I explained what I wanted and the ideal look I was going for she listened very attentively my skin has cleared up so much and they are very professional she has products that she suggest that would be good for you and even said what she didnt think I should waste money on. My wife visited for lip filler 3 weeks ago and after the swelling went down it was very visable the filler wasnt even and she has multiple lumps through her lips. After contacting the office they wanted to charge her to fix the issue they caused. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I had bellafill to fill acne scars here and am unfortunately very dissatisfied with the results. I paid thousands of dollars and notice no difference. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind though, no problems with them at all. I just caution anyway looking into bellafill as a solution to their scarring problems.

I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and just as pleased with the follow-up care that has been provided. One of the procedures I decided to get was an abdominoplasty because of excessive skin and stomach bulge. This procedure has made my abdominal area look as fit as my extremities, and has allowed my clothing to fit properly. Dr. Saini is the best!

extremely disappointed and would not recommend any military family to use this place.we are going to another doctor but this was just a bad experience. after 2 visits the first they said was free sit down consultation and later found out I got billed. voiced my concerns to tri care. run away from this one. any doctor that look you in the eye and say I will call monday and not do it.. just terrible. free consult UNLESS YOUR TRI CARE....

She is hands down the best doctor I have ever had to experience! I had many consultations at different facilities for a breast augmentation. When I went to my appointment with her, I immediately knew she was the doctor I wanted. She gave her honest opinions with also still understanding my wants. The week of my surgery I had a mini freak out and called her to see her to talk. She took me in that morning and made me feel 10x better. My biggest fear with this surgery was that I was going to look at myself afterwards and not feel like me anymore. She made the size so perfectly for my body! She cares so much about her patients and she is so knowledgeable. Not only is she an amazing doctor but a good person and that means the most!

She took me into a room and did not bother to turn the light on. This plastic surgeon would not have been a good fit for me.

Dr. Saini Hands-down is the best plastic surgeon in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I I searched and searched and searched for the right place to go get my breast augmentation done. Most of the places that I look for just so happen to be five hours away to three hours away. That wasnt acceptable for me but turns out her location is right here in Fayetteville and when I say her work is the best her work is the best. Her staff was very kind and they actually made me feel very welcome. Dr. Saini was very informative on every part of what was going to happen if I did want the breast augmentation done by her. She didnt rush me, she acknowledged what I wanted, and executed exactly what she said perfectly. I have so much confidence now and they look so natural everybody like they look natural like nothing ever happened to my breast like they look perfect. I would just advise everybody to come to this location to get their work done and she will not let you down and her work speaks for itself. She was there every step of the way !!! Im still Mezmerized at how natural my breasts look. So those who are looking for a breast argumentation dont cheat yourself by going so far when you have one of the best by far surgeons right here in Fayetteville North Carolina.

I went in for a consultation yesterday and the doctor who sat with me during my consultation didn't tell me much about the procedure out side of my questions I had for her. After I left the office, I did more research on consultations and the surgery I wanted to get. The Doctor, did not properly consult with me and I am frustrated and mostly dissatisfied that I paid for a consultation and was not given full services for one. I was not measured, The two options were vaguely explained to me, and there was no discussion in depth about the best way to perform the procedure for the area I wanted to cosmetically enhance. Other than that, she was very sweet and kind and friendly. I just wish I had gotten more information outside of my questions and a better understanding about my procedure there instead of online after I left.

Dr. Saini and her staff are phenomenal. She got me in pretty quick and gave honest expectations. Her bedside manner was great and Theresa was great too! Had a billing issue that was in no way an issue with Dr. Saini but was caused because of Cape Fear swapping to a new system. The fees were dropped after handling that with the hospital itself. Fair price and great doctor that I genuinely felt like she cared about my case. Takes time to answer your questions and advise you what to do to prepare. Thanks Dr. Saini and Theresa it was my pleasure to receive treatment from this practice.

I left Dr. Sainis initial evaluation feeling that I was finally being heard and that my concerns were going to be addressed accordingly. I got fat during my six months of learning language on Fort Bragg. The Army frowns upon that, so I got liposuction from Dr. Saini in the flank and abdominal areas two months ago. The results are amazing. I went from a 37' waist to a 32' waist. I look like I did 12 years ago when I first got out of basic.I did follow her after-care guidance religiously, though. When she tells you to wear an abdominal binder 24 hours a day it isn't because she wants you to look like a suicide bomber. It's necessary for the healing process.I see from the other reviews on here that some people don't like how she tries to talk them out of it or suggests non-surgical options. If your ego requires that someone agree with you wholeheartedly, then she probably isn't for you. I had researched everything fully beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted, so that's what we went with. I think a lot of the negative reviews on here are from people that haven't done research beforehand and aren't good candidates for cosmetic surgery. It has its limitations and they're pretty easy to learn through Google.You pay upfront. Her office was very helpful with getting the hospital and anesthesiologist to back down when they then tried to come back and bill me for several thousand extra dollars more than had been agreed. It takes several calls because the Cape Fear Valley medical system is a bunch of thieves, but the price she quotes you is the price.Her after-care is good and in follow-up appointments (included in the price) she made recommendations for changing how I wore the binder and padding that worked. Once you're actually a patient she has an excellent demeanor. I assume that plastic surgeons have a lot of potential customers that come in and waste their time by chickening out or being completely unaware of the probable outcomes and risks. I would be a lot pissier than she is.Overall I am pleased with the results and would go again.

First I want say how grateful iam to have found Dr. Saira and her office. I cant speak highly enough for her office they are AMAZING! From my very first consult visit to my very last visit post surgery i was greatly satisfied!! Dr. Saira was straight to the point, explained everything for me, answered every question i had, very compassionate, great beside manners, you can tell she really loves what she does and not just doing it . As far as my results of my surgery i cant say how happy iam with them( pass happy) she did an amazing job, never thought my scar from the procedure would be so minimal as well. Dr. Saira H. Saini did an excellent job with my procedure. After giving birth to my two children I was truly unhappy with my stomach. It was amazing to have a Doctor who I not only connected with, but who explained every step process and made me feel good about my decision to have this procedure. The ability to call her around the clock was comforting. Dr. Saini practiced pain management before I realized I was in pain. The staff was amazing! I felt supported and respected. Ms. Carol's customer service skills are superb!The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment that I first made the decision to use this practice for my procedure. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and open to discuss any concerns I had. It was their friendliness and communication that allowed me to walk into the hospital on the day of the procedure with little to no concerns. When I look in the mirror now I feel like my body finally matches how I've always viewed myself. I'm a confident woman and my body before the surgery was the only thing preventing me from fully experiencing that confidence. It's like a burden has been lifted...or rather, cut off haha...thank you Dr. Saini and staff.

Dr. Saini made sure I was comfortable and ready for my surgery. I had a breast reduction April 22 2019 and I am so happy with the results. Not only am I happy with the size, I am also happy with the way I look and feel. Because of my insurance, I only had to pay the co-pay out of pocket. I had my first consultation with Dr. Saini February 16 and right then is when she scheduled me for my surgery. This was a great decision and I am so happy I did it with Dr. Saini!

Went to have cyst cut out. 2 were not properly removed. They were still there when the stitches were removed! Also, one set of stitches came out. It was a Saturday and she wanted me to wait until Monday to have new stitches put in. Mind you I had an open cut all the way through my layers of skin down in the underlying tissues. I drove to urgent care, paid another copay and had new stitches put in! Also my scars look terrible. I will not be going back to her to have the two cyst removed that she did not remove properly, I will find another plastic surgeon!

I got an breast reduction on June 12 2019 and omg, Dr.Saini did her magic not only was I satisfied with her staff but also Highsmith Rainey's Hospital staff.
