I am 55 years old and had been wanting a breast reduction all my adult life. I chose ASA after reviewing their website. From my first consultation to the post-op checkups, the nursing staff, receptionist, and Dr. Badar Jan made me feel comfortable and understood my concerns and expectations. I am so pleased with my breast reduction results three months out! The healing process was quick and painless for me. My body feels better, my clothing fits better and I feel good about myself. I would highly recommend ASA and Dr. Jan for any cosmetic procedure you are considering. Dr. Jan also did a fantastic eye lift for me a few years ago! I still love the results!

I'm indifferent about this place. I don't love it and I don't hate it. I came in for a mole removal on my nose and saw Doctor Jan, who was nice and polite enough, but nothing about his personality or attention stood out to me. It was simply OK. He removed the mole right then and there and stitched it up. The scar is healing nicely (it's already been about 2 months) and it looks like I thought it would. It's hardly noticeable, so clearly he did a good job. The office itself is very impressive and classy, so that's a plus. You do get good attention from the front end office staff, however, when it comes to making an appointment, no consideration of your time is valued. Even if you arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time, be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes AFTER you were supposed to be seen. Even when you're called to go into an examination room, you're waiting at least an additional 15-30 minutes for the Doctor to come in. An appointment that should've lasted 45 min - 1 hour, took a total of 2 hrs. That's my main complaint about this office, is the wait time to be seen, as well as the exam rooms being outdated and 'blah', unlike most medical practices I've visited. Overall, this establishment is simply OK.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Chung. I paid almost 6,000 dollars for a change of implant and a lift. My breast is more droopy than before the surgery I spoke with a doctor. He told me that six months my breast would be raised. crying I told him I came to this place to feel good about myself and now I feel worse he told me that he could not help me if I wanted to get up I had to pay him more money I treated myself very badly even after 3 years and I can not forget the damage

I had appointment with this office last Monday 1/6/2020 came to appointment only learned that they canceled my appointment because I didnt bring my new insurance card even though it was same insurance from last year never given option to pay for my visit just cancel appointment. So they rescheduled my appointment for this Monday 1/13/2020 I come to my appointment they telling me they dont have me on schedule so I told them that they better see me because it wasnt my fault that they canceled my last appointment so then doctor said she will see me . I ask why wasnt I given option to pay last time for my visit and I didnt have to be here today I was told that they cannot do this so i said you wanna tell me I cant pay for my own doctor visit I was told o now Im seating here at the office everybody who came after me is going in and Im seating. So no I wouldnt recommend this office I was patient here for 2 years this was horrible experience. I never heard this before and Im working in medical field for 20 years . Front desk girls were rude to me like I was the one who did something wrong. Its a shame I never ever experienced anything like this. So now I was seen by one of medical assistant and she tells me that yes this is their office policy that they cannot take any other payment except insurance so if you dont have insurance you out of luck this office wouldnt see you. Wow thats all I can say.

Dr. Chung is the best surgeon in this area. He offered his wisdom and best opinion during the consultation for my breast augmentation. The morning of surgery, he brought a total sense of calmness to Coordinated Health which helped me more than he probably realizes. Dr. Chung called me a few days after surgery to check on me, and confirmed my first post-op appointment. All post-op appointments he answered any and all questions I had (some of which Im sure sounded crazy). He was also adamant on aftercare instructions to ensure the results are exactly how theyre intended. Regarding the results, I had my surgery March of 2018 and it is now almost June of 2019- I couldnt be more pleased with the way the implants have settled, theres practically no scar from the incision, and I know if I ever decide to have plastic surgery again, Dr. Chung is my go-to doctor! Five stars all around, thank you so much for a great experience.

I would give 10 stars if I could! had a septoplasty done by Dr. Jan in 2016. My nose was wrecked from years of wrestling. Not only can I finally breath, but my once distorted nose is now upright and strait. His bedside manner is second to none. He truly takes his time with each patient to go over all of the risks involved. I had no surprises after surgery because of Dr. Jan's thorough consultation. The front desk is always pleasant and helpful when I call. I could not be happier with my entire experience at Aesthetic Surgery Associates. Keep up the good work guys!

The office staff was amazing i walked in the door and was treated with professionalism. It was until i had a question and asked to speak to the office administrator that things went from great to bad. She treated me non-professionally and with complete disrespect.The office administrator is a terrible person in my eyes as she acted as though she owned the practice and said whatever she wanted to make herself feel better. She had no regard for my feelings and I would never go there again, due to her attitude. I was truly amazed someone like that had a job working for such a great practice

I can now say after those agonizing 7 years of discomfort and walking with my shoulders hunched I feel more like myself than I ever have. Dr. Jan gave me a new life, my outlook on my body and my confidence make me look and feel like an entirely different person.
