Could not possibly give a great enough review for this place. I had a tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks done on 5/29/20 and my results are just so much better than I ever imagined. The staff has been so kind, welcoming and complimentary from the very first appointment. The building feels like a spa and you just feel so comfortable there. And Dr. Grawe really takes her time with you in every apt. During my consultation she was answering all my questions and playing with my daughter. She is very genuine and really cares about you. I was initially excited to get the ball rolling with Dr. Grawe for a breast augmentation; however, the inconsistent and limited communication on the front-end of the process steered me away from committing to ROXY Plastic Surgery for my procedure. Here was my experience: I submitted an online inquiry shortly after elective procedures were permitted following COVID restrictions. It is advertised online, 'contact us at any time and we will get in touch with you right away', but many days passed without contact so I reached out to them understanding that these were unusual times and perhaps my inquiry was overlooked. The receptionist on the phone was friendly and apologized that no one reached out to me and was able to give me a brief overview of the process and at the end of it I felt confident that the poor communication was a one-off. I ended up paying for a consultation (virtual) and was told someone would reach out to me with the next steps. I did receive a dry email from the patient coordinator indicating what documents I needed to send to her (license, electronically signed documents, and pictures). I sent all of those items back to the patient coordinator within a business day and then received a 'virtual consult' from Dr. Grawe via email correspondence. She shared generic information about the process, but also answered some specific questions that I had, and then told me that the patient coordinator would be in contact to share a quote and work with me to schedule a procedure. I received the quote and truly did not have a problem with the price, but I asked the patient coordinator if it included the bonus offer that was listed on RealSelf. Instead of asking for clarification, she simply stated, 'I'm not aware of any bonus offer.' It was off-putting and although most emails from the coordinator ended with the routine 'Let me know if you have any questions.' I felt as though she really didn't want to answer any of my questions. Once I provided the link to the offer she then confirmed that I would receive a bonus offer and then we worked on scheduling. This is where things really fell apart for me. The patient coordinator asked if I had a date in mind, and I shared a 2 week timeframe. She replied with a date and asked if it would work and also shared the payment process. I responded the next business day and said the date worked and I would call with the payment information only to receive an email saying the date was no longer available and she then offered me another date outside of my timeframe. This tells me that their scheduling process entails double booking, which is a poor business model in my opinion. I told her the date would not work for me and stated that I needed something in my timeframe.... and it was crickets. I called after waiting for 5 days and asked to speak with her directly and cordially shared that I was following up because I did not hear back, and she said, 'Well you said the date didn't work.' I was troubled by that; that I would pay a fee to start the process and it would be the surgery center that passively discontinued the process? I shared my perspective and expectations and then suddenly there was a shift in tone and also her ability to problem-solve, but my frustrations were spent and I opted to not go with them.All-in-all my biggest qualm was the transactional nature of the process. This was my first experience with a cosmetic surgery center, and I honestly did not have any frame of reference to know what 'normal' service looked like. I opted to go with Columbus Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (CAPS) and can confirm that the customer care I received from ROXY Plastic Surgery was subpar. And who knows, Dr. Grawe may be a great surgeon, I can't speak to that, but a great business model delivers from start-to-finish.

Worst experience. This place OVER filled my face during the summer 2017. It has taken two full years (now) to feel myself again from the disastrous experience. First, the staff was so nice before procedure. Post-procedure (or should i say after payment), not so much. The experience was bewildering. They administered pain blocks inside my mouth and then someone comes in room for payment. My eyes, lips, cheeks, jawline, forehead, nose, everything was bruised for weeks after procedure. After disaster and a few weeks, I reached out to a plastic surgeon at St. Anns (no affiliation to ROXY and he had hospital privileges) to examine/try to undo what happened. I do not even know who did what during my procedure at ROXY because of the pain blocks. I asked for partial refund and they said no. I didnt trust them so I had no interest returning. Another doctor/surgeon at St. Anns told me Dr. ROXY allegedly lost hospital privileges due to many of their patients allegedly admitted into hospital and allegedly resulting infections post surgeries. I didnt know any of this before scheduling appointment. I also saw a reputable spa owner that gave me a facial that used to work at ROXY and admitted leaving ROXY per her own negative experience (getting a face procedure) and allegedly resulting in scars on her face! She showed me scars at spa. Personally, I encountered tissue damage from procedure and emotionally distraught. After two years healing and seeing other recommended doctors with goal to get my face/skin healthy again, my face is healing and healthier from all the trauma. Its taken two very long years! I suggest anyone out there considering plastic surgery/procedure to get many opinions and read reviews and talk to doctors in hospitals before making commitments. Plastic surgery can be risky and you want to be in a safe, professional, and trustworthy place. I was not in a safe, professional, and trustworthy environment. (My opinion). Again, this has been a long two years. I hope what happened to me NEVER happens to anyone out there.

I had a tummy tuck, liposuction of upper back and flanks and an o shot 10/17 and it has been a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Roxy was great with explaining everything and making me feel so confident about my decisions. The entire team at dr.roxys has been so friendly and empathetic and the girls at the roxy house have been so amazingly helpful. I will definitely be coming back for more procedures in the future! I recommend dr.roxy 100%!

I had a good experience at Roxy's. The staff is awesome and so down to earth. They got me scheduled very quickly every time i needed an appointment. Anytime anything was wrong i could just call and a nurse would speak to me about my issue, or you can direct email the nurse and they always responded. the only reason i am not happy with my experience is because i asked for a areaola reduction, due to them being bigger then i liked and uneven since i breast fed. I feel like they are still uneven and possibly not reduced at all. I am still self conscious about them and i paid quite a bit of money to get both procedures done.

She always says the times I am available to come arent available then last second she says they are available. got butt implants and they have split in two i informed the doc of a fracture my mri picked up a month after my procedure and they blew it off as no big deal which i informed the doc i did not want to have worse complications down the line but they said it was just a shadow and here i am two years later with a split implant cant afford to fix it she no longer does them due to botching others and pretty much said im sol she cant help horrible fake nice doctor go to realself app before seeing her and see others reviews pls do yourself the favor and avoid this place

I cannot say enough kinds words about Dr. Roxy and her staff. They are all very attentive to your needs and make sure not to miss a single detail. I had a buccal fat pad excision & chin/neck lipo at the end of August 2018 then had abdomen, chest, & flank lipo toward the end of January of this year. I couldn't be more pleased with the results so far. If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon in central Ohio, look no farther. Roxy Plastic Surgery is second to none. My 'face' after picture was taken 5 months post op. My 'stomach/chest' after pic was taken two days post op.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Grawe and her entire staff and I can not stress how at ease I was from the initial consult to the actual procedure--and I'm a very high strung person! Dr. Grawe never made me feel rushed or talked over my head---she takes her time explaining each step, which made it so much easier to understand the procedures. To say she and her staff are well organized is an understatement---you are given all of your pre-op/aftercare information ahead of time, along with your prescriptions. ( I don't understand why more surgeons don't do this---it took away so much stress; I was able to go home and just rest.) Also, Caitlin is a wonderful nurse; she took such great care of me---she is definitely in the right profession. Am I bruised, bumpy, and in some pain...Sure, lol, but I am incredibly happy and so grateful to everyone at Roxy Plastic Surgery. So she's everything I've read and more. Couldn't have been more down to earth and yet, incredibly informed. Has anyone seen her YouTube videos? It makes sense when you meet her. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make you feel comfortable. I have had three other consultations in Columbus at other highly reviewed offices and Dr Grawe has already made the decision easy for me. I will update after the procedure.I had my procedure and absolutely love the results. It's exactly what I wanted. I feel like a completely different person. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this practice is! I am one week post op for breast augmentation and beyond satisfied with my results. But this is not the only thing that matters. What really takes into play of my five star review is that the staff and especially Dr Roxys rapport with patients. Here are a few examples.. When I was 5 minutes late for my surgery (due to my sons school bus being late on the last day of school) and had second guesses about the size I wanted I was still able to try in sizers and the staff didn't make me feel ridiculous and Dr Roxy even said so herself that she wanted me to be confident in my decision. Also I just left an appointment for being concerned that my left boob was not healing as good as my right food and she didn't make me feel like a big overreacting idiot instead she reassured me that everything is fine. Not once did the staff make me feel like I was wasting anybody's time. I can genuinely say that I have never (even with my own primary care doctor) been so beautiful beyond satisfied with every visit. Dr. Roxy is the only place you should go to have plastic surgery. I wouldn't even consider looking or comparing because she blows all the other surgeons' out of the water'.

I have had a great experience at Roxy Plastic Surgery with the Dermaplane. I get the treatment once a month. It helps my skin feel refreshed and youthful. Laura is great with this procedure. I also have had a consultation for laser treatments. I plan to schedule soon. I first met Dr. Grawe in the beginning of Oct. 2014. I had been off of work for a while which resulted in a good deal of weight gain. Never before had it been so hard for me to lose weight. I guess that's what happens in your late 40's. Upon her examination of me she told me what she thought was best. Liposuction of the lower abdominal and my hips. I had my surgery shortly there after. I'm still in the healing phase but I got to say I'm looking and feeling pretty good!!! The doc is a very nice and warm hearted person. She made me feel very much at ease. She's also pretty witty.

I have been to quite a few plastic surgeons in my days, either for consults or for work. I can honestly say that Roxy Plastic Surgery has to be my favorite yet! Unfortunately, this company lies. They pull the old bait and switch. Called the office to make an appointment and the first thing I ask was, ' is there a consult fee?' The young lady said no, so I proceeded to schedule an appt for today at 4:10p. I am beyond words. I went in and they first thing she ask me for was a $50 consult fee. I tried to explain the conversation I had when I called. The girl said I talked to her and that she told me about the fee. Basically called me a liar. I hope the Dr. Grawe knows what her staff is doing. They are giving her a very bad name.

I've been seeing Dr. Grawe for a few months now for reconstruction after a bi-lateral mastectomy. I knew I would have some issues due to radiation from prior breast cancer treatment but she has been able to utilize some new and amazing techniques that are going to help me end up with two beautiful breasts when we are complete when some other doctors were not willing to try. I have felt so comfortable with Dr. Grawe, especially when I have needed to call after hours which only occurred one time but she returned my call within minutes after hours, I was so impressed. I would recommend her to any women that is thinking about breast reconstruction, or any procedure for that matter!

I can't express enough how professional and caring Dr. Grawe is. She has taken such good care of me and I would highly recommend her for breast reconstruction or any of your plastic surgery needs. I had a bilateral prophylactic mastectomy with tissue expanders, in May. She explained everything very thoroughly and reassured me at every visit. I had the tissue expanders exchanged for silicone implants, in August and I never imagined the results would be so good!! She knows how to make her patients feel special and beautiful! She is a true blessing!!
