Had to wait 2+ hours in the waiting room. I asked how much longer the wait was going to be there was five people infront and the wait would be another hour. They completely overbook their days its absolutely ridiculous. I will find somewhere else to go then ever go back and have to wait as long as i did.

No respect for your time. Took my mother to to him and we waited 45 minutes after her appointment time before taking her in the back. Then a long wait to see the doctor. Some people thing their time is more important than yours.

Second appt waiting approximately 2 hours and couldn't stay both times. Second appt was scheduled for 12:15 2 days before and was told I could be waiting 2 hours . I will find another Dr . My time is very valuable and I'm not going to sit there and wait to see Dr English without respect for my time .I won't go back

When I first saw Dr English he was very friendly and talked to me but was not able to get script he gave me. My hair grew back. Then in Oct I was under stress and lost all my hair. I went back and he gave me a pamphlet and left the room and I wanted to ask more questions . He never said anything and walked out the door. The girl said he went to next patient. I am so depressed and was hoping for more. On top of all this , the script he gave had no strength so the pharmacy can not fill. It is Friday and he is closed. The pharmacy and I have left several messages and nothing. I am very upset.

Dont bother .no one is worth waiting 3 hours in the waiting room .
