After reading several reviews, I chose to have liposuction done on my abdomen through Sonobello. My experience with the staff was very good. Everyone was very friendly. I went early in the morning for my surgery. A nurse took me to a small, cold room to change. I put on the gown and the nurse and doctor were in and out to explain everything and gave me my meds for surgery. I wasnt anxious about my surgery but for anyone that would be, the waiting room is certainly not appealing. For those who may be scared or nervous, there was No music, no tv, nothing to try to keep your mind off of the procedure. The nurse assured me that I wouldnt feel anything. She said most people dont even remember. That was not the case for me. Ive had 3 children, one c-section and two colonoscopies and never experienced this kind of paid. The pain during surgery was excruciating!!!! I felt everything. They gave me a ball to squeeze. Im assuming the meds they gave me just didnt work. I read another review where a patient had the same experience with pain during surgery. As far as my results, Im only one day past surgery. My pain is manageable and I can tell my abdomen area is much smaller. Cant wait for the swelling and bruising to go down to see my final results. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to have liposuction to have a conversation with the Dr. about the level of pain that could be possible during the surgery.

Wow, where do I start!First of all, the entire staff from Shatha, Paige, Ali, Bree, Dr. Andrews (the list goes on) were amazing. I am so excited to begin my new journey of looking and feeling better. I had a great experience with Sono Bello. The initial consultation was with Alexandria and she was very kind and professional. The pricing of my procedure was reasonable and I got to utilize the year end special. Also there is financing which spreads out the payments over 24 months with 0% interest if paid off early.My pre-op consultation, procedure, and follow up went very well. Dr. Rak is great, very kind and professional and Nurse Ashley is the best. Both called to check on me in the first days after my procedure. All of the other nurses and staff I've come in contact with were also very kind and professional. I would recommend Sono Bello in Westerville to anyone thinking about liposuction.

Very disappointed for the 10k I spent went back for my 6 month and the Dr told me I needed to have a skin graph, to lift my belly????Don't think so you messed up very disappointed.Don't go there they are false and sell you, I went 3 times before I decided to finally do it trust you instincts they are true!

I am giving 3 Stars instead of less only because I am happy so far 2 months out with my results and because the majority of the staff is nice and friendly. I would not recommend at least this location to anyone because of my experience during my procedure of Laser Lipo. The doctor while I'm lying there awake, all most completely naked, feeling vulnerable and quietly crying to myself because it hurt told me I needed to toughen up. I needed to toughen up! I am told for most this is not a painful procedure. I however do not respond well to whatever numbing medication that is given, it takes a long time for me to be numb. Never in my life have I been called a wimp or even hinted at to have a low pain tolerance. Regardless of me or that fact a patient should never be told to toughen up. I could be the biggest baby in the world and never should have been made to feel the way I did. It was one of the worst days of my life and something I will never forget or ever do again.

Very unhappy with results! Quick to take your money with a money back guarantee. I moved to Atlanta directly after both procedures, so Westerville linked me with them saying they would fix everything, and I even had an appt there. Phone calls stating they were planning to re-do some things. Then, NOTHING! No return calls and no more communication at all. I feel VERY taken advantage of! $13K (cash, not financed) given and no happiness in return. I would not recommend this company no matter what city or state you are in! Ohio AND Georgia dropped the ball completely. Disappointed!

UPDATED: After my disappointing first experience I was hesitant when Ali reached out personally from her personal cell, I thought it was a robotext at first. She genuinely apologized for my first visit and promised to make it up to me if I was willing to give them a second chance. I believe in second chances so I agreed.... boy am I glad I did. They were waiting for me and the counter lady remembered my name. Ali was informative, non-judgmental and a joy to speek with. I look forward to moving forward the our discussed plan of action. Arrived 15 mins before scheduled appointment. Waited 45 mins. Asked if it would be soon and was told 2 mins, waited 5 and left. Counter staff was nice.

I was one of the support persons with a relative. None of us had any experience with of these types of procedures. Every staff memeber , though I had limited interactions, were not only extremely friendly but very informative which was reasurring and calming. After meeting Dr. Andrews I understtod the atmosphere of excellence was flowing from him through the office. He was clear, conscisec caring, and comforting. The day of the procedure everyone's anxiety levels were high and everyone arrived early, Shatha Alsharab demonstated excellence in custmoer service as she greeted, check the patient in, and gave clear directives. I am happy that I decided to do the procedures. My first surgery, unless you count wisdom teeth and lasik. Yes, after surgery it hurt for a week or two, but the results are starting to show. I am about 2 months out of surgery, have lost 25 lbs. and people are starting to tell me that they can see my weight loss and that I am taking on a new shape. I already feel better and have more energy. I am so impatient to see my final results. If you are trying to decide if you should or shouldn't have the surgery, I say GO FOR IT.

I have had the best experience with Sono Bello. I saw the commercial on TV and from there started my research. I made my consultation and had the privilege of meeting Amy who was so friendly and helpful. She understood my budget and we came up with the best options for me. She never tried to 'up sell' me. The Nursing staff consisted of Bree and Jen. Bree was super comforting and helped keep me calm the day of the surgery. And, all of my appointments with Jen since that time have been great too. Dr Rak was great too! His artistic job at sculpting my body is fantastic. After having had 2 c-sections I thought I knew what my post-surgery recovery would be like. But, I underestimated it. My first 3 days after the surgery were very rough but everyday after that I got better and better. Now, I say I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I feel better than I have in years. I would and HAVE recommended SonoBello to everyone I know.

I contacted Sonobello on a whim about three weeks before my daughter was getting married. I was delighted to hear that they could give me an appointment for a consultation. I went with some fears because unfortunately after trying on my mother of the bride dress, realizing that it was a little snug, thought Id better do something fast! It was Ali at the Westerville Office that reassured me that they could squeeze me in for a procedure of lipo the following week. I was a little skeptical knowing that my daughters wedding was coming so fast. As it turned out I had my arms, upper and lower abs and flanks all to my highest satisfaction! The nurses and staff could t have been any nicer! Dr. Andrews even exceeded my expectations. The tunescent fluid was not much of a problem at all as they warn you it might drain some afterward. I wouldnt say it was easy because it did hurt; but, boy am I glad I had it. I did try to have my legs done at the same time but unfortunately the pain meds ran out and I wasnt able to do that, however, the wedding was spectacular and so was my dress! I told the nurse she must be Houdini putting on those compression garments after the lipo as I was a total zombie lol!!! Thank you Sonobello! I am so thankful!!

I love the staff, I was a little nervous. But the staff assured me it will be fine. And it was, the first 24 hrs was to rest, and then I was up walking around. Went to work on Monday. The the second week people was asking me if I was on a diet. The swelling was going down. Highly Recommend SONO BELLO. Very affordable also.
