My experience with Dr. Farella was incredible. After doing a lot of research and consulting with other Drs. to find the Right one for me. I finally met Dr. Farella. My first consultation with him was like I was talking to someone I knew for a long time. He made me feel very comfortable, he is very easy to talk to... Dr. Farella walked me through every single step and never made me have unrealistic expectations. Everything he told me I was going to expect after surgery its exactly what I experienced. And to top it off!!! His wonderful staff made the whole process so much easier to deal with. (On every aspect). Its a very Pleasant , very Private and clean Environment to be, specially when you feel the most vulnerable. My post surgery care has being impeccable, its being 8 month since my lipo and a month since my Abdominoplasty . Dr. Farella has being nothing but exceptional. I have followed everything he has recommended to have a better recovery. He has being there all the way answering my questions and returning calls. Dr. Farella its very knowledgeable on everything he does. He is honest and compassionate with his patients.He has definitely made it ALL be worth it! Im very happy with my results.I feel confident again and look great! If I ever consider any other surgery I will definitely go to the one I trust. Dr. Farella.

I am so happy with my upper and lower eye lid surgery and face lift that Dr. Farella did on 02/13/2019. First of all I look great and it looks very natural. Everyone I see asks me if I lost weight or got a haircut. I look like me only 15 years younger! I felt that the staff gave me great instructions to follow before and after the surgery. Dr. Farella loves what he does and it shows! He is kind, warm and patient. I have been on the fence about getting this done for about 7 years and I am so glad I finally made the decision to choose Dr. Farella. Thank you Dr Farella!

I had two wonderful experiences with Dr. Farella, first a breast reduction in 2016 and a tummy tuck this past December. To say that i'm happy with the outcome would be an understatement. He was able to correct fairly severe asymmetry with my breast and the scars are barely noticeable. He always made me feel as though my concerns and questions were fully taken into consideration. My tummy tuck recovery has gone better than i expected and the results are nothing short of amazing. I finally feel like i look on the outside how i feel about myself on the inside. To me, that has been the best thing i could have asked for and it really is priceless to me. The office staff are always available for questions and are accommodating with scheduling. Additionally, both surgery days were made seamless with the help of Dr. Farella's nurse and anesthesiologist. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. You will not be disappointed in the care that you receive or the outcome of your procedure with Dr. Farella.

I had surgery with Dr. Farella on 11/21/18, I was having issues with my 3 yr old implants (I had used another doctor), I was in pain and and one was really high and moved so I went to Dr. Farella who was highly recommended....well this was the Best visit of my life. Dr. Farella was so knowledgeable, compassionate and just awesome. We went through the consultation, he gave me all my options but I already knew I wanted my implants removed so I did. he is a miracle worker. I had a lift and removed my implants. Best surgeon ever, he is gentle, my pain was minimal, my scars are barely noticeable and my breast look amazing. He is indeed the Best Surgeon, and his staff is amazing. I wish I would have seen him first, but I did now. He gets a 100% from me.

I am extremely disappointed in Dr. John Farella and his marketing/outreach. I live in Westchester and saw an add for Dr. Farella's practice that showed a woman, a mom, speaking to herself in the mirror. The mirror was talking about all of her parts of her body that were unattractive and the weight she was holding on since she had children (her saggy breasts, belly, fat on her belly, etc.). I am shocked. Full disclosure: I just had a child 8 months ago. And as a new mom, I am so disappointed that this type of ad has not only been created, but has been placed on TV. I realize that you are trying to get clients but there has to be a better way to do that then to disparage mothers and make people feel bad about bodies that were used to create life. I made a child. Who are you to tell me that parts of my body are disgusting? This did not make me want to come to Dr. Farella. I am not opposed to plastic surgery and feel that it can be an option for people who are struggling with certain parts of their body. But that should be a personal choice and not one made because of an ad that tells you your body is disgusting. Women should not be made to feel bad about their bodies after carrying children. And that is what your ad is doing. In 2018, we are responsible for being better and I expect better.

Dr. Farrell's and his staff are AMAZING!!!!!! They answered all of my questions thoroughly I had lipo done on March 2016 the day of my sugery Dr. Farella and his surgical staff were great. They were kind and reassured my fears ( I'm petrified of going under). After surgery they made sure I was comfortable and able to go home.The results were amazing!!!!! I went from a size 16 to a size 12!!!!! I continued to loose weight, On January 2018, I returned for a tummy tuck and I'm very happy with the results so far. I had minimal pain and scarring . Not only did Dr. Farella give me my body back he gave me my confidence back and for that I will be forever greatful!!!!!! I highly recommend. Dr. Farella not only is he is an excellent plastic surgeon he takes his time to answer your questions and follows your recovery to make sure your ok.

Growing up, I was super insecure about my breasts. I could only wear certain clothes, & bra shopping was the WORST. I would dread having to wear a bathing suit or having to change in front of anyone. I would cry all the time about my insecurities, & every time I went to the doctor I was told I would just have to 'wait & see, because there's nothing you can do about it.' For 18 years of my life I was insecure about my breasts. I felt like a freak... all I wanted was to be normal. Dr.Farella changed all that for me. He did such an amazing job with my surgery, he allowed me to finally feel 'normal' and confident. Dr. Farella's office was clean, organized, friendly & professional. I decided to have my facelift and grafting. One of my friends suggested me Dr. Farella, a cosmetic plastic surgeons in New York. My friend had her facelift done by him and after the procedure she looks so beautiful I cant even believe that it is her face. I fixed my appointment with Dr. Farella without any delay and had my facelift and fat grafting done by him. The procedure scheduling was seamless and the surgery center experience was great. BeAware- my procedure was preformed around 9 months ago & I am just now able to tell the disappointment I went through. My breast reduction was a horror/nightmare then and now. My DD breasts were suppose to be reduced to around a C cup; instead of D, uneven breasts, an infection in one which is deformed, discolored, a hole and no nipples. Being sick with the procedures and antibiotics for around 2/3 months, I did not feel like myself, throwing up, crying, and missed a holiday with my family. When I expressed my disappointment, and requested a refund Dr. Farella took a step back, crossed his arms and said I signed a contract (which I took as so too bad/disrespectful for the outcome he produced. He did say he would try and fix them- which I then shivered, I could never trust him and go through that experience again with him.
