Terrible experience! I was a patient here before it was purchased by Nuvance Health, and I didn't think the service could get any worse but it did! The check-in staff looked bored out of their minds, when I went over to check in they just said 'What?' as if they didn't know why they were sitting there. When I told them I had an appointment, they told me the appointment was moved to a different location. But no one told me before hand. All they could say was 'Sorry someone misinformed you' and that's it. They literally could not have cared less. AND, the location that they claimed my appointment was moved to closes before the appointment time that I had scheduled. I'm sick and in a lot of pain, and I needed this appointment to happen. I'm so sick of people in the health care industry who don't care about helping people, and actually doing their job. I definitely won't be making anymore appointments here! Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to go for an orthopedic consult!

I didnt see a doctor until an hour after my scheduled appointment which is horrible practice. I talked to the nurse and she said its always like that. That is poor management and scheduling. That was how my first appointment started. Then the doctor came in, hardly talked, and the whole time was just trying to leave the room. I had to tell him to stop and to talk through everything. He hardly touched my back which is why I was there. I brought a pile of reports for my back and he obviously didnt look through them. Im not sure why he works there because he obviously doesnt have any passion or care for patients. I booked this appointment a month ago because your office was so booked out and you waisted so much of my time, energy and money which is absolutely horrible. I am very connected to the hospital and will be bringing this to upper management.

I had an early appointment this morning. The staff was very pleasant and I was called in within 5 minutes. I was sent for an X-ray and the technician was very professional. Next stop to the doctor. This was my first appointment with Dr. Stewart. I am having issues with my knee. Dr. Stewart listened to my explanation, did an examination and developed a conservative plan of action.When my appointment was finished, I left confident that I was in the right place. I will follow the plan he suggested and see if I get relief. If not, we go to the next step.

Prepare to wait for more than hour. Also prepare for your doctor to not send your new script to your pharmacy. Then prepare for the fact that the office answering people decide on their own that your med request doesnt warrant talking to the doctor on call. Instead, they tell you to go to the ER. Thank you very much OADC! Oh, and least you forget that this medical practice has become nothing but a factory, the entire check in process is now automated through kiosks. By eliminating interaction with real people, OADC has removed human touch from a medical environment. Obviously, this office values expediency over caring.

Appointments were running about a hour late the day I was there but sometimes that happens depending on situations out of their control. My doctor apologized for the delay. Maybe it would help if they told patients that they are running late when you first check in, or see if you would like to reschedule since it was a good hour behind? I had traveled to far to go back so I was staying. Meeting with the Dr. was 5 star, thanks!

Everyone is nice, the physicians are good, but the administrative system they use is inadequate for the size of the practice. This is why I give one star. It is incredibly difficult to reach them for anything. I have been on hold at times for 1/2 hour. While on hold there is a constant loop of advertising for their practice. I have pressed the star key for a call back and never received a call back or the call back comes hours later. Bottom line is every time I have to call them, whether it is for an appointment or to speak to the nurse or administrator, I dread it.

Had recent arthroscopic shoulder surgery with Dr. Andrew Stewart. From the first office visit, to the procedure preparation, the surgery itself and post op visits, things were organized and well though out. All the staff were professional and kind. The only reason I didnt give a five star rating is because the phone system seems to be inadequate for the number of OADC patients.

Everyone is very helpful. The only complaint would be that i sprained my knee on a Thursday afternoon and they didnt have an opening until the following Monday. It was awful waiting the three days and could not walk. Otherwise really like dr Stewart and the office staff!
