I would like to comment on the procedural and insurance issue I had. To be upfront, I am not disagreeing with the cost, but how things led to me having to pay a bill. I would recommend anyone who is under the assumption they are receiving a FREE consult ensure it is documented in writing and potentially even recorded (allowed by Ohio law). After what I thought was a free consult, the conversation with Dr. Bernacki led to determining if another procedure would be covered under insurance and I casually agreed to a picture being taken. He was nice so I didn't think twice. I then stupidly provided my insurance card AFTER my visit. Not sure why I did that and of course, I was then billed for an office visit. I tried to explain this and other sequences that seemingly took place out of order and was met with delayed responses and frankly, no change in my bill. I was even asked to provide them my explanation of benefits even when it had already been faxed to them. Their reason was that it was faster for me to do that for them instead of the third party they work with. Sounds silly but imagine it from a patient perspective. Obviously there's always two sides to a story but it was clear in my mind how deceiving the process had been. I've never visited a specialist like this and if you are new to this - I would recommend another clinic or like I mentioned, document everything. I may be one of many patients but taking over a month to help me resolve or communicate with me was a bit disappointing.

I am a 65 yr old woman with large breasts they were to much weight for me to carry around , I have a very bad back that has 9 fractures I needed some relief .So I went to see Doctor Bernacki to see if he could help me and he did . I went from a DD to a B and I could not be any happier it feels like a weight has been lifted off my back. The quality of his work is awesome and my daughter is next to see him. Thank you so much

If I could rate 10 stars I absolutely would! Dr. Bernacki recently performed a breast augmentation on me in November and I was so completely in love with my results then and even more now that Im looking swimsuit ready for summer! This procedure was seriously life changing for me! I was treated with the utmost respect and Dr. Bernacki has a wonderful, caring bedside manner. He really toke the time to answer all my questions and concerns. My recovery was also a nice and easy process. Highly recommend!
