I visited for revision procedure /scar minimization. She and Molly were both in the room. She looked at me and said, quote: 'If anyone can see those scars, they're looking too close.' Not only did I feel minimized (because every time I look in the mirror I see them, and if anyone DOES get close they will see them too), but I realized she wasn't skilled enough to do the work. But, rather than be honest and say that, she dismissed my concern.Second, I had just had laser spot treatment on my hands for removal of brown spots and the scabs were halfway to healing and pretty obvious. [Note: This treatment was done by a laser competitor in Erie.] She and Molly made a big fuss (as if this was the worst botch job ever) and took pictures (presumably for their own patient portfolio to say: Don't go to this provider). I came away from that consultation feeling like an idiot.End of the story = The brown spots flaked right off with the skin and the results were perfect! Go to 'Erie Laser Professionals.' They're cheaper, the treatments are administered by RNs, and they don't make fun of you. Their primary business is laser tattoo removal but they also do other minor skin procedures.

I had two operations done on my nose, and it has healed beautifully. The work done was phenomenal and she made sure I was comfortable during the procedure I was awake for.

Dr. Figura is the nicest person I know. She helps you, talks to you not down to you but 'to you'. She also has the nicest help at all her desks. Oh and Molly is a dream. The whole office is great.
