Coming from a background of sales and customer service I would say that the most important part of counseling in premium services is to have good communication skills, identify good candidates, and create a relationship built on trust, compassion, and understanding. The most challenging part is the ability to positively manage a trusting clients expectations before, during, and post procedure. Cosmetic and Laser Medispa is a practice that takes pride in what they do and personally feels the disappointment of any patient whose reasonable expectations have not been met. Cosmetic treatments are such a wonderful opportunity for men and women to be proactive in their skincare and overall appearance. It allows for anyone to always feel and look their personal best. If we feel it then we will see it and so will everyone that we meet. Great people, great care, and always great service. Thank you to the staff for always putting patient care first and for making every patient feel listened to and important. Great place to work if you're ever interested in helping amazing people. Its a feel good practice for patients and staff alike!

The staff at this place is FABULOUS! So warm and friendly! The atmosphere is just so welcoming and the ladies make you feel so comfortable. I had my first microdermabrasion treatment today and it was BETTER than I had hoped for. My face feels amazing! I also had voted injections a few weeks ago and Im very satisfied! Today was my very first time visiting Center for Sight. I was seen for a routine ocular hygiene appoinment in preparation for possibly having lasik. I learned so much about the health of my eye and how to care for my eyes today. I received a treatment called Lipiflow to help unclog my oil glands and relieve my uncomfortable dry eye condition. Emily was my ocular hygienist and she made my appoinment fun. Jennifer and Emily told me every step of the process to make me feel comfortable. Everybody is super nice and personable. Overall great experience and so much to learn about. Refreshing to have a place in town that does more then the basics.

The Medical Spa is like your home away from home. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and at ease. I have had a few different procedures done, from micro derms, tattoo removal and more invasive procedures. Not once was I nervous, I knew I was in the right hands. Anytime I have had questions or concerns, either the staff or the doctors were right there to answers them. I highly recommend the Medi Spa, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Today I went in for my second laser hair reduction treatment. I can't believe how amazing the staff is. Completely attentive and kind. They truly care about what you want and the best for you. They give honest opinions and don't try to sell you things you don't need. The prices are honest and I've actually found them to be one of the lower places around here. Plus they are very efficient in what they do and quick as well! I highly recommend this place.

Had my appointment scheduled for a profractional laser treatment a couple months in advance and took 2 weeks off from work since it takes some time to heal, i didnt hear from them to confirm my appointment so i called them and they told me the Doctor is on vacation.....I was kind of upset about it they didnt even let me know and my vacation days were waisted for nothing. However i rescheduled for a new appointment. On the day of the procedure i had to wait over an hour everything was very chaotic in there the doctor rushed into the room and did the laser treatment without really anylising my skin before she took just a quick look and decided which depth there are using. After 6 months i was suppose to see results, it has been 5 months and there is no difference in my skin it looks worse because there are still laser marks on my face that look like large pores.I also wanted an eyebrow lift with dysport (same like botox) ...they injected into the muscle that raises my brows now they look even more droopy since i cant move them up. The people that work there are personally really nice but the customer service and outcome of the procedures were very dissapointing for me and a big waist of money.

I would highly recommend this business! You feel pampered and unique! I live over an hour away, well worth the drive!!

Highly recommend. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Wide amount of facial and spa services. They take a generous amount of time during consultation to explain each one for you, answer all questions, and give you advice based on your needs and skin. Prices are comparible to ones around but you are also getting quality and cleanliness!! Office is immaculate!!

I would most definitely recommend Cosmetic & Laser Medispa. Ive been a client for almost 1 years. As a very busy mom, wife, and Soldier, this is what I treat myself to once a month. The staff is AMAZING and very friendly. All are very knowledge about the services they offer. They dont push you into buying services you dont need. My biggest issues were my uneven skin tone and darks spots all over my face. I took the advice of Marlene (BTW she is AWESOME) and started with microdermabrasions, then moved on to chemical peels, then laser facials. As you can see from the pictures, my skin tone on my face has evened out and some of the dark spots have faded while others are fading. Im very satisfied with my results so far. I made sure to leave the dates on the top of the before and after pictures. So you can see the gradual changes from month to month. I get so many compliments on my skin now and all credit goes to Cosmetic Laser and Medispa. Thank you ladies for everything you do. You ROCK!!!

I work two jobs and recently decided to treat myself to a microbrasion, I chose the Cosmetic & Laser Medispa because it was close to home. As soon as you walk you in you are welcomed by a friendly smile from Tabetha. I then met Marlyn who performed my microbasion telling me what she was doing each step of the way so there was no surprises. I was so happy with my treatment and felt so comfortable that I went on and purchased a laser package to diminish the sun spots on my face. After just two treatments they are either gone or less noticeable. I have since spoken to Jennifer over the phone about what I am trying to accomplish and Jennifer was so helpful and honest and not pushy at all. All the staff that I have met are so friendly and out going I just love it. I would recommend anyone to check our the Cosmetic & Laser Medispa before going anywhere else to save yourself time and energy because your search will be over.

I have gotten a package of 7 microdermabrasion facials for $500. It is the only location in Watertown that provides them as well as several other laser services. The tech is very sweet and provides great info into other products to revitalize collagen production in the face and neck. After a couple of the microdermabrasion treatments, my skin color and tone was noticeably improved. I highly recommend these as a part of routine skin care.

What can I say, Jen and the staff at the Medi-Spa are simply amazing! I've been getting microdermabrasions there for a few months now and my face has never been better! Marlene is simply amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of there. Jen makes sure her staff if knowledgeable but better yet, makes the place feel like home. Most times when you go to a business, you can tell it is a business, but when I'm at the Medi-Spa I feel like I'm sitting right in my living room at home. I haven't encountered Brittany much, as she mainly does injections and I don't get that done. But she is very knowledgeable and helpful when I ask her questions! I didn't think the Medi-Spa could get any better, then Tabby was hired! She was the missing puzzle piece no one ever knew was missing. I would highly recommend Jen and the Medi-Spa to anyone.
