I went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled. It was a serious, put me to sleep, kind of extraction. My previous dentist referred me to remove my top 2 because I was experiencing terrible pain in my right cheek. The dentist here advised to take out the upper and the lower on my right side to really fix the problem. It was so comforting to know my dentist actually cared about my problem and wasn't just trying to pull whatever teeth I said and take my money. They called the very next morning just to check up on me! I ended up getting a dry socket a few days later (It was not my brightest moment). It was a Friday and they closed at 12. I called at 11:45 to see if there was anything I could do for the pain and they literally said if I could make it by 12 they would take a look at my mouth. They went so above and beyond to treat me and make sure I was taken care of. I arrived at 11:58 and they were already ready to take me back and examine and fix me up. They didn't send me away or try and reschedule me for their convenience. I seriously want them to be acknowledged. They did EVERYTHING and then some. Customer service was unreal. I'm so appreciative that they took care of me during this time because my extraction was very painful and complex. They made sure I was taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend them.
