Dr. Germain and his staff were wonderful. I saw him after a mammogram deflated one of my breast implants. He went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and get both of the new implants (which were 20 years old) covered under warranty. I highly recommend him!!

He answered all my questions in person and via email. On the day of surgery, Dr. Germain was wonderful at relaxing me and explaining exactly what he was doing before the surgery and afterwards. He explained exactly what Id be feeling and seeing each week during the healing process. Dr. Germain was able to give me the results I was hoping for, I am so happy with the results and I am only 4 weeks out from the surgery.
