Ideal Shooting

The fact that I got medically cleared by my doctor to be semi sedated Now I had to pick the route of actually getting surgery for my kidney stone instead of shock wave and suffer more pain. So thanks to who ever is head of the Anesthesia department over there.

Had a great experience having surgery there. The nursing staff were friendly and kind, and they keep your family in the loop through the surgery. My overall experience was excellent!

The reception staff are friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean, modern and well appointed with a lot of windows and natural light. There is a separate tv area and area for drinking coffee. The chairs and sofas are very comfortable and the newspapers and magazines are up to date. The nursing staff has also always been friendly and professional. The wait time before being called in for prep has always been minimal.

Medical Staff: Outstanding! Every effort was made to keep us apprised of the surgery status continually! Could not have done a better job!Reception: At times there were up to 4 staff, yet they were inattentive and acted as if it was bothersome to respond. In waiting for a woman ahead of me requesting change for coffee (sign states they will oblige), they acted as if it was beneath them. Coffee: At a time when Health Care Presidents and COOs are raking in record bonus incentives and salaries, they are charging to use a self-serve coffee maker with very small cups/portions and only sweetener in small quantities. Pathetic. Dont forget to stop at DD or Panera (short walk) beforehand so you will not endure this disappointing perk.At least a 5-star rating is reachable with staff improvements...
