Worst hospital. I took my daughter in and we were the only ones in there. Still took an hr to be seen. They sit around playing on there phones or talk instead of getting there patients taken care of Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is a joke they are already garnishing my wedges when I was approved for the hcap form they dont do anything for you at all they are rude hung up on me many times talk rudely about me saying I was faking what was wrong with me because I had a sinus infection that they didnt help me with had to go to a different hospital for treatment they are the worst hospital in the world in my opinion they are there just to collect money and not help anyone would highly recommend to anyone go to a different hospital they are worthless as can be

Quick and courteous service!My wife and I were visiting family Our 19 month old daughter had an extremely high fever. We signed in and were called back quickly. We saw a provider not long after we were roomed. My wife and I are both healthcare professionals and we were impressed with this rural hospital. Thank you to the staff for being kind and quick to address our concerns.

This is one of the worst places you can go to! I've been having chest pains, shoulder pains, and all other types of pains.. I was answers!!!!! My Mother always comes with be and helps explain it, and when they ask.. She always tells them that I sometimes have anxiety. Well they will always do blood work then check breathing, but of course there's nothing wrong! I don't think getting chest pain is normal!! I don't recommend wasting your time here is you want answers

I hope you guys know youre basically paying your nurses to sit around and gossip while there are patients in need. I wish I could rate this place 0. I know now if I need help, Ill be driving to Lancaster or nelsonville. Truly disgusted with the nurses behaviors.

OP PT is awesome!!!...all othere departments and care sucks...I would give PT 5 stars but as a whole the hospital is a back stabbing National Enquirer bunch of nurses who prefer to be in their phones and gossiping when pt care should be performed. Also this is the absolutly dirtiest hospital I have ever seen. Trash over flowing in ER trash cans an all over the floor, lazy non-caring nursing staff. The HAI incidents have got to be high. Place needs bulldozed. Mt Carmel, Ohio Health or OSU needs to buy them out and get rid of everyone and start over making it a real hospital.

Rude nurse's I didn't even want to give 1 star. Unprofessional .1 spent all day in er then got set in hallway for 4 hours before going to my room I was addmittedi was sick they administer pain drugs for two and a half days I had pancreatitis so I could not eat or drink nothing . I did not feel good still the doc said he fixed me and was sending me home but first he did a drug test on me it came up for opioids .Well of course it came up with that the emergency room gave them to me through my vein well I got treated like a druggie nurses were rude didn't cheak on me or do anything to make me comfortable .1 Even tried to use there religious believes on me .I left this place isn't even good for a bandaid .Please go somewhere else you won't get nothing done with this place but they surely will charge ya. Worst rudest nursing staff ever. You have been warned don't use this hospital .

Triage was excellent than transferred to Urgent Care which was quick and excellent. Than transferred to er were it went down hill. Took over 2 hours before I seen a doctor or even a nurse. Doctor was good when he examine and explained everything to me. But the whole wait was uncalled for I could of been dying and no one would of known. Nurses should at least came in a couple time to check on a patient to see if they are ok or need anything.

what a waste of time, Wendy the NP on duty was in such a rush to leave, she couldn't even listen to my concerns and kept talking over me, dont go to this hospital unless you already no whats wrong and how to treat it. after our 3 hr wait i ended up walking out of the treatment area! i have been a nurse for 20yrs and never met such a rude practioner.

I was just discharged today after a week at the hacking valley hospital. I had severe strep which triggered a pulmonary attack on my lungs, I have stage 4 COPD. I wanted to take the time to thank Dr Mark and the entire staff at the hospital. I know some people have nothing good to say about our little community hospital. But as for me, I could not have been happier with my care the entire week. Dr Mark said I was a very hard case and I believe that. I want to thank the staff again for a great job. Paramedics took my husband to this hospital with symptoms of a stroke. From the very instant they rushed him straight in for a CT scan and I followed to register him, the staff at the hospital treated us with speed, concern, and professionalism. The ER doctor explained his reasoning for not risking the injection of the so-called 'clot-busting' medicine and quickly conferred with doctors in Columbus where neurologists were on call. A quick decision was made along with arrangements to transport my husband for more advanced care than was available at the Logan facility. I am very grateful for the speed and quality of care given to my husband in Logan and for the compassion shown to me during this crisis. My husband is recovering more quickly than anyone expected. I will always be thankful to Hocking County's paramedic system and the Hocking County Community Hospital staff for their contribution to his recovery.

Zero stars. This place has been a bandaid station since I was little. They judge you and the nurse with the shaved head is the worst. If you need anything other than antibiotics or a bandaid then dont go here. You might as well care for yourself at home since its basically the same result.

I went in tonight for a infected and shown nerve and in so much pain I was crying and this Cindy doughty doctor came in said here put this in your mouth the pain was still there just as bad . When I was checked in I told them my allergy and what I've tried. And she gave me script of what I already told her wasn't working . She didn't ask me what was wrong . Nothing very rude. I'm still in so much pain I can't stand it

Last night on 12/29/2017 at approx 6:30 pm I rushed my 16 month old in when I woke him up from a nap and noticed his lips and fingers were purple- the secondI got there they got me back even though the ER was completely full. The triage nurse ( I wish I remembered everyones names) was very quick and thorough on getting my son checked, then Admitting ( Allison I believe ) was so kind and helpful in getting us checked in and giving my daughter some crayons and pictures to keep her busy for our soon to be long night there.Then our main nurse, Cresent, was such a godsend that night- taking care of all 3 of us making sure the kids got a snack and a drink and keeping me updated on everything. Dr Juong was wonderful! Explained everything to me and was extremely kind to us. Radiology department ladies helped put my mind at ease when we had to do the dreaded baby chest x rays and were so very quick that it took no time getting it all done. I have never had such a good experience at the ER anywhere before and am truly thankful for every single staff member that helped us last night. I walked in panicked and left feeling very grateful and thankful. I know I forgot some names but every single staff member who was working last night in the ER was absolutely wonderful to my children and I. Thank you all so very much !!!!!!!

Took my son here because in the past we got amazing care. He was sick fever, coughing(horrible whezeeing cough) vomiting. Kept getting past by people coming in after . After 3 or 4 people that came in after us. I went to the lady at the desk because she could check. Nope fixed the problem by being rude. Nah. I got teladoc that I will be using tonight(Thankfully got good insurance ) . Sorry I sure don't do rude and crappy service. To many choices out there for me to put up with that!!

I would not send my dog to this Hospital, The are very unproffessional, and They do not know how to do there job, especially billing, They have garnished My son wages, after a year of trying to get the problem resolved, the simply refused to take any sort of payments that he could offer, he had filled out hcap forms and they threw them away and did not turn them in, when we tryed to talk to them about it, they would do nothing about it, They did it to my other son also, and he had a medical card, we went to them and had to fix the problem, and they will not take it off his credit history, even though he has proof he had a medical card. also every time we go in there they only give u nose spray and send u a bill for over hundreds of dollars, I really think this Hospital needs investigated, and I know i am not the only one complaining about it, they have no review box on the facebook page you can only comment, so tell me they r hiding something. im gonna counter sue them for falsefication. because they will not remove my one sons , they even said they didnt put it in the system that he had a medical card, next time Im recording them will they refuse anything. Id I have to fix the problem I want to get there pay check simple as that

Horriable. I wouldnt give this one star but the only way to leave a review is to pick one. I came in at 11:07 they said since it was past 11 I could not do the urgent care visit I had to see an emergency room doctor. I waited 1 hour in the waiting room to just to get checked in and another hour to see the doctor. After multiple time of me asking how long with no full answer the doctor came in looked to see if my throats was swollen checked my heart and prescribed me with hydrocortisone cream and an antibiotic. I got bit by a spider my neck is swollen to my shoulder I'm nauseated and I have a huge infected inflamed bug bite on my neck. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

They have screwed us over multiple times! Back in 2012, while on vacation, my son's ear became grossly enlarged. We took him to the ER. Asked to only see a medical doctor, but I was refused and assured this PA knew what she was doing. Oh how wrong she was and I should have insisted or walked out! She said he had MRSA!!! We had to go to a pharmacy and put him on his first antibiotic and other meds, all of which he did not need at all nor did we have to freak out over it. Our dermo back home looked at it, and said he has poison ivy! Cured fast when we gave him the right medication!!! So my son was misdiagnosed and put meds in his body he did not need, cost us a whole lot of money and then to top it off, they put us in collections!!! Not just me, but my husband too over a $50 bill! I had called billing and told them why I should not have to pay it and I was led to believe they were going to remove it. Instead they screwed us over another time!!!!!!! So unfair but worse, inept on several levels on their part! So run away if you can!

This hospital leaves a lot to be desired in Health Care. I visited this hospital with plugged ears and could not hear at all! They used a makeshift water bottle on my ears with no success and commented that they were out of the 'medicine' used to dislodge embedded wax but gave me some 'cheap' ear wax removal drops from a local pharmacy. and the assistant in charge said 'use these drops' and then come back ...WHAT??? and pay twice for shoddy care! When I sent a complaint letter.....it was dismissed by the administrator but she had her assistant call me and offer a 15% discount if I paid the bill in full. and threatened to send the bill to collections ..the bill was a whopping $293.00. I subsequently visited a 'Holistic Medicine Shop' and bought two ear wax removal candles and I have amazing clean ears for $7.95 and I hear perfectly! I rate this facility with 'zero' stars. Never again.!

I recently had an ultrasound done for abdominal pain. After nearly a year of chronic pain after surgery I finally get it checked out and they send me a hugely over inflated bill. After insurance I'm being charged 490 dollars and I am still dealing with the pain. I feel like I deserve visitation rights to the ultrasound machine. I could've gotten a 3D image of my abdomen and paid $100. They still wouldn't know what's wrong with me but if I'm wasting my money I'd rather waste it on a picture I can frame.

I am VERY upset with this ER....primarily the ER physician! I fell and slammed my head/face into the floor at work. I am not one to miss work so I filled out a report at work but wanted to continue to work so I did not go to be checked at first. My forehead looked like 'the Hulk' but I thought I'd be ok. By that evening, I couldn't stand the headache and my ears were ringing. The doctor made me feel as if I was in there either to get out of work or get pills or something since I didn't go right away when it happened. He asked why I was in there now. I truly feel that since I was worker's comp, I was looked at differently. He barely checked me out. My daughter, who is a nursing student, was furious. She said she could have done a better assessment than he did....and she's a student! I waited 3 hours just to get into the ER and it was another 2 1/2 before I got out. My face (6 days later) looks like someone took a ball bat to it and I still have a headache and ringing in my ears. He sent me on my way with papers on a head injury, a script for ibuprophen and papers about a head injury which I could have gotten off the internet myself and that was it. I must give other staff credit....from check in to other nurses in the ER were very considerate.....but this physician leaves much to be desired!!! I wouldn't allow my pets to be treated by him and I will not go back. I went here because it is closer, but I will drive to Lancaster (which is over a 45 minute drive) before I would waste my time going here!!!!!!!!
