I went through so much to get this appointment in the first place with my own insurance company. I was 13 minutes late because i could not find the office due to my gps not loading. I told them i have been on the phone with thier answering service for almost a half hour trying to figure out where to go with no actual person answering. I drove in circles trying to find the place. They gave me paperwork and I filled it out and brought it back about 10 minutes after that they told me they would have to reschedule because I was late after I already filled out the paperwork and already waited. I did not reschedule due to my frustration and I will not be back.

We had terrible expierences every visit! During our first visit for our son when he was 11 months old for chronic ear infection we waited over an hour to see Dr. Tinsley. During the visit he made a lot of sexist comments among other things that make my husband and both uncomfortable. I really wish we would have listened to our gut feelings about him then, especially since some of the things he said seemed contradictory, however we were desperate to help our son. So we scheduled his surgery. The surgery only took 15 minutes and the nurse brought my now 12 month old son back to me screaming in pain. I finally calmed him down after 20 minutes of crying (he feel asleep on my chest) and the nurse came back in and said it looks like the pain medicine finally kicked in. I was furious, why didnt you give it to him sooner, why did he have to wait for it to kick in. That really should have been it for me, but for some reason we went back. During our last visit, my son now 20 months, was the last straw. We asked Dr.Tinsley if our sons tubes were still in place, he said he couldnt tell in his left ear, he would have to remove the wax. He stuck sharp pointy tweezers into my sons ear while I held him. He pulled out the wax and went back in, my son started to scream and I said okay, okay, OKAY to try to get him to stop. He pull out what I thought was more wax. My son was sobbing. He said okay and stood up to leave and I said wait, could you see the tube? Is it still in there? He responded and said I just pulled it out! We left immediately, my husband I were so pissed. We will NEVER EVER take our son back to Dr. Tinsley.
