If you want to wait almost 2 hours for your appointment then this is the place for you. I should of read the reviews before coming. Because this the same thing everyone is saying. One of the ladys who works in the back is very rude. All because I asked how long it was going to take. Sorry I already waited almost 2 hours after my appointment got rescheduled and I have a child who is on the spectrum and he was about to walk out. Next time I will go to OKC where they are more understand of children not being able to wait long. This appointment was for my child.

They required us to be here at 7:30 am. I did all required of me in advance. Still sitting in the waiting room at 8:30 with later arrivals taken back. Was told I was next, but called someone else. This is rediculous. The excuse was that they had to enter his information into the computer. They had it in advance, so why did they wait to put it in until I got here? They wasted my time. Probably won't be back.

While I love Dr. Warn, the scheduling staff needs improvement. Yesterday, I had an 8:45 appointment to have assessments and see Dr Warn. Upon arrival there were approximately 20 patients sitting waiting already. It was 11:15 before I was through with my assessment and exams. I inquired with nurses as to why our wait was so long and found that more assessments had been scheduled than they could get done in addition to assisting the Dr. As I left, I tried to talk to the outer office scheduling staff with no success. They were defensive and unwilling to even listen to a patient that had sat for over 3 hours with 20 other patients. Please address this with those responsible for scheduling.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ann Warn since 2013 and couldn't be happier with DMEI Lawton.Yes, as others have mentioned, time spent in the waiting room is occasionally long. But this has happened to me exactly twice in almost six years--both when I was a new patient. Since then, I have called in with potential emergency symptoms on more than one occasion and always been seen by Dr. Warn that same day.The staff at DMEI Lawton, from the front office, to the techs, to the people in white coats, conduct themselves in a most professional manner. I've even witnessed the receptionist helping older patients fill out info on an unfamiliar I-pad. Obviously, this is more than just a job for her--it is a passion. Dr. Warn's tech, Robin, is also a good example of this.I'm an extremely near-sighted 50 year old with a family history of retinal detachment and macular degeneration who has already had cataract surgery. Frankly, I would camp outside Dean McGee Lawton in a pup tent over night to see my favorite ophthalmologist. She is my hero!

Customer service is wonderful. The nurses don't do anything unless you are awareawa what they are doing which means a lot to me. UpThey take their time and don't make you feel rushed. I have recommended this eye insitute because it is the 3rd one i have been to and have never been more satiafied. Please spend a couple extra bucks and get the best opinion . I will keep this up to date.

Appointment at 2, its 330 and we are still waiting. I see the comments about scheduling being an issue, it is an issue. A lady walked out complaining about the wait just now.
