The Technician named Heather has made it much less so in testing my eye pressure and Dr. Saran has been professional, patient, and extremely gentle in helping to preserve my sight. Dr. Oldham is very calm and thoughtful and able to discuss options and problems with the patient. He does not simply continue the meds prescribed by previous doctors , but evaluates the medical issues and considers how the medications affect the comfort of the patients' eyes.

The facility and equipment are State of The Arts I was left with the feeling of comfortable with the Staff and the doctors. I can trust them to restore my eyes to healthy , and much improved vision.

I had cataract surgery a few years back, what a difference it made.The other day I had a giant floater in my left eye, I have never had one that large before. I called Chester county eye care, they had done the cataract surgery. I was worried that the surgery was failing. They got me right in, ran some test, and put my mind at ease. It was just a large floater, and would dissipate over time, and my brain would help adjust my sight. So far that's exactly what's happening. Obviously it made me very happy to find out it wasn't a serious problem, and they set me up with a second exam just to double check.

I would highly recommend Dr Saran - I needed retina surgery and was very scared about the procedure. I am not good with having Dr's work in or around my eyes. Dr Saran was very patient and kind to me and I really appreciated it. My surgery was a success but now I need Cataract surgery, I still don't like the thought of eye surgery, but I am a lot less nervous.

I've been going to Dr Oldham for the past few years, beginning with a recommendation from a friend who was very satisfied with the both the Dr and the practice. As I had just been told that cataracts were at beginning stages in both eyes, I wanted to build a history with the Dr who would likely remove them when the time came. Said plan is going well, even to the point that I am no longer afraid of the numbing solution (part of the exam). During prior experiences elsewhere, the numbing solution made me feel sick--even passed out on one occasion. I explained the fear; Dr & staff dealt with it with patience & kindness. Another point of excellence: Dr Oldham is young and loves what he does for a living. Therefore, unless he decides to move, he probably WILL be the Dr to operate on the cataracts in my future--assuming I have enough future for them to require removal!

I recently had cataract surgery by Dr. Oldham and from the start to the finish, it was a great experience. I could not have asked for more with the exams, bedside manner and follow ups. To be honest, I was very anxious just to have the surgery itself, but Dr. Oldham handled everything and made me a believer. I would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone having cataract or other problems.
