DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...(LITERALLY)!!!!!!!!!!!I was referred to Dr. Mantooth by one of my co workers who used to work for him, and also by a friend who had some work done by him. Now, those people that know him are very happy with their results and also said he is very friendly. I was happy that I found someone that I felt like would give me great results. The problem is his scheduling staff!! I called on a Wednesday because I was off and felt like it would be a good time to call and schedule my consultation. I have a busy schedule, so I wanted to be off because I knew it would maybe take some time. I was told my consultation would have to be scheduled by Jenny or Evelyn, and that they are the only ones that can schedule it. I went to Jenny's voicemail. I waited all day, so I called back and got Eveyln's voicemail. Nobody called me back. So now it's Thursday. I called again and was told the same thing and got Eveyln's voicemail again. Now, I can't just sit around and wait for the phone to ring. I went to let my dogs outside, and came back to see I had a missed call. They did not leave a message, but I assumed it was them, so I called her right back and got her voicemail again!! It's Thursday @ 5 and still nobody has called me back. I'm about to drop between $3,000-$5,000, however much it is for an eyelid surgery. This is so unprofessional for me to have to chase his staff down just to make a consultation. I was excited about this surgery, now I'm overly frustrated. I've wasted 2 days trying to chase them, when it really should be the other way around. Even Timewarner cable customer service is not this Bad! Unless you stay at home where you can just sit by the phone and cross your fingers that someone will call you back, don't waste your time. Yes, I switched phone networks from AT&T to Verizon 3 days earlier and had not set up my voicemail yet, so when they called the first time, they were not able to leave a message. Honestly, that should not matter. Even if they were able to leave a voicemail, it wouldnt have mattered. I called them right back, and they still did not answer, and I still was sent to voicemail (again). All my info was correct obviously because they did try to call me back after I called their office and complained. I made an appointment with another plastic surgeon. It was fast and easy!! The person who answered the phone made the appointment! This office needs a scheduling training course. Whoever answers the phone should schedule. Never let a customer hang up without an appointment. Thats rule #1 in business...

Doctor Mantooth and staff were amazing!! Top notch! Very friendly and welcoming! Surgery can sound scary but they all made it a breeze!! Easy appointments, clean, friendly, seriously ill come back every time!!!
