I saw Dr Kermode several years ago. I had a pap that showed abnormal cells and my Family doctor sent me to him. As a nurse, all of the dreadful possibilities flooded my mind and I was truly scared. Dr Kermode walked into the room and he immediately sensed my fear. He scooted his chair over and said he review my chart already and he was fairly certain I didn't have cancer. After one week, I finally took a breath!! He was right. My tests were ok. He is the only ob/gyn I will go to because he is the best!

Amazing! He doesn't rush a patient out of the door. I've sat in a room for 30mins with him at the Athens office expressing all of my concerns. He hears all of what's going on with me & doesn't make me feel like I need to hurry.. He trusts his & my gut & always gives the benefit of the doubt. He's also a personable guy. He's easy to relax & be comfortable around. He makes things easy to understand and doesn't pass judgment. I could never ever say enough positive & sincere words about any Dr as much as I can say about Dr Kermode. He's a fantastic human being. I wish he could provide me with all around care by being my go-to family physician, but unfortunately he can only be my ob/gyn. I'll never be able to thank him for being so kind. I highly recommend him as a health care provider!! Go Kermode!!
