My double chin had nearly tripled. Dr. Johns really came through! He did the procedure out patient for me which made it quick and easy. It was also very reasonably priced- especially compared to Kybella, which DOES NOT WORK for most people and takes months of treatment! There was no pain- it was a little disturbing, but I've never had children- if you have- I'm sure that chin lipo will be a walk in the park! I used to be catching that chin at every angle now even with it tipped down, I still have a great profile! Thanks Dr. Johns! Friendly staff as well! I will for sure be going back for more improvements!

Dr. Johns was an excellent surgeon and the results of my procedure exceed my expectations. The staff he employed were all very professional, caring, and made the entire experience easy. The PA I met with before and after surgery was also excellent and gave me very accurate information when I inquired. I would absolutely recommend this practice without hesitation!

His bedside manner was wonderful and the results are very natural! The girls that do the injections are great, they are not overly aggressive, but really listen to what you as the patient want. Very pleased with all of my visits here.

I chose Dr Johns after seeing 2 other surgeons.. I had a mid face lift, fat transfer, & and a lower eyes done in early 2017..... I couldnt be more happier!! I went back 6 months later and had 2 other procedures... I highly recommend Dr Johns.

Had my breast augmentation and lipo suction done in 2008 and everything still holding perfect as the day I was completely healed from surgery! Excellent Doc and office personnel! Have references many of people over the years who all have had the same wonderful experience as myself.

I do not recommend, as previous poster said, once money is obtained and procedure is finished you aren't treated well. Feel like there were issues that are obviously wrong after surgery, but manipulated into thinking it will heal and correct itself. 2 years later writing about my disgust. Id research other surgeons.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I've had experiences with 2 other plastic surgeons in the pittsburgh area and my results were tragic. One visit with Dr. Johns and I knew I was finally with the right doctor. I had breast reconstruction, new implants, a tummy tuck, and lipo. My results have been amazing! My surgery was 2 years ago and my confidence is greater than ever! His bedside manners are so comforting and his staff is amazing! I have since been back to the office for injections, facials, and microderm. I will never go anywhere else!

Unnatural outcome. Horrifying . Johns does not have the skills to be operating atleast on the face, terrible , appalling awlful new me, and to think i traded in a pleasant beautiful face which was aging for my botched face and bank account. Jokes on me . Dont trust realself with the fake reviews like i did. I love to show you my before and after they dont have in their book. Wish google review has this option
