Bambi was so informative on everything she was doing during my procedure. Connie Hall the owner even stopped in to make sure everything was going well and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I will definitely recommend their business to my friends and family. Huge fan of Facials and Fillers! Ive been receiving treatments from their highly trained professional staff for years and love the results every time! I live in Asheville and make it a point to travel to the coast at least twice a year so I can stop in for a facial! Its so refreshing to have doctors who are knowledgeable and detail oriented. I am complimented for my skin on a regular basis thanks to the suggestions and services Dr. Hall provides! I am so looking forward to my next appointment in June!

Absolutely excellent experience on every occasion. Ive had multiple procedures, including CoolSculpting, and received nothing but compassionate care from Dr. Hall, Connie, and Bambi. This place is highly recommended and they produce results. By all means, go check them out. Ask to look at the before and after photos, theyll amaze you! I wish I could give a better review, the lady who preformed my facial was very nice. HOWEVER, I was not satisfied with my $200 hydro facial that lasted not even 30 minutes. I called to talk to someone about this and the owner answered. She yelled at me, was VERY rude and commented on the fact that I was only 20 years old so she highly doubted that I was not satisfied with my results basically saying that I was lying. I was astonished that someone could be so rude to me, when all I was doing was calling to see if i could do anything different next time to better the results of my facial. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but as an owner, her customer service was unacceptable. I will NEVER be returning to this establishment; nor will I ever recommend them again. The spa on the beach is a better option anyway. Facials & Fillers next time dont yell at a paying customer over the phone!

Had Very Bad Experience. Wasnt told the truth on what its actually like or what would happen. Never was explained that after the really very expensive deep facial that u still have to have Botox shots every 4 months which is a few hundreds more. Nothing like I was told. Would NOT RECAMEND !!!!!! U Should C How Many Wrinkles I Still Have. Thats Y I Had It Done To Get Rid Of My Wrinkles.... Didnt Happen

Thumbs down. Went for a facial. It was loud during my treatment. People clomping by in heels on the tile floor and talking (the place echos.) Office is deceiving from the outside. Looks more like a warehouse on the inside. I cant stand product pushing while I am having a treatment, or going to the counter to pay afterwards and having a pile of $300 worth of products I feel forced to buy. She maybe did 2 extractions. I didnt enjoy myself. My skin wasnt in the greatest of shape when I went in (thats why I was getting the facial) and I felt that she spoke down to me. Made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Went to New Visage, and was thoroughly impressed. If you like a nice top of the line spa dont go to Facials and Fillers (sorry, I rely heavily on other peoples reviews, so I have to be honest in my own.)

I have had moles once checked by derm to be not concerning) and well as other skin issues treated here. Dr. Hall is by far better at the removals than any of the derms I let do it in the past. He is far less painful and quicker healing and once healed it looks so much better. I have also seen him for weight loss and he talked me out of procedures he offered and offered something he thought would suit me better and I am so pleased with the results. I am a retired medical professional and I appreciate the level of skill, knowledge and excellent communication skills of Dr. Hall. I have recommended him to many people. I have even told the PA and Md dermatologist how good this man is in case they need removals that they need a plastic surgeon for. As for the office, the surgery suite is very clean, organized and his assistants are very efficient and I feel confident everything is done at A surgery level youd find anywhere. I actually would consider it a better choice than any dematologist office who dont always have assistants that cleanse area correctly.The consult room is decorated in a very warm and inviting way and Dr. Hall listens to all that you have to say fully. He is very honest with his responses and explains everything very well. He is very easy to work with. His staff are very friendly and all are very professional and warm in their interactions with me.Prices are very reasonable . In fact, the mole removals have been a better price and done a lot better here Vs the dermatologist offices. He is absolutely NOT all about the money as some peoples reviews claim. I have even offered to do plastic surgery methods and he recommended a simple fix instead involving pills for weight loss. He did not even charge for the consult and wrote the prescription since I was there for a minor skin issue anyhow. That is a sign of someone who truely cares about his patients and not the almighty dollar. I could go on, but basically I am saying I believe in this Doctor, I recommend him and I am thrilled he is in this area. We are lucky to have such talent and honesty local. DeAnne H.

Facial and filler is open Monday to Friday and Family Practice care is there Tuesday to Thursday or Friday as well ! Call to fine out day and hour of week for family care ! I go to the Family Practice care for Wednesday from now on ! She is a FPH care for your needs of Ear nose and throat , and more ! Check it out for yourself ! I know her and she had help me from other practice , and her and her husband open a business of there own ! Dr . Hall is a Facial and Filler as ears nose and throat Doctor , Dr. Hall his wife as Dr . Hall is a Family Practice Care ! Now this is awesome couple that work together and they take care of there customer first hand , they are good ! I can't find anybody at urgent care in Havelock or New Bern that can do a better help and care fore four need to get well and be better ! I am still going back to them in Morehead city ! Driving is no problem to go there , it's worth the drive to Facial and Filler / Family Practice Care ! Me and my Wife will go back to Dr . Hall .....

I have had nothing EXCEPT positive experiences with Dr.Hall and Stall, they go out of their way for me, I had a scar my ex-husband put between my eyes, everything I put on make up or even just looked at my face, I would flash back to that day it was put there.....not anymore,.we are now working on minor facial acne scaring and large pores along with discoloration....I love the results from Botox and plan to do it again soon.....Love Dr.Hall , Michelle and staff...

I have called for over a month, leaving phone messages and sending emails regarding some bogo filler I purchased. I had NO idea I only had 6 months to use the 2nd vile. I was never told, and they never called to remind me (of course). When I recently called their office I was told it expired, so I asked to speak to the owner. That was about two months ago. I called several times and sent them an email. Connie finally called me today. She explained to me in a condensending tone, that it expires just like medicine. I have been to other aesthetics clinics, and I know how it works. She could have easily agreed to give me my filler, but she refused. Her rude tone and attitude towards me was unacceptable, and very offending. Also, she was giving out private information on other patients, that should not have been shared. Very unprofessional. If you need any of the services offered by this clinic, do yourself a favor and go to New Visage in Morehead City. They are awesome!

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM, YOU SHOULD CANCEL IT BEFORE HE LEAVES YOU SCARRED FOREVER TOO..... DONT THINK SO...WELL, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU CANT DISPUTE: I FELL INTO A HUGE DEPRESSION DUE TO HIS INCOMPETENCE WHICH INDEED LEFT ME SCARRED... IT AFFECTED ME PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, AND FINANCIALLY... MY BUSINESS SUFFERED BECAUSE I WAS HUMILATED AND HURT. YOU CANT DISPUTE THAT I USED TO LOVE TO HAVE MY PICTURE TAKEN AND NOW I HATE IT BECAUSE ALL I SEE IS THIS HOLE AND THESE WHITE HYPOPIGMENTED SCARS ON MY FACE. (DR'S STICK TOGETHER TILL SOMEONE DIES) I COULD SUE YOU BUT YOU HAVE PEOPLE SIGN A WAIVER THAT COVERS YOU FROM LITIGATION AND I DONT THINK I COULD STAND TO SIT IN A COURTROOM AND HEAR YOU LIE.
