Amazing people. They didn't judge my daughter since she was a teen. Karen was great. Everyone was so polite and answered all my questions. Did the best to make us comfortable. I just have a complaint about one of the nurses but I didn't see her name. She was very rude to my daughter because it was nearing 5:00. Everyone else was amazing. So clean

living in schuylkill haven when we found out my son needed outpatient surgery at just a week old, not knowing any better we just went down the road to pottsville hospital. We waited for what seemed like forever in a very dated old waiting room, with not the most friendliest staff. I promised myself I would never be back! So a year later when we were told my son needed tubes we decided to take him to LVPG pediatric surgical specialist center and I am so happy we did! This place is up to date and spotless. Instead of patients being divided by a curtain we had our own private room with fun decorations and cartoons on the TV. the doctors, all the nursing staff, reception, and even the volunteer went above and beyond to make us comfortable and answer any question I had. My son who had developed a fear of any person in medical attire ended up warming up to all the staff by the end of our visit. We our very pleased with our experience and will continue to come back for all our medical needs in the future

This place was wonderful. Our child had to have surgery and Dr Thatch was just amazing. He made sure to explain everything to us and was so good with our son. Also right before the surgery he let us know that once they were done, we would be called back into a conference room first to just go over how it went and thank god he did because I would have lost my mind thinking the worst had he not told us.

Excellent care! Dr. Clement and her team operated on our 8 month old and every step of the process was smooth, friendly, and passionate. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a pediatric urologist.

Our 1 year old son needed surgery to close an inguinal hernia after he had herniated intestine. Dr. Thatch was the surgeon who treated him and did an excellent job. He has a great bedside manner, and really made us feel as at ease as you can when your 1 year old needs surgery. I greatly appreciate him, his skill and the team I know he worked with but never got to meet. Thank you for everything.

Its a very modern, kid friendly, clean facility with compassionate and experienced staff. They made my autistic, asthmatic son very comfortable for his first general anesthesia experience. Thanks =)
