The staff was very helpful and kept us informed. The surgeon was great! My daughter had very little swelling. The office director, who gave us our discharge instructions, was very clear and did a good job. The nurse who did the anesthesia was pleasant and made my daughter feel comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience.

Professionalism and Class. Dr. Mohamed is top of the line. He is very detailed and precise which is EXACTLY what you want in a surgeon. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the result. Very talented clinician whom I would refer anyone too. The icing on top, however, is the entire team and care they provide. I felt very well taken care of and supported from my initial consult to my post-operative care. I had heard horror stories from individuals who had similar surgeries in the area of how they were run through 'the mill.' That was certainly not the case for me. For example, both Dr. Mohamed and Dr. Lineberger (the anesthesiologist for the group) sent the entire team home after my surgery on Dec. 23rd (night before Christmas Eve!) and personally stayed to help me into the car after coming out of anesthesia. I would highly recommend Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery to anyone.

My son just had all 4 wisdom teeth cut out and removed. You would never know it by looking at him or listening to him. Bleeding stopped with in the 1st half hour. We keep him on the medication as a preventative but he has said he does not need it at all. It was a success all the way around, love love Love Bart Ferrell

We have been attempting to address an insurance payment for over three months now and get reimbursed. Funds were sent to the dental office and confirmed by my insurance company. We have not been able to resolve this issue. This is very unfortunate. We have complete documentation and proof of the payment sent to the dental office. This is so highly unprofessional.

I had two different services here and was very pleased with both. The first was a wisdom teeth removal which went without complications and Im happy with the results. I no longer have pain from one of the teeth being impacted. The second service was with Tina for microdermabrasion. Im always a little hesitant when it comes to my skin cause you just never know! However I immediately felt comfortable with Tina. She was very professional and recommended a personalized skin regime that Ive adapted and can now notice softer skin. She is such a nice person too! Ill definitely be back.

I went in for laser hair removal and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with Tina! She answered a ton of my questions regarding laser hair removal as well as chemical peels for my sensitive skin. She created a very comfortable environment and so easy to talk to. Cant wait for my next session! Highly recommend to anyone!I also went in for a microdermabrasion session (1 of 3) and loved it! Did not hurt a bit, she tended to all of my sensitive skin needs, gave her recommendation on products and discussed the easy aftercare

Didnt talk to me beforehand, didnt show me the xrays, did the maximum surgery possible when honestly it could have been put back by hand and biting down on it would have kept it in place. I would have put it back if I had seen the xrays like I asked. So they bolted it together (crooked) put the tape on wrong and ripped off a section of my cornea (that I had to spend $600 on to get taken care of) and on top of that bolted on the wires. Im assuming they were showing a future dr how to do everything you can. So on top of that enormous bill I went back to tell them how they put it on crooked and lied about it. Charging me $400 for 5 minutes of them lying to me. Then had to get the plates taken out for another $2000 because they were painful. Considering gathering the X-rays to sue these people.

Dr. Mohamed and his team of professionals were amazing, and took such good care of me during a tooth extraction. I had to have IV sedation, and my veins are terrible due to many past surgeries. His team worked together to ensure that an IV was placed, he ultimately found a vein in my foot, and was successful in placing my IV there with hardly any discomfort. I came from Statesville, where a previous oral surgeon treated me badly and very unprofessional. The former oral surgeon was frustrated that he could not obtain an IV and grew impatient, but Dr. Mohamed and his compassionate, and very patient team made up for the terrible situation I had previously. If you want your surgery done right, see this team of Dr's. Lastly, my family and I were very impressed that Dr. Mohamed took the time from his busy schedule to escort me to the car, they also had kept my family updated the whole time, and reassured us that he would be available if any problems should arise. He is an outstanding Dr and human being! Not many Dr's would take the time to do what he did, plus a follow up call a few days afterwards to check on me! WOW, is all I can say! Wonderful experience!
