Dr. Halliday: 'What beings you here today?' Me: 'I noticed this lump just under my ear and my primary doctor wanted me to see you.'Doc: Yep, you have a problem with your saliva gland! You probably want to get rid of that,huh?'Me: 'Well yes, I guess so!'Doc: 'Okay how about as soon as I can get you in?'That may not be exactly how the conversation went but it was one month from the time I first noticed it to the day he operated! My biggest complaint is I can't show off the scar because he hid it so well! I can only drink with a straw for now but I have been assured that is only temporary. I highly recommend you check there first if have any issues, he is a fine addition to the Lourdes medical professional's. His staff there is top notch as well, fun and easy to talk to.

WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!Dr. Hallidays new office is in beautiful Skaneateles. When I was recently there to have a small growth on my face removed, I was greeted by his friendly staff and made to feel comfortable right away. I hardly waited to be called in by Mary, his assistant who is so wonderful and good at making a patient feel comfortable. When Dr. Halladay came in the room I must say he had the best bedside manner. He was caring and listened. He communicated what the next step would be in an extremely organized and conscientious manner. They are such a great team of providers.When I think of Compassion, Professionalism, Expertise and Confidence, Dr. Halladay has it all! I definitely will be going back and referring patients to his practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Halliday for over 20 Years. The reason that I first saw him was because I had a deviated septum of the nose. I had had two prior surgeries from other doctors in the Syracuse area that were complete failures. I was miserable! Then somehow, by the grace of god, I heard about Dr. Halliday. Dr Halliday performed my 3rd surgery and it has been a success for over 20 years with no collapse of the septum. I was finally able to breath normally again. In my opinion, there are so many things that make Dr. Halliday stand out from other doctors in Central New York area. He treats you like a friend, He is caring, and He is sympathetic, He cares about all his patience. You feel his kindness and concern for your well being the moment he walks into the room. Its all about you! Over the years, He has always been the first Doctor that I call for an appointment when I have Sinus problem, Sore throat, Ear problems, and not only does his office staff get you in as soon as possible they also make the visit less stressful. He recently moved his practice to Skaneateles NY and let me tell you, its a joy to go to that office. You feel calm and at peace the moment you walk in the door. A Doctors office environment makes a huge difference when you are stress because of your health. Dr. Hallidays office atmosphere helps calm the body down. Not sure why, but it does. I would rather drive the 25 minutes to Skaneateles from the Syracuse area then to go to a doctors office that herds you in and herds you out. This is not the case with Dr. Halliday. The one thing that I must say about Dr. Halliday is that Dr. Halliday is from the old school of Doctors. He doesnt rush into the room and make you feel like you need to rush through your concerns for your health. He listens and gives you his full attention. He discusses your options and you, together, decide on how to proceed with your health. Doctors like Dr. Halliday do not exist anymore. He is definitely one of kind. He is the best
