The nurse that checked me in was great but I was shocked with the doctors dermatology exam. She looked at me in the front and had me standup and she looked at my back and said I was fine. I had two areas of concern, areas that not healed in 6 months , one under the mask and the second you would need to move the hair to the side to be seen.I spoke about them, telling how long they had been sore and not healing. She removed one but I dont believe she sent it for a biopsy and the second she froze and froze, I have had dozens of areas of concern frozen before but they looked like this . I realized she was 7 months pregnant and scared to death of the COVID virus but I feel she should have stayed home until she felt comfortable doing proper dermatological exam. That was dangerous. What if I would have had a melanoma she missed?I dont feel that I do but?

I was very comfortable from the beginning. The Dr made us feel comfortable and answered all questions. We never felt rushed or less than important. All the staff brought an element of professionalism. Wait time was very minimal maybe 7 minutes. I highly recommend this office.

I arrived a month ago for an appt I had made, only to be told I was wrong and that my appt was another day and time (which I wouldn't have scheduled as I'm not available that day nor time). No apology, no validation, only an acknowledgement that they have been having difficulties with their scheduling department. I was made to reschedule another month out. On my way to that appt they called me and asked if I was on my way 10 minutes prior to my appt. Why yes, I was just pulling into the parking lot...I was there on time but waited an hour and a half to be seen. I have been going here for 15 years and have always scheduled with the same doctor...but then they threw me in with someone else. Doctor was good, but this staff is bottom of the barrel quality. When I was told to follow up in 6 weeks, staff asked for a good day for me and I said I won't be coming back. Any customer service questions? Nope. Just a non-caring 'Have a nice day'. One of the worst experiences ever.

I like Dr Wingrove. I do wish she would slow down and really talk to her patients. Doctor's assume patients know what they mean by rattling off some ailments, we don't, we are not doctor's

I'm so disappointed with the scheduling staff here. I had an appointment I made months prior for monday and they had me waiting 90 minutes past my time without telling me there would be a wait. Then I had to leave for other commitments and they said I could reschedule over the phone. I called and rescheduled for Friday at 3. Showed up right at 3 and was told I couldn't be seen and the doctors left at 2. Ummmm then why was I scheduled for 3pm? This is absolutely unacceptable. And then I asked this to the scheduler and she just gave me attitude back. I said you know what I'm done going here and left. Then standing in front of the elevator I heard them talking about how rude I was even though I was given the wrong time today and been made to wait for 90 minutes Monday. Of course I was upset with them, but rude, no. So needless to say I'm finding a different doctor, and I hope they find a new scheduling staffer because she is not a great representation of their office, or maybe she is...I'm going to go elsewhere regardless.

SOLD OUT!! 'We can schedule you in about 2 months if you're a new patient. ' If your skin condition worsens, you can either go to the ER, or go and see them if and when you are already cured!

Dr Stiegel and his staff were wonderful. I have to be honest I was warned the doctor didnt have a good bedside manner. I strongly disagree with that observation as I was very comfortable, and the doctor spent extra time with me to make sure I understood what was going on. Granted he is very forthright but isnt that what one wants in a doctor? Anyhow, It was an easy comfortable experience.

This place is a complete JOKE!!! The doctor gave me every excuse in the world then finding the problem! She literally stood Infront of me an argued with me, but yet had no answer for the problem. She literally was guessing my diagnosis.Worthless doctor! Long wait times, an very rude!! Really upset I took time out of my day to see her for a follow up for no answers an pure rudeness! Would NOT recommend to anyone

We really like Michelle Williams, P.A. She was very knowledgeable . Dr. Wingrove is kind and knowledgeable too. The billing was a complete nightmare, resulting in a six-month quest to have $425.95 returned to us. The billing office in Florida is extremely complicated and if it were not for my bookkeeping skills, I do not know if the overpayment would have been caught. Chey, the office manager, worked for two months to resolve this for us and it was finally resolved successfully. We will go back, but we will not be billed until our insurance company received the claim and we get our co-pay amount. We are glad that we can go back, but will be very vigilant with billing.

This is one of the nicest Drs, I ever had the privledge of meeting. I have a subcutaneous cyst on my forehead that I've tried and tried to get removed but was unsuccessful. Somehow this Dr. got my insurance company to approve the surgery. I was so desperate i even tried to just offer the Dr. Money, but he has so much integrity that I felt embarrassed for even asking. I thank God we still have good men like this in our country. This man restored my faith in humanity.
