This place use to be the best place.. now officially a joke.. no one answers the phones anymore.. it is so hard to even get an appointment in with the doctors.. you can call all day and you barely get one answer.. the worst part is.. I was In the other day and they gave me some new guy and clearly didnt know what going on.. he told me if the meds he gave me didnt work all I had to do was call in and he would sent another prescription out that would help.. now when I call today to see if it can be call in.. it a full on war with them.. I started calling them at 8:30 am.. finally figured out how to get someone to actually answer a phone at 1 something.. and then I had to wait on the phone for about 10 to 20 mins to even actually talk to someone that knows what they are talking about.. then the lady finally comes in the phone with an attitude and said I got pulled from my lunch break to talk to you.. well if you guys would answer your phones more you wouldnt have to be worried about being interrupted on your lunch break.. also the lady said at 1 something I will talk to the doctor and let them know what going on and see what we can do for you.. you probably wont hear back from us til 4:30 or 5 oclock.. so around 5 something they call back and tell me to go to then emergency room.. which clearly if I would have waited which I wasnt about to.. I went to see another doctor from one of the urgent cares that would maybe actually help me and actually look at me and figure out what wrong instead of just telling me to go to the hospital and leaving me in pain for 3 days.. so yeah, I use to love this place but now it a joke.. specially since I was already seen not even couple days ago.. it seems to me all they want anymore is money.. and they have way to many patients that they cant keep up..
