I had an excellent experience with Dr Bottger. He did a excellent job at getting rid of the fat and skin in my upper arms. This was a big job and it takes skill to sculpt the arms and make it come out well. I am just two days post op but the pain is tolerable considering the length of the incision.This is life changing as I have never worn a sleeveless dress and I think I can now. Just losing weight won't get rid of this.

I was very impressed at my consultation even before I met Dr. Bottger. The ladies are so warm and welcoming and eager to assist with any questions you have. The office is inviting and comfortable with large rooms decorated tastefully. But I was really impressed by the robe! It sounds weird but I had two previous consultations and they gave a paper gown to change into. I felt like I was at a butcher! That little touch of providing a cozy robe made me feel respected and valued. Then I met Dr. Bottger and I knew I was where I wanted to be for this huge change in my life. Im nearly four weeks post op and this is a great time of year for recovery! I really believe he understands the power over the lifetime change he can provide to his patients and he has the skills to deliver! Im absolutely stunned at what I see in the mirror and my healing is still ongoing but I know the end results are going to be amazing because Im already so happy with what I see now. Dr. Bottger is a true artist. Not only that, but from my first appointment with him, he and his staff made me feel so comfortable and I never felt rushed. I knew hed be my plastic surgeon because I immediately felt a sense of trust with him. I had a Mommy Makeover where he performed an abdominoplasty, a breast lift and a breast augmentation. I had a very specific look I was going for with my breasts and I have to say, he gave me exactly what I wanted! I would say to anyone whos considering Dr. Bottger, do not waste your time seeing other plastic surgeons. In a nutshell, hes an extremely talented plastic surgeon who truly does care about each and every one of his patients. This surgery has been life changing for me. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner!

Tummy tuck - success !!!I definitely did my research ! I looked up and read countless reviews and looked at photos of many doctors in my local area. I wanted a tummy tuck since a few years after my daughter was born. I tried strict diets, led an active lifestyle and working out, but I still couldnt get my lower belly to flatten out. I narrowed my doctors to 2 after a consultation at both. They were both well qualified, both highly rated and glowing reviews from hundreds. I chose Dr Bottger after our consultation because not only was he qualified , he made me feel comfortable and answered my countless questions and kept my expectations realistic. I am 41 days post tummy tuck and I couldnt be happier. I had slight issues with fluid build up but even with that happening I am thrilled with how I look today. My biggest concern with getting this surgery was my belly button ! I did not want my belly button to look Fake or oddly placed. Dr Bottger made it his priority to make my belly button perfect. Im still swollen but everyday I see even more improvement!

So I had begun paying on a surgery I was quoted 17,000 for , few months later I had a change of mind and apparently I paid dr Bottgers staff 500 dollars for a SURGICAL O.R. fee , which is really funny because I never even scheduled a surgery date or anything . Spoke to staff requesting if I could use the 500 for lip fillers and i would cover the rest Of the money if needed but now the woman is saying they wont allow me to use it. If your going to work in this type of profession be on the same page as your office staff , dont tell your patients one thing and then say something totally different 5 days later . I wont deal with a surgical staff who feels the need to lie about 500 dollars , its not that serious.

Ive been tortured by my oversized breasts ever since age 13; I absolutely hated my body and would go outside in 90 degree weather and only wear baggy clothes and wouldnt let anyone hug me or touch me because my breasts were so humiliating to me. After so many years of trying natural ways to reduce breast size, I threw in the towel and Ive decided to undergo a breast reduction; I couldnt have found a better doctor to do it. Dr. Bottger knows what hes doing and Im so glad hes the one who performed the breast reduction. My breasts were huge DDDs and saggy, but now Im a perky c cup. Simply Amazing. I contacted Dr. Bottger and his team after losing 160 lbs. I want to thank Dr. Bottger, his team and Bryn Mawr hospital for the amazing job they did with my stomach. Dr. Bottger and his team performed an abdominoplasty with liposuction. I am now 3 weeks post opt. and I am amazed with my results. However, Dr. Bottger has informed me that I have not even seen my results yet! I should reduce a lot over the next 4 months. The surgery was about about 4 hours long. Dr. Bottger and his team were amazing throughout the whole process. The nurses at Bryn Mawr were friendly and made me smile a great deal. I went the day after surgery to Dr. Bottger's office to remove my bandages. Following that, I went to the Mall to Shop around. I cannot tell you how important it is to walk around the day of and the days after surgery. Honestly, the recovery was not as bad as I expected. Be prepared to sleep on your back (This could be the worst part of the whole process for me). I highly recommend buying a compression garment and belly band to help reduce swelling and pain (I am planning to wear mine for a few months ...to bed, while driving and around the house) Dr. Bottger is truely a gifted surgeon with an eye for detail and will go the extra mile during surgery to ensure the positive. My incision line is thin and perfectly placed. My stomach is extremely flat and will continue to reduce. I highly recommend the Oleeva band to cover your scar after the third week of recovery. The Oleeva band is really helping the scar reduce in color and size. Simply an amazing experience for a better quality of life. I look forward to taking my follow up pictures in October (When the swelling goes down).Thank you Dr. B and team.......

Dr. Bottger is an exceptional surgeon who has a very warm and caring personality. I first met him through a dear friend who had undergone a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery performed by Dr. Bottger. When I began to notice a few unusual skin differences on areas of my face I contacted Dr. Bottger. He performed two extensive facial surgeries which also required chemo therapy. Dr. Bottger, using his artistic talents as well as his surgical expertise, followed the contours of my face to minimize noticeable scaring. Needless to say, my incision sites are undetectable. Loved how friendly the staff were when i went for consultation last year. Even though I wasn't at the full amount of what it costed they were still nice to me and offered a plan. They also said I could just save and comeback and that's what I'm doing now. Plan to be back for another consultation by august or September. Best place to go staff is awesome.

Dr. Bottger performed my breast reduction and I could not be more pleased with the results. Bathing suit shopping, for the first time ever, was an enjoyable and fun experience--the best part, was not having to focus on super duper underwires and thick straps.
