I was able to get an appointment the same day as the onset of my symptoms. Everyone in the office was very kind and comforting and we explored every possible issue. The staff and doctor were calm and collected even after being unable to come to a conclusion. The doctor told me to call her directly if my symptoms were not explained by one last opinion from one more health care provider and got me into see another doctor. I'm very happy with how everything was handled and dealt with.

My appointment was at 9.30 I wasnt seen until close to 10:15....after showing up 15 minutes early for paperwork as well. Very very unimpressed with that. I absolutely despise when places have zero regard for anyone elses schedule. (Which i has an appt I pushed back because they were 45 minutes behind...also did NOT inform me of such lengthy delays) As for the actual interactions with staff and doctor... the doctor was good. The staff was okay. The doctor was extremely thorough which was nice. I will continue to go back to them. I just will need to make sure any appointments on my only day off is scheduled at least 3 hours after when I am suppose to be called in. Other than that I was very satisfied with the practice and quality. I think really they just need to communicate with patience any delays so they can make necessary arrangements as they also lead a life :)

Sight MD and the doctors at this location are amazing! I was having pain in a visual disturbance in my left eye. They diagnosed me quickly with the corneal ulcer and inflammation, treated me aggressively with medication and had me come back daily to monitor me closely and adapt treatment as needed. Because of their accurate diagnosis and quick treatment my problem is being resolved and my vision is improving with a good prognosis. I did not wait more than five minutes in the waiting room for any appointment and everyone on staff was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. A very special thanks to Dr. McGuinness for his quick diagnosis and accurate treatment to get my ulcer treated immediately. Thank you to Dr. Shah for her assessment and aggressive stepped up treatment as a corneal specialist so that my vision could be preserved and my eye brought back to health quickly. A VERY grateful and heartfelt thank you to DR. SCANDIFFIO who took a lot of time to explain in great detail exactly what was happening in my eye, how the medications were working, what to expect and what not to worry about in my vision changes as they got this critical situation under control. She gave me such peace of mind and relief for taking the time to really help me understand what was happening and what to expect in the days ahead, regarding my vision and eye care. I cannot thank her enough for being so thorough and knowledgeable and taking the time to give such personal care that you dont always see in the medical profession. It is so very much appreciated and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and the other doctors, along with Sight MD for any ophthalmology needs.

Very professional and friendly. Very accommodating as to scheduling visits. I had cataract surgery performed on both eyes and the staff at each of the offices were connected and coordinated. It was pain free and went as smoothly as you could ever hope for!

The staff at this location are great. However, I was told I needed a prescription antibiotic for my eye and I never got it. I called several times and nobody called me back. I left voicemail and spoke to two different people. It is 3 days since my visit and I still dont have the prescription. Im supposed to have surgery but now Im very nervous, what if I need something post operative. Im very uneasy about continuing on.

Im writing this review to personally thank Dr Neil Nichols. My father Pasquale Morabito underwent surgery by Dr Nichols earlier this month. My dads eyelids were totally covering his eyes. Dr Nichols performed surgery on both if his eyes. My dad is 85 years old and had remarkable results. I cant thank you enough Dr Nichols! We can finally see his beautiful blue eyes again. Thank you to your wonderful staff in Sayville and at the surgicenter in Brentwood. From the moment we walked into the surgicenter we were warmly greeted by the guard and we were treated with the utmost professionalism! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

It took me a while to pay for the classes because Im disabled And on a limited budget. Doug (the owner) sold me a pair of glasses That were two sizes too big for my face. Has no glare protection and the prescription was done wrong. Besides that they werent bad. I guess you get what you pay for although 700 bucks is not cheap these days. So much for experience. Worst place Ive ever been to in 45 years of wearing glasses. Buyer beware.
