I had my Wisdom Teeth and 2 Cyst removed May 2020. Dr Brown did wonderful. He was very kind and personally called me and checked on me a a few hours after surgery. My appointment was 9:20am and by 10am I was done. 2 weeks later I am doing great. Thank you Dr. Brown I will highly recommend Brown & Neuwirth.

I found myself needing emergency dental surgery today while out of town. I was sent to three different dental clinics in search of someone qualified to assist me. I ended up at Brown & Neuwirth. The staff was incredibly compassionate and helpful to me during a time of extreme stress. The kindness and professionalism of everyone there was truly a blessing. Dr. Brown was my doctor and my visit could not have been any more pleasant and successful. Everyone there is so nice and they make you feel very comfortable. My surgery went well with no pain nor complications. Dr. Brown even called me himself that evening to check on me and see how I was feeling. Dr brown office is quick and professional, had to have some extraction and was refer to his office. Had me in the next day and surgery another 2 days out. Surgery was super quick and fairly painless. Hes quick and to the point on the pre-op office visit. Waited less then five minutes on the day of surgery and was done and out quickly. Staff is wonderful to work with and are willing to answer any questions. Hope I never need him again but if I do I wont hesitate to go back.

I am a retired army officer. I got a cavity under a crown that the army did. There was no saving the tooth so an extraction and implant was done with Dr Neuwirth. First was a very thorough consultation visit where I felt like I knew everything doing into the procedure. On the day of the procedure, I felt just a little sting of the numbing medicine and that's it. Dr. Neuwirth was fast and I felt no pain. Later that evening, he even called to make sure I was doing okay. I would highly recommend Dr. Neuwirth.

Doctor Brown was so great and explained to me everything I needed to know with what was going to get done during the procedure. The staff as well was so nice and greeted me so well as soon as I walked through the door. I would recommend coming to this office. I couldnt thank them enough for how great they was. I wouldnt dare send my pet here. The staff was very awesome, but the Dr not so much. I went in the morning of my surgery.. tried to ask a question and was yelled at by the doctor. He needed to get this done now, and all I was doing was having was 4 wisdom teeth removed. My husband tried to call the office back about 2 hours after we left.. still during business hours and never got a call back. They didnt explain hardly anything either, Im super sensitive to some medications and when I was trying ask what they were he told the nurse to keep pushing the meds. Definitely wont be back.

Great facility and wonderful staff. Went in had two wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Brown is a master of what he does. Was in and out in 15 minutes with minimal pain. Doctor even took time to call me later that afternoon and ask how I was doing.

I had to get all my wisdom teeth removed was very nervous going from all the stories people saying how bad wisdom teeth removed would be but must say Dr.Brown was so calm and smooth at what he does I felt I was in such good hands before I knew it he was done everything was ok and he told me it was done so yea he's good at what he does .and staff was very friendly .

I had my teeth out here tears ago it was great. But I went to have my sons teeth removed and had to cancel two appointments due to the fact they wanted me to pay full price up front even when my son had two different insurances. They said now that he has nc health choice and not met life they will not see him. Because I canceled the two appointments that I could not pay out of pocket for. So I will be finding someone else to work o. My sons teeth. So instead of getting two new patients they lost 3 patients today

I highly recommend this office! From the moment you walk into the doors you feel very welcomed. I had to have multiple extractions done and was very nervous. Dr. Brown and his staff made sure I was as comfy as possible before and after the procedure. My sister took me to the appointment and said he was done pretty fast and I have to say he did amazing. I'm on day 3 after my surgery and have little to no pain to be honest. I was expecting more pain than what I have been in but have hardly had any. If I could give this office more than 5 stars I would They deserve it.

Dr. Neuwirth and his assistants along with the receptionists at the office were all so kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. I was very scared to go under anesthesia for the first time, but the staff did everything they could to make me comfortable and relaxed before, during, and after the surgery. I couldn't have asked for better professionals. They were very time efficient and precise! Thank you so much again to all the incredible staff at Dr. Neuwirth's office in Hickory! Given all four wisdom teeth were extracted idk if I'll ever have to go through the surgery again...but if I ever need anything else done, I'm definitely coming back!

Had 3 wisdom teeth cut out this morning, dr. Brown did my surgery and was absolutely amazing. He made me feel less nervous and had everything done in 20 mins. Getting an iv in my arm is something every dr Ive ever been to has trouble with and he got it on first try. He even called after the surgery to make sure I was feeling ok. Definitely recommend him

i was very disappointed today. i had a panic attack and started to cry and got no sympathy. he was not nice to me and talked to me like i was stupid when asked to pump for the IV. i was very very disappointed and hope i dont have to go back.

I had to have 4 bad teeth removed today (12-12-2018). I was very nervous at consultation ( 12-11-2018)because I have never been though anything like this before. Dr. Brown made me feel at ease from the moment he walked through the door. He went over everything step by step, and gave me assurances that everything was going to be fine and pain free.The surgery was a great success, and I am pain free 7 hours later. Wow!! Where do I start. My journey with this office started back in December of 2018, and I have completed 2 surgeries now. I was quite nervous at the beginning but then I had the opportunity to meet with the best of the best 'Dr. Brown'.. He has guided me through all of the processes of everything that my surgical procedures have entailed and made me feel so welcomed to this office. He has been nothing but kind and all of the staff are amazing as well. Dr. Brown is very informative and highly knowledgeable in his techniques. He clearly and honestly answers all questions that are asked of him. I feel nothing but calm when I am in his care. The pain after each surgery was minimal at best, but some of that is too be expected for the things that I had done. I will always continue my dental care with Dr. Brown. He also gives the most excellent referrals to after care when he has finished his services that required care from him in the first place. I wish he could be my regular dentist. That would be fantastic because I used to hate going to dentist offices that I chose in the past and found out I simply chose the wrong one... I owe Dr. Brown a huge Thank You for everything and I look forward too seeing him again soon I hope...Thank You for Everything Dr. BrownForever a devoted patient.. Well I must say that it's absolutely ridiculous for anybody to complain about the cost of care knowing that they're visiting a high quality oral Surgeon. I do however understand that this type of care is to be expected and can climb the dollar charts. In my opinion take care of your teeth and you won't have to spend the money. I also realize that things and circumstances arise without warning sometimes but that's life. I would GLADLY pay for the same services that I'm receiving now all over again. The whole 13,700.00... VERY WELL WORTH IT!!!!

I got my wisdom teeth taken out today and I had a wonderful experience!!!! Quick and easy!!! Got all four teeth taken out within 10 mins!!!! By the time I got home my meds wore off quickly, numbing didn't last long not alot of swelling Dr.Brown did a fabulous job.... if anybody needs dental work done I would definitely recommend his office!!!! My son had to have 4 teeth removed today and everyone was so wonderful. The procedure didn't take long at all and Dr. Neuwirth and his staff were great. His recovery has been very easy so far with minimal pain, also Dr. Neuwirth called us personally to check on my son's recovery this evening. Great establishment with great staff!
