Having skin cancer on my nose was upsetting. I was scared that my nose would be forever damaged. I have had three reconstructive surgeries on my nose after Mohs surgeries, two by Dr. Goldman. Thanks to Dr. Goldman, people who have seen my nose are amazed that you have to look very closely to notice that any prior surgery has been done. The day of the most recent surgery, his staff at the hospital were kind, helpful, and courteous. I was very well taken care of from my admittance until my release. His surgical staff was so attentive and made me feel comfortable. I was also impressed that two days after my surgery, I received a card from his entire nursing staff wishing me well.Dr. Goldman checked on me after and made sure that I understood all after care instructions. My stitches are healing extremely well, and I expect minimal scarring since I had almost none from the previous procedure. Besides using his talent for patients here in the United States, he is very involved with humanitarian efforts to better the lives of children with congenital deformities in other countries through the HUGS program. I am thankful that I was able to find such a talented and caring doctor.

Dr. Goldman is one of the best board certified plastic surgeons in the region. He executed my procedure very well and I am content with my results. I 100% recommend him for a procedure such as the one I had done, a septorhinoplasty which also consisted of a nasal valve reconstruction and turbinectomy. He is a very skilled and meticulous surgeon and will do his best to achieve the results you desire. Dr. Goldman and his staff made my procedure flow smooth and easy. If I had to do this again with Dr. Goldman, I would in a heartbeat. No one, unless the people I told that I had a septorhinoplasty, noticed a difference. But, any reputable surgeon will leave you with a result that is so good, it looks like its always belonged to you. Schedule a consultation, you won't regret it!

Seeing Dr. Goldman was one of the worst decisions Ive ever made. Had a septo/rhino with him in 2009 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center when I was 23. I dont know if he had a resident do most of the surgery or not but my nose ended up being twice as large and I ended up with a huge scar under my septum. Had to have another surgeon do a revision on it a few years later but it still looks deformed. My nose looked great before the surgery and I wish Dr. Goldman would have told me that.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Goldman. I highly recommend Dr. Goldman for all facial cosmetic or reconstruction surgery. He consistently creates a completely natural, normal look. His brow lifts never have the surprised look, his lip fillers don't leave his patients looking like a duck and his facelifts never ever look stretched. Among many, he is referred to as the 'face guy'. If you have any kind of procedure Dr. Goldman will happily give you his personal cell number and he encourages his patients to call anytime with any concerns or questions. Dr. Goldman does a huge amount of volunteer reconstructive surgeries in other countries. He does not schedule surgeries in this country right before leaving. Also, Jen the head office person is always willing to have communication directly through her. If you get the answering service you can ask for a return call from Jen. She is great. She calls right back unless they are serving in another country. They are small but they are without a doubt the best.

In December of 2017 Dr. Goldman performed surgery on my nose.. He reshaped my nose, fixed my deviated septum, fixed my thin and collapsing nasal walls, and performed a turbinectomy. The ENTIRE process from start to finish was nothing but a dream! Dr. Goldmans team was absolutely phenomenal with every step of the process and really took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind to ease with the surgery! My nose was something that I had always been self-conscious about my entire life, so it was a dream of mine to have it done and not only does my nose look STUNNING, but it also works correctly. I can actually breathe out of it now, which is the best part :). I had no complications with surgery or with the recovery process. Every step of the process turned out to be the best case scenario. I was so pleasantly surprised when I had no black eyes, hardly any bruising, and much less pain than expected. Its now been a little over four months since my surgery and my nose (in my opinion haha) is PERFECT!!!! The before and after pictures are completely astonishing and choosing to have Dr. Goldman perform this surgery for me was the best decision Ive ever made. I recommend anyone thinking about getting any kind of nasal work to go to him because you wont regret it!! If I had to do it all over again I would hands down do it because the results are better than I could have ever dreamt or asked for!

I went in last Friday for a consultation with Dr. Goldman who made me feel comfortable and assured about my rhinoplasty surgery. However, the receptionist failed to notice that my insurance wasnt within their network, even after giving her my insurance card with all of the necessary information provided. I was then notified AFTER signing all of the waivers, consulting about the surgery and taking off work that Dr. Goldman is not within my insurances network. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism, especially when I asked to be referred to another doctor they refused saying he was simply the best and no other doctor does work like he does. Funny how such a great doctor has such horrible staff.

NC is very lucky to have this surgeon here. To say all I would like to would appear gushing, and disingenuous. Dr. Goldman is fantastic. Skill, attitude, bedside manner, and availability are all 4-star. His other tremendous charitable works speaks volumes and a reason to support his practice.
