciousness and continued getting a little emotional while answering some of her questions. I got the impression that they assumed I was younger than I am and I was being careless when I got pregnant or something along those lines, even though that still doesnt give them the right to make those snarky comments. Who knows what these medical professionals assumed about me, but Im happily married and my husband and I were ecstatic about having a baby. The comments and treatment I received were truly hurtful, rude and down right disgusting and I honestly wish there was more I could do than write a review.

I've been going here for several years but now actively looking for a new Dr. The office is very disorganized, I arrived at 10:15 am for a 10:40 am appointment. I was not called in until 11:50 am. The best part of my experience was the Student MA who was amazingly polite, professional, and smiling. After my initial weight/bp/H&P, I was moved to another room where I waited for approximately another 30 minutes. Two people walked into the room to take out personal items and other things while I was waiting. The initial MA who put me in the room came by and said 'Oh, you are still here?' as if they forgot they had moved me. My overall experience ended at 1:05 pm. 3 Hours in an office with appointments is unacceptable. The sonogram room had a garbage can overfull of disposable sheets, quite unsanitary. Overall, I would not recommend this place, they should invest money in customer service skills and office management.

The worst PA Bella I have ever dealt with. She is completely incompetent and acts like she is busy. When you can clearly see she is not. I will not be going to this location anymore and I would recommend no one else to. She is rude completely missing major things on my file and acts like it is your fault when she is the person with all the information infront of her. She has an attitude towards patients which is unacceptable.

They complicate things for no reason, i stopped going there. The receptionist cant help you with your insurance, you have to call a customer service line that puts you on hold for 20min so you can add you insutance info. On my send visit i had change insurers so i had to do it all over again, i get a free check up yearly i have charge the copay bc i alresdy had my check up under my old insurance. Which made no sense i had a new insurance which i get a new yearly check up. Then i get a bill at home for $25 copay which i had paied at the office. And then I sent the check never went back. 6 months later i get the bill for the full visit $375. Their manhattan location which i had to wait naked for 30 min i left no one even notice. Terrible service. GYN is already stresfull find a more zen place if you can

Ive been to a couple of gardens offices before and i have to say forest hills was my most pleasant visit. I was greeted by receptionist who was lovely and the medical assistant and her student were very sweet. The pa Bella was so sweet and answered all of my questions (i had alot!) .Loved the staff! I went to see Dr. Curet during my pregnancy. She took care of me like no one else could. I normally do not like vaginal exams but she is able to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Curet is very patient. Also, she cares about her patients a lot.

I accompanied my cousin at this location and I must say they really impressed me. Which is not an easy task. My cousin scheduled a last minute appointment and she was scheduled the same day!!!Once we arrived there was a welcoming assistant at the front desk, we were seen right away. The assistant at the front desk was very pleasant, I asked her a few questions because I am actually looking to find a new OB/GYN and after this visit with my cousin I believe I am switching to this location. The place was immaculate, very welcoming, hours until 8pm/9pm ( which is always a plus especially when you work) . Bella was great. They have gained a new client will update after my check up.

Long waiting time, they also will schedule you with a PA even if it says MD so make sure you request to only see the doctor. They brought a random girl in training to watch someone perform my ultrasounds internal and external ... didnt even ask me. Not good service

PA Natella, was the best, despite the day she was having she understood my issue and how upset i was. She is very well spoken, kind and knows her job. My visit went very quick. My appointment was for 10am on Friday morning and I was out by 10:20am. The staff were very friendly and helpful and full of smiles. The doctor was nice as well and provided me with full and understanding information regarding my visit. Also most importantly the office was clean and spacious. My wife has been going here for 2 years and the day we found out she was pregnant there was no care from the staff. We were not explained what to expect and they did not walk us through what to expect eve though it was our first baby. There was no heartbeat for about 8 weeks and we were terrified. Instead of calming us and explaining that every pregnancy is different, they almost convinced us that an. Empty sac means miscarriage. A Russian lpn was very rude and her energy was that of someone who wanted to go home. I feel that since we started going there as regular patients and to then be a first time pregnancy, there should have been a different level of service. Instead of saving money and hiring LPNs to run the show... Doctors should he hired to provide a better experience.
