I would not recommend this doctor for any plastic surgery procedures. I had two skin cancer spots removed from my nose and went to Dr Nowicky for repair. After over 6 months of recovery my nose is permanently disfigured with deep scars that run both up and down and crosswise. Dr Nowicky has been less than professional in his follow up and has accepted no responsibility for his failure to provide quality care.

Where do I begin about this magical place on Earth? My daughter and I are both patients here and everyone in the office is absolutely amazing! Dr. Nowicky is efficient but he does not rush you and he will answer all of your questions and concerns. As long as I am in Charlotte, I will never go to another doctor.

This place is Awesome the staff is incredible! I took my 4 kids today and those ladies tagged team them so fast and so sufficient! Dr. Nowicky came in and they all became one magnificent human machine! He was the left hand all 3 nurses were his right hand!! He examined and explained what was going on with each of my kids with terms that I understood, he advised me of a plan that he and his team of nurses would help me with. Thank you to Carolinas Skin Center they really Rock!!!

My boyfriend and I had to come in for an emergency stitch up on his pinkie. When we arrived we were greeted by everyone and was taken care immediately, which was reaffiriming with the stress we were going through at the moment. Dr.Nowicky was kind and fast. He made sure my boyfriend was in good care and did the stitching perfectly. 10/10 if we have another cut accident we will be coming back again!

If I ever needed a skin surgery again I wouldn't think of another place to start looking. I had a very large lipoma in my back and it was just causing me problems. I set up an appointment and came in 4 days later came back in for surgery. Do to it being so large he couldnt do it that day. It was a bit uncomfortable but its surgery so for the circumstances it was very comfortable and was asked if everything was alright.threw out the surgery. The people in there are very nice and hold them self to a standard. 5 out of 5 stars

I came to see this doctor for a small lesion on my foot. He took care of this, as well as two other smaller areas of concern. Through small talk and him asking about my career, he ended up doing a full skin cancer screening since I work outside in the sun all day. Thank goodness he is so thorough and now is monitoring some pre cancerous areas!

The office is welcoming and very nicely decorated. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and they work with you if you get lost and cant find their office...lol yes happened to me today, just one of those things I guess lol. Also, the doctor was very nice and told me if I should be concerned about anything or not. They also are able to remove any problematic moles that day with care. Doesn't hurt and they are gentle.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff is diverse and friendly. I loved that they accept medicaid because I have had a hard time finding a nice facility that does. The Dr. is good at what he does and is thorough. He paid attention to every spot on my skin. And lastly the manager was extremely helpful and sweet. I highly recommend this practice.

I was a nervous wreck when u got to the office. Everyone from the front desk an ALL of the staff were very supportive. I didn't know what to expect but everything was explained toe before any thing took place .During my biopsy It was over so fast i didn't have enough time to panic. They kept me VERY calm. I love this place , my kids Alllana and paisley were diagnosed with molluscum and these people have been GREAT to my kids !!!!! They have the patience for kids , having molluscum isnt easy process but they made it a lot easier on my kids!!!! Thank you guys so much for being there for my kids and me!!!! My family was referred to this facility by our youngest's pediatrician. The staff was courteous and helpful. We felt welcome until we came in contact with the physician. He asked about any previous medical issues. When we told him our son has microcephaly, the doctor rudely attempted to correct us by saying our son had macrocephaly. We looked at the doctor as if he were growing another head. We've dealt with this for three years! Can you really just waltz in and declare a completely different issue? Then he attempts to explain the difference between 'macro' and 'micro' before finally accepting what we said THE FIRST TIME. We tried explaining what we were doing as a remedy for some of our son's skin issues and he abruptly cut us off without even hearing the first thing! 'Whatever you're doing, it's not doing much of anything.' How do you know if you haven't heard anything? We were rushed and given no time to ask questions. It was as if he wasn't willing to be considerate at all. We will NEVER bring our son back.

My husband had a fairly large spot of skin cancer removed from above his lip in September, and Dr Nowicky had the challenging task of putting him back together afterwards. Less than 2 months after, I am amazed at how well he has healed. Not only is Dr Nowicky a skilled plastic surgeon, but he and his staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind throughout the whole process. We are blessed to have found their practice!!
