My low review has nothing to do with the doctors but with the lack of professionalism from the insurance staff. If you are trying to do anything through insurance the person in charge works from home and is too busy changing diapers to get the insurance job done efficiently. If you push it you're going to get a critical response back. The doctors are great and spend more than enough time explaining and making sure you know what to expect. I was happy with results and after what I paid I expected good results. Honestly, it all seems much more costly than it should be but I didn't find many choices. I do recommend them. Next time I will do more price comparison. They do have very strange hours so listen carefully to the phone recording. Some days they close at noon.

I had a facelift and facial fat grafting done 1 1/2 years ago and my face is right back where it was pre surgery. Another PS suggested it had been a poor job. My complaint is that no one cares about your satisfaction after the stitches are removed and the money has been paid. You would think that they'd be curious about the effect 1 year down the road.
