Dr. Rigano kept his hand on my thigh while I was sitting on the patient's table; the nurse couldn't see what was happening (or maybe didn't care). I was disappointed I couldn't ask questions (as the patient). He rambled on the entire appointment. He made sure I couldn't get a word in. He seemed not only insecure, but arrogant as well.

I had a great experience today with Debra for a ZO Stimulator Peel. She was extremely knowledgable, welcoming, and explained the process and them steps. It was really pleasant and my skin feels so so soft. I'll definitely visit them again for skin care in the future!

My complete review is on his Facebook page because this does not allow enough space for the full review. You couldn't be in better hands going in for surgery. He is a fantastic surgeon. But He is a horrible doctor with horrible bedside manner. The number one factor here, is that had plastic surgeons like him been required to ask just a couple mental health questions, I wouldn't have had the surgery to begin with. And I do believe that as a doctor that is partly his responsibility. In the end, the responsibility is ultimately on me, even though I was not in my right mind to make a decision like that at the moment and a health provider has an obligation to know that and not just take my money, but now I am in a huge amount of debt I can't crawl out of and he has made himself a very rich man because of women like me. And then later when I had buyer's remorse because I was previously not in the right mental health state TO BEGIN with and NO ONE EVALUATED THAT, he said furiously that he has no idea what I want, that I didn't know what I wanted from the beginning and I went back and forth a thousand times before the surgery. My very last appointment, he sat down and for the first time had a heart to heart conversation with me about what he could have done differently, and my answer to him would be to ask mental health questions instead of just taking people's money, I truly should not have been allowed to make that decision at that time, and he has the money, a lot of it, and I don't, and now we are on the verge of bankruptcy. informed consent matters and mental health evaluations matter especially in plastic surgery.

My husband and I both really liked Dr. Rigano. I came in for a lift and augmentation. After first consultation, he determined I would just need an augmentation to get the results I wanted (fuller larger breasts). He was honest throughout the process and never tried to lead me in one direction. The day of the surgery I was really nervous and him and the staff made me feel comfortable. I am now 5 week post-op and they are even better than I could have imagined!

My overall experience was excellent. The Dr. and staff exceeded my expectations. I'm always greeted with a smile, everyone was so cheerful and friendly. I never waited more than ten min. to be seen. I had filler injections by Dr Rigano and the result was dismal. Lumps/bumps in all areas of injections I notified his office and was contacted directly by the doctor who began to blame other doctors who had injected fillers 6 months ago. WHAT?? I was shocked --I sent numerous pictures depicting the terrible result from his work - he replied & stated 'call my office and they will provide options at no cost. I called and was told the doctor wanted to see me (an hour drive) before options would be provided. What?? I requested a minimal refund for the terrible work --no response to the request - lastly, I informed the doctor my choices were limited for next steps and that I would be reviewing his work on line --no response. Caution is the answer to the question what?

I had some skin removal done due to losing over 300lbs. , the excess skin from around my waist before being removed was slowly developing some health issue's so before it got out of hand decided to have skin removal surgery done . My weight lost Doctor recommended Doctor Rigano , I went to see Rigano and he was very professional and caring . I had the surgery and 10 lbs. of excess skin was removed , I almost instantly could noticed a difference , he stayed in contact with my family to let them know what was going on which I had no issue's . He even called me himself at home on a Saturday to check on me , I never heard of a doctor doing that . He is a professional , straight forward , honest , and caring Surgeon and I would recommend him .

I recently had laser hair removal done at Advanced Breast and Cosmetic Surgery. When it came to the results I would see, I was not sure what to expect. I had gotten a series of laser hair removal treatments before when I was in college from a doctor close to Miami University. My treatments made a tiny difference, but certainly was not doing what I had hoped. To pay an arm and a leg and see little results, would make anyone weary of a second try...but I gave it a second chance and Dr. Rigano won me over. After only one session, I could tell a significant difference in only a weeks time. I will certainly go back and would recommend Advanced Breast and Cosmetic Surgery to anyone for laser hair removal treatment.

Plenty of excellent patient reviews on here for breast augmentation. This review is from an extremely happy husband of a patient. As I wanted my wife to feel good about her bodily image again; I decided to invest in her. She is a beautiful person inside and out, however, she never felt the same about her upper body once we had our son and constantly felt self conscious. I asked multiple people in multiple cities; random customers whom had work or their wife's have work. The unanimous recommendation was Dr. Rigano. Mind you I work in roofing and my customers are extremely picky and are self appointed professionals on augmentation. I contacted the office to surprise my wife with an initial consultation. The staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions. Dr. Rigano himself is highly confident, professional, and knows that he is the leader in this industry. We really enjoyed his intelligent sense of humor and genuine understanding of my wife's fears. He laid out exactly what would happen, how the recovery would go, and he was dead on! One day you feel this, day three is this, one week is this, etc. everything was perfect!!The day of the surgery went without any issues. My wife was up and moving within 24 hours, and back to her more than cheerful self within a week. As I am a male, I couldn't imagine the effect it would have on her. When I was thinking of having a breast lift w/ Augmentation a few years ago, I went to several consultations around Dayton. After visiting with Dr Rigano, I knew that I did not need to look around anymore. He made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to talk to me and explain the options. It will be 2 years in October and I am super pleased with the outcome. His suggestion on size was perfect. Dr Rigano and his whole staff are great. I recently had a Juviderm treatment on some eye wrinkles also. I recommend him and his staff. They are great!

I interviewed a few doctors for my surgery before I chose Dr. Rigano. I liked him because he's no nonsense kind of doc that won't give you only the information he wants you to hear, but will give you all the information so you can make an informed decision. He's very practical, which means that he'll tell you if your goals are unachievable and won't put your body under any unnecessary stress. Preop and postop instructions were super easy to follow. Because of his great work, I was back to my regular routine in under three weeks.

I have now had two surgeries by Dr. Rigano, and I would definitely recommend him. I had a Breast Reduction a year and a half ago, and am currently recovering from a Abdominoplasty. I feel that Dr. Rigano is very experienced, knowledgeable, has great bed side manner, and made me feel very comfortable discussing the problems I was experiencing. I went into the Tummy Tuck feeling very anxious, scared, nervous, etc. I honestly worked myself up for nothing. Everything went great and was honestly no where near as painful as I thought it would be. I had my surgery two weeks ago and feel GREAT! I am still a little sore and swollen, but this is expected. I strongly recommend Dr. Rigano for both procedures, and feel that my recovery with both have gone so well because he truly knows what he is doing and cares for his patients!
