The staff is knowledgeable, kind, caring and helps you feel comfortable even when you have a lot of questions. They are accommodating, helpful and very professional. I trust them completely. Check-in I felt was a bit too involved. Deep history from childhood for a minor eyelid surgery? Why? I guess because we are not all the same. Even at 08:00 I endured the standard wait wait for the Doctor. After Dr Fausetts entrance my appointment moved along nicely. He maintained good eye contact and explained procedures in a sincere and simple manner.

Dr Fasset is so pleasant and proffessional. He really listens to what you have to say and then will let you know which treatment is best. The girls are fantastic and there is always a special going on with extra treats. It is a fun place. Quiet and peaceful. Dr. Hunt also did a surgery for me that was perfect many years ago.

I have been to Aesthetic Surgical Arts for several different services including laser skin treatment and lower eyelid surgery. Every time I have called or visited the office the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful, and competent. When I had eyelid surgery in their surgery center I was kept informed about what would happen next and what to expect. Everyone seemed to do their jobs extremely well. Dr. Hunts is excellent at explaining risks, benefits, and alternatives to the services he offers. I am very pleased to not have bags under my eyes anymore--the outcome of the surgery was what I was hoping for. He seems to be dedicated to hiring excellent staff and creating a welcoming and well-run office. I have always been seen on time, no waiting. Highly recommended.

Christina is awesome. She is one of the best massage therapists out there, and certainly my favorite in Eugene.
