I feel compelled to share my story because O'Neill Plastic Surgery has changed my life.I have dealt with severe cystic acne for over 6 years on and off. My skin went out of wack again about a year ago. I was finally able to get things under control with an oral medication but I was left with horrible acne scarring. Luckily, it was surface scarring and not pitted scars. I had tried everything over the counter for the scarring. I went and had multiple chemical peels and nothing was working. I would wake up in the morning and cry when I would see myself. It affected my self esteem to the point that I refused to go anywhere without make up. I was finally able to save some money up and did my due diligence and decided it was time for some laser treatments to get rid of this horrible scarring. I had 5 consultations...2 in Myrtle Beach (where I live) and 3 in Charleston. The only person who I felt was actually honest with me and was going to give me the treatment I wanted was Rebekah at O'Neill. Nobody would touch me with a laser because of my olive skin tone. I was even told by one esthetician that there was 'nothing she could do for me' which discouraged me even more. I remember leaving that consultation sobbing in my car as I thought to myself I would look this way forever.It wasn't until I sat down with Rebekah and she gave me the Picosure Laser brochure. The first picture on the inside of the brochure looked exactly like my skin tone and scarring. After she listened to my story and GENUINELY felt concerned for me, she recommended this laser. I probably asked her a million questions and voiced so many concerns but she was so sure and confident that this laser would give me the results I wanted.I just had my second treatment today and I have two more treatments left, but the difference between my skin already is UNBELIEVABLE. After my first treatment I have barely worn makeup! NOT EVEN TO THE GYM. I'm finally starting to feel like myself and see a beautiful girl in the mirror again. My family and friends are astonished at the progress one treatment has made. I've even had friends with acne scarring reach out to me in regards to where I went for the treatments.I believe meeting Rebekah was fate and it was by far the best decision I have EVER made. Rebekah is so knowledgeable, honest, and kind. She makes me feel so comfortable. Not only that but the pricing I received for the treatments were very reasonable. Because of the issues with my skin, along with going through this journey and having the opportunity to meet Rebekah, I have decided to pursue esthetics school in August. I honestly want to be just like her and change someone's life through skin care!From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Rebekah for everything. Your compassion is unmatched. My mother scheduled a consultation to discuss having her breast implants removed with Dr. Jennifer Dixon Swartz a few months ago. She wanted to have them removed because they have caused a lot of other medical issues in the years since she had them implanted. Her appt was scheduled for January 17th, 2020. A week prior to her appointment, the office requested a copy of her medical records which she provided. The day of the appointment comes & she takes off work (she is a Registered Nurse & can't just take off work without good reason) & drives 2+ hours to her appt. This Dr then proceeds to tell my mom that she can't do the surgery due to my mom's health history & 'she has two children in diapers & didn't want to be spending all the extra time getting ALL of the capsule out & possibly having to spend the night at the hospital because of a chance of post surgical bleed or blood clot'. First off, she had my mother's medical records a week prior to the appt. She should've reviewed them & called my mother to cancel the consultation but I guess she couldn't pass up that consultation fee. My mother felt like she was being blamed for her medical history & asking the Dr for a favor by removing them! Second, if she didn't want to spend the time taking care of her patients, she should've NEVER became a physician. Any person that callous doesn't belong anywhere near the medical profession! In hindsight, I'm glad that this Dr wasn't able to do the surgery for my mom because I wouldn't want someone with such a poor bedside manner to operate on my mother!

A+!! I saw Morgan every two months this past year for facial laser hair removal treatments. From my initial consultation up to my last treatment, Morgan was so attentive to my needs and was always gentle and caring when performing the treatment. Please do your homework. Once you are in there is no turning back. I had to find another surgeon to correct both mistakes from here. Over $25 thousand I spent only to have severe scars. I was cut up to under my arm pits and half my left breast was removed for no reason. His excuse was I made a mistake. I will post my experiences on here till I take my last breath. These people do not take responsibility for their mistakes !!!!!!!!

The professionalism of the aesthetic manager made an impression on me. My physician at MUSC informed me I needed the Picosure face laser. I scheduled a consultation with Rebecca last Friday. Well, I received a thorough lesson in skin science !! and left knowing I was in the right hands. She gave me a thoughtful breakdown of packages and didn't recommend more than I needed. Super friendly staff. Very clean facility. I get laser treatments done there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The lady who does my laser treatment is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even when I am not there, she is quick to respond to my emails regarding the healing process of my treatments. The ladies at the front desk are always very welcoming. They smile and always seem very calm, which makes the atmosphere overall very relaxing. I have had a positive, very satisfying experience at O'Neill and highly recommend them.

If I could rate half a star i would! I received augmentation and lipo in June. Not only was I not given size i wanted, it resulted in not much of a difference in my upper area. The lipo made my belly have a rippled wave effect that was not their before. Now it looks so bad, they never called me back for a reschedule for my 6wks post after and i have not heard from them since. I paid alot of money for what I was wanting to get even worse results in the end. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Dixon at Oneil Plastic surgery was beyond amazing. She is an angel sent from heaven. She was very sweet, patient, relaxed, genuine and attentive. I will recommend her to anyone. I spoke to Dr. Dixon the whole time, before and after surgery. The nurse was never around and when she was, she lack sincerity and seem so self absorbed with her appearance. She seemed rushy and didn't seem to care about my questions. After having cosmetic issues with my breasts for many years followed by a scare with a mass, I was beyond excited for my appointment here. I had to wait over a month for my consult but i had no problem with that. A good doctor is well worth the wait in my opinion. When I arrived at my appointment I had to wait for a long time before the doctor came back. Again, I had no problem with this if the care received would've been worth it. The doctor informed me that the Internet was down so he was unable to look at things online. He did a very quick look at my breasts and informed me that I would be a great candidate for surgery. He said that he would have to call the doctor I went to see regarding my masses and discuss what her findings were and he would get back to me. My issue with this is that they sent the referral over a month prior to this. He had more than enough time to review what she said. He didn't give me any information regarding breast augmentation itself. Just that I would be a good candidate. After spending so much time waiting I felt that he was extremely rushed with me and didn't give me the time of day. He, nor anyone from the office, called me back to follow up as he said they would. Needless to say I am in the process of finding a doctor whom will actually take the time to discuss my needs and options with me. Highly disappointed, especially after waiting to get in!
