Good place all aspects of professional dermatologist office staff great no problems took care of my problem would recommend them with out a doubt

Dr. Milstein and Michelle did nothing to help my poor mother and her uncontrollable rash. She went for a visit 4 times over the last two months, with a pretty hefty copay each time, and she has had NO RELIEF. Each visit the diagnosis was incorrect and THE RASH NEVER WENT AWAY, even wish all of the doctors recommendations. When my mother asked for a patch test, the doctor and his staff told her, would you really want to go through that? and completely brushed her off and refused to follow through and help her. I would NEVER recommend this doctor and his practice to anyone. She is now seeing ANOTHER doctor who is actually helpful and knows what hes doing.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

The staff are very professional. Dr. Michelle Parkhill shows more interest in the service she can provide and less about the fees. I came in without insurance but was treated very nicely. I highly recommend this skin clinic. Awesome doctor and staff!

Dr. Milstein always provided good care for me but my last visit last Fall which I had to go twice in two weeks with little done. Just went to Southern Tier Dermatology in Enwell, NY and in 30 minutes had all my issues resolved. Your PA just did not do it for me
