I had my first injectable when I turned 40. I was nervous but excited. Dr Dickerson is kind and loving but most of all genuine!! I love him. Five years later I still come in for an occasional injectable. Today I got to try NP Anna Brooks Reed and she was delightful! She was careful and soft with her touch. She is a Nurse Practitioner Injector. She looked at my face and helped meIdentify what would work best for me. She discussed cost and ingredients of products. She made sure I was aware of how long injectables last. She made sure I received the discount offered for the product I used. Her personality is helpful, intelligent, and genuine too! Dr. Dickerson did well selecting her! I cant wait to get a good look at my face tomorrow!!

I went to see Dr. Dickerson 2 weeks ago to remove 2 sun damage spots on my face. He was very professional and kind. I spent a lot of time with this assistant, Toni. She gave me information on the Igrow device that helps with female baldness as I have a small area near my forehead where my hair is very thin. I went back yesterday to follow up on the sun damage removal. This time I met Carmen, another of the staff there. I must say that all of his staff is very professional and they all make you feel welcome there. I am very glad I went there.

I visited Cape Fear Aesthetics because of ear pressure. Once I walked into the office, warm hello's greeted me by two receptionists seated behind the front desk. Cynthia (receptionist) was polite and professional waited on me. I didn't have to wait long at all before 'Toni' (who was also friendly and professional) ushered me into the back to ask pertinent questions about my condition before bringing in Dr. Dickerson. The wait time for him to arrive was quick. Upon entering the room, and after warmly speaking, he immediately sanitized his hands,asked a couple of questions, and examined my ears, nose, and throat thoroughly. My diagnosis was no infection, but seasonal allergies. My visit was great! I loved the friendly and yet professional staff. The lobby and room decor were beautiful and up-to-date. The colors remind me of the soothing ocean of the Caribbean. I highly recommend Cape Fear Aesthetics.

Excellent Service!! The office itself is very calming. The office staff is amazing. They treat you as if you were in your own home by offering you water, tea, coffee, chocolates, etc. Toni is so accommodating. She informed me of each step that was going to be performed and what to expect. The day of the procedure, she even called to let me know they were running behind and to come later so that I wouldn't be waiting. Dr. Dickerson did an excellent job with removing my moles/skin tags. You can't tell that a mole was ever on my face. Love this place!!!!

I scheduled a consult for liposuction sometime in July, from the time I walked into the office, the staff were beyond friendly and very welcoming to me. The Surgical Coordinator, Carmen was extraordinary, she answered all of my questions as well as address my concerns, I felt as if she had been a long time friend. Dr. Dickerson was equally awesome, he made me feel very comfortable and excited about going through with the procedure, he listened to the areas that I wanted to fix, and put my mind at ease about the decision I was making. 5 weeks after the initial consult, I am now 1 week post-op! I am loving my flat/contoured tummy, flanks and back. AND I FEEL AMAZING. I went in at 8 am for surgery and was out by 1pm, the staff (I can't express how great they were), made me so comfortable, I was so nervous. I would definitely go back for more work and also recommend to anyone who was looking for any plastic surgery or aesthetics. Absolutely no regrets!! I am so glad I had my work done here!

I love Cape Fear Aesthetics, Dr. D is one of the nicest and personal doctors Ive dealt with, and I have not been to his office in 3yrs and for him and his staff to remember me put a smile on my face and made me feel comfortable. As a woman of color, I had concerns prior to my laser hair removal service and contacted the office. I had the pleasure of speaking with Diane that was able to answer my questions and calm my concerns. When I came in for my appointment Diane even went the extra mile and came out to speak with me. My laser hair removal went well. She even followed up with me before I left to make sure I had a good experience. I appreciate the level of professionalism the staff in this office have and Diane's personal interest in making my visit a great experience!!!!

This office is beyond awesome! I won the 40 day Hcg diet program at my ob/gyn and was pretty overwhelmed with the info about the program found on the internet. I made my consultation with Dr. D anyways and all my concerns were put to rest. They definitely care about their patients well being and therefore require lab work BEFORE you start the program and explain everything about it in detail. I would not recommend doing this program without the supervision of a doctor as there are a lot of fake hcg sellers online and elsewhere. Dr. D's office provides you with access to his knowledgeable staff, the real hcg, weightloss tools(food scale, trainer and more) that you WILL need. This low calorie diet has been easy and 2 weeks into it I have already lost 14.8lbs!!! Don't sell yourself short by going elsewhere for this program.
