It has taken me three years to get my 80 year old mother to agree to get a hearing test for a much needed hearing aid. Getting her to any appointment means leaving work early for me. While driving from work to pick her up for today's appointment, my mom calls to say that Dr Lipman's office called and cancelled her appointment. She stated that Dr. Lipman's office called earlier stating that they had a cancellation and requested her to come in earlier. When she stated she needed to wait for a ride, the office called back 45 minutes later and said that the doctor got called out for a consultation and they need to cancel her appointment. REALLY?? I know it's the Friday before the long holiday weekend. Not very professional. I hope your office enjoyed their early dismissal at the expense of my mom.Happy Labor Day weekend!

not happy with dr lipman. she said that there was nothing wrong with me. then had to go to e.r. to see why i am in so pain. they told me my ear is all inflamed and red,and infected, it started after she pulled the wax out of my ear. they put me on ear drops. i am not happy with her or e,n,t,
